Lend-A-Check Pyramid Way, Sparks

Lend-A-Check was more than helpful when I came in to see about a payday loan. Not only did they help me but gave me the best customer service that I have seen in a long time. One of my favorite companies to go to if I ever need a payday loan and I will for sure be doing business with them in the future. Very happy and will recommend them to all my friends and family. I've had to use Lend-A-Check a few times and there customer service is always outstanding! There all super friendly and always very professional. They always remember customer names when you walk in and that makes people feel a lot more comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of there services.

I got a loan here around the holidays... it was fast and easy... super nice staff... then around the time my loan was due, I had a family emergency in southern California and the staff worked with me and where very understanding, and did theit best to help me... The woman at the location is very nice, however I defaulted on my loan due to personal issues and during the pandemic that we can't control. The owner called me and left me a threatening voicemail that if I didn't call him back he would tell some of the physicians that I work stating they were his friends. I then called him back immediately he literally was screaming at me and telling me I was stealing from him! I was soooo scared I'm literally shaking and crying. He just kept yelling and didn't even give me a chance to talk. Terrible business owner and they are ways to approach collecting and this is not one of them. Please find business else where. I don't want anyone to experience what I just did.

Michelle has been working with me for over a year. She is always ready and willing to help me get over the difficult humps during my short pay periods. I’m glad I found lend-a-check here in Sparks! Keep it up Michelle!

I love going in. The interest rate vs other places is great. It’s easy to go through the initial process and even easier to go in the second time and just sign a quick paper and I’m out the door. I’ll continue going back.

Ila is very nice and always ready to help. I love the office setting, the décor is warm and inviting. if you need a short term loan, this is a great place to get the help you need.

Got card in mail 10 dollars off. Sent wife down after work she was treated so bad she came home crying.lady was rude. People that work at these places think there gods never go there.

They are awesome, the lady was very nice and she was prompt. Couldn't ask for better service. I highly recommend this place if you need a few extra $$$
