BROOKLYN Was a great help walking me thru the financial process I needed after not receiving my Pension check from John Hancock in a timely manner. The process was easy with her knowledge. She knew exactly 💯 % how to handle my financial needs. Brooklyn explained everything clearly. Then she explained what to do when I returned to complete my transaction. The paperwork only took less than 40 minutes to complete with BROOKLYN'S patience LOL with my poor computer skills I found out that day LOL Because I don't use them much anymore since I retired 10 years ago. I had a fast pleasant visit at Rapid Cash I tried to request my new loan on-line but due to the fact that I am 67 years old and not very computer educated, I could not complete it on--line so i got a ride to the office and was back out in a few minutes. The office appeared very clean and all personnel were wearing proper Covid masks. Thank you for your service

The first time I took a loan from them everything was great. No problems and my payments were pulled directly from my checking account on my paydays. The second time. Not so much. They are costing me $34.00 a pop for overdraft fees and were not helpful about fixing the issue. I will never ever take a loan from them again nor will a recommend them to anyone I know.

Rude staff. Just needed to receive money from money gram. They request information that is not required to receive money. When I asked them why they needed extra information to receive the money, their answer was we need it to continue.... The manager rolled her eyes when I asked her. They are ridiculous. The manager then declined a customer for their application for a loan in the booth near me and made sure everyone heard the reason why when it's supposed to be private. Told her, her credit was bad along with letting everyone in the building know! Really? Do not go there! Horrible!

I came to Rapid Cash for a installment loan. My loan specialist, Candace was so professional, and understanding. I was there for 15 minutes just as the they advertised, which was great. I would recommend going to them for any of your loan needs. Another great thing once your a customer you get free check cashing a debit card, and free money orders. Candace was very informative and knowledgeable about all the Rapid Cash loans and offers. I certainly appreciate good fast customer service, in my busy life. Thank you again Candace, and rapid cash.

When I made the first payment, your ATM machine was malfunctioning. So, the manager gave me $20 discount on my next payment. When I came in to payoff my loan, not only was the $20 discount removed, but the woman waiting on me added $50 to my last payment. Up until this incident, my opinion of the branch was excellent.

I made the biggest mistake of my life getting involved with these damn payday and signature loans. The interest in these loans will bankrupt you in a heartbeat! Then, i had to leave my job, I called my local Rapid Cash office and explained to them that I would have to call and make my payment three days after it's due date. They told me it wasn't a problem but then on the day the payment was due they not only overdrew my account, caused me severe overdraft fees with my bank but also got my account for the full amount left owed on the loan! Not just the one payment that was due at that time. I have paid off ALL of my loans as well as deleted all of those phone numbers from my phone and changed my number. For some reason as soon as I paid them all off in full, they started calling my phone several times a day telling me I had funds available to me! Like I would EVER do business with them again?!? My personal recommendation to anyone in an emergency position, go to friends and family for help! And if you still need emergency help and you have absolutely NO other choice, don't ever take the full amount that they offer you. Only take out what you need to fix your car or pay that unexpected expense. But at all costs: do everything you can to AVOID taking out any of these loans! Just my experience and opinion.
