love this company everyone is so nice and helpful The front desk lady Lillian is so kind made me feel welcomed instead of just a customer making a payment matt and koki always say hi and ask how i’m doing when i come in like a good friend of theirs will recommend anyone i know who needs a loan because they are they best !

Excellent customer service. Very fast, friendly and professional.

Tried several times last year to work with united finance to settle my auto loan last year after hitting financial stuggles due to the covid outbreak. All offers i tendered were refused and then i was served with a small claims notice despite it being illegal given my offers to work with them to settle my debt. Would have had it paid off months ago if they had just worked with me but here i am stuck with the threat of my wages being garnished over my head. Will never come to united finance again. I hope nobody who reads this goes through them either because when they say they will work with you in the event you have difficulty making payments it is a blatant lie. Buy a car through private sale. The car i got through these guys broke down within 6 months. The car i got private sale for a fraction of what im still stuck paying these sharks has been running way longer and has had far less issues overall.

United finance. Was very helpful with all off my financial need. I have my auto loan with them and they where even able to help me with a loan to help around Christmas time. All around a great experience .

I have less that stellar credit but Koki and staff allowed me to purchase my vehicle. They are very honest and helpfull. They definately have a repeat customer in me! Thank you so much for the opportunity.

This place is awesome! We were in a tight spot and needed cash fast. Mattew was so patient with me over the phone got my info and i was approved. Walking into the loan office, i was unsure but Antonia's smiling face put me at ease. Dealing with the manager koki was outstanding. He accomentated my husband so he could go home early. It was fast, friendly and easy.

They always take good care of us here! Very professional and easy to get financed even if you have credit challenges and they report to credit burrow to improve your credit when you pay!
