Everyone at this branch is so friendly! They did what they could to ensure I had a smooth and easy process. Specifically Brittany, the branch manager, as well as Jennette and Connie were happy to help and I’m happy I went to Check City!

I am so grateful for Brittany at Check City, I was blown off at Moneytree for a simple fix on cashing a check and they didn’t even listen to what I had to say, and were very unprofessional. I was hesitant to go to Check City just because it is linked to Moneytree but it honestly was a breath of fresh air speaking with Brittany and she genuinely seemed to care about my situation and found a way to help me.

Just wow, Joy and staff at Check City are the bomb. My new job is across town, near a different location, but my experience at this location is stellar. I can't imagine getting my needs met anywhere else. Thank you all for always being so nice and festive during the holidays.

We had an amazing ecpirenence at this location!!!!! Shaliza was outstanding and a wonderful joy to work with!!!! We were able to get more than expected with excellent customer service! Place used to be good. Used to be I could go in there and get help when I needed it. They changed so many things and added so many new requirements for taking out a simple loan that it has come to the point where they refuse to work with me. Was told because we don't make payments on a car or something like that, we have no credit. (We don't make car payments because we own the car already.) Good news is I found real help at money tree. They didn't lock us out because we aren't making current payments on a car we already own. I would say the place has gone down hill that would imply a progressive decline. No, this place fell right off a cliff. They no longer deserve my business.

This place has great staff and management Joy made me feel welcome last summer when I used their services for the first time in Reno. Came into the store completely lost and in over my head. I probably would have just stepped out the door but then a guy named Isaac surprised me by offering me one of the best customer service experiences I've had in my entire life. He went through the entire loan process with me, explained things I never thought I would ever be able to understand, answered every single one of my seemingly simple but stupid questions, and generally just made everything seem way less scary than it initially was. Great customer service and free money orders? These guys got themselves a customer for life. Amazing job!
