Joy, Kat and her ENTIRE staff are really amazing they helped me so much when nobody else wood. These girls especially Joy needs all the raises! She is just the best.

I took a loan out at a different branch then made a payment on the principle balance. I wasn’t informed about it not going towards the principal balance. I called the branch I had originally made the loan and was given an oh well sorry so I decided to visit the branch that I normally deal with at 2945 elrancho in sparks. Joy was so understanding and cared about the issue and helped me resolve it in less then 5 mins! She was that absolute standard in what customer service and professionalism should be!

Joy is fabulous! She was so helpful every time I came in. She was a pleasure working with and so happy and full of life. Her customer service skills are phenomenal.

If you get in a bit of a money trouble, GO TO THESE GUYS. They are so friendly and cooperative and make everything so easy. I used them years ago and they were great then as well, but I used them again recently and the manager there now, Joy, is awesome. Sometimes you get stuck in a rut where you have to keep coming back to take a loan out because you couldn’t fully pay off your first initial loan (happened to me, totally common) so Joy (the manager) realized I was doing this, and instead of letting me keep coming back and losing money in interest (which really isn’t a lot compared to other loan companies but still it adds up) she told me about this plan they had that helped you get out these so called ruts. It helped me out so much and she didn’t have to do that. Then when I came back for a question and to make a payment, Joy was busy and another employee, Fitzie, helped me, which made me a bit nervous because she wasn’t a manager, but she was awesome as well! Knew all my questions and her and Joy had me out of the door in minutes. I normally don’t write reviews but had to for these guys. THEY ARE GREAT! THANK YOU JOY AND FITZIE!

Every time a teller needs assistance the manager or whoever it is who "helps" treats me like I'm a complete hassle to deal with. Always incorrect info given at this location. Specifically the girl with angel wings on her fingers is rude. Go somewhere else.

Joy is super friendly and was very helpful with everything I needed. This location has very pleasant employees that are always warm and welcoming. Never a long wait. Usually in and out, great rates, really convenient system in place for customer satisfaction. Highly recommend.

Joy and Fitzy are absolute treasure! Kind, courteous and professional, they have helped me through difficult situations and have been a pleasure to do business with.

This location and the location on Longley are always kind and professional. They treat you great, and Check City has super reasonable rates!! In this day in age, taking out a loan can be stressful and finically strenuous. Which is why I only trust check city on El Rancho when I’m a bind. Joy, Neena, and their team really care and listen to make sure they set you up for financial success. They take their time with each customer and share a smile along the way. Thanks for taking something stressful and for making it into something easy and quick.
