Just got a new EV6 GT-Line first edition. What can I say there’s so many things. First of all Jeffrey was one of the best people I have ever encountered purchasing a vehicle. He was extremely helpful with everything, from showing how everything works on the car since it’s my first electric vehicle in addition to it being a new release model. Also he was able to show me the application where to go to charge the vehicle until the home charger is installed which was extremely helpful. He was also very friendly and courteous making sure any questions I had were answered. What made it even better was there was no pressure to purchase they took care of anything I needed. Personally if you are looking for a vehicle go to Lee Johnson and ask for Jeffrey you won’t be disappointed.

Came in to trade my 2018 forte but only had an hour and fourth five minutes to do a test drive and paperwork. King my sales man was amazing he got me in and out with exact what I came for and nothing more. He was very very easy to work with and he even washed and cleaned the car himself since there was no detail guys available. Definitely above and beyond and Made sure I made my 6pm appointment. The finance manager was fast too I have never bought a car start to finish in under 2 hours but they made it all work and I didn’t have to come back a second time. My 19 year old son just bought his first brand new car from you. We worked with King who was beyond amazing. We ended up doing a custom order on a 2022 Kia Seltos and were told it would not arrive until July or August. King called on Saturday and told us the car was in and to come and get it. He had met with my husband and son a couple of times and took the time to explain everything to my son and to think about it. He is a no pressure sales guy and we really appreciated it. You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming “pushy salesmen.” And then… they don’t come. Instead, you get friendly people who don’t try to “push” anything on you. He is very helpful. He listen. That was my experience with the great salesman, Vasilakis Kyrkos and the financing manager, Roman Polyakov. Ask for Vasilakis, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. First time leasing a car and wanted an EV. I checked with several dealerships and they were haggling and prices seemed too high. Then I got in touch with Jeffrey Belmonte at Kia Kirkland. Jeffery was easy to work with, honest, and very transparent with the cost breakdown for the Niro EV lease. We discussed all the details up front over the phone and agreed there would be no sneaky charges or surprises when I came in. Our Kia Soul had a recall issue. When I scheduled my first appointment, I mentioned I was coming in for this specific service, which Kia told me I had to do. I wait around for an hour, then the manager tells me they can't do the service that day. I don't know why, but whatever. It's only a 30-minute drive from my house, and I really WANTED to waste a couple of hours for nothing. Next appointment, service is done. Wife drives away. The next day, I get a call from the service department: They hadn't been able to do all of the needed repairs. We needed to make another appointment. Now I'm feeling pretty salty. But Kia says I have to do it. So my wife takes it in again at the scheduled time. When she arrived, the service manager asked if she had a ride. Why? The service was going to take 3 hours. Not because it usually takes 3 hours, but because they are short staffed and backed up. They KNEW they were backed up. A simple call to tell my wife when to ACTUALLY come in would have been really helpful. Is it because they weren't making any money on our recall repairs? Hmm. As any reputable shop does (/sarcasm), they went into upsell mode. Wife called me. The tires did need rotating, so I approved that. The other upsell was a new battery. The one in the car works perfectly fine and has years left on it. Wife says even the tech was sheepish about suggesting it. They also charge a fee to use a credit card! I'm never going back.

I had a terrible experience here with Kamoore on two separate days. These people give car salesman a bad name lol. Kamoore was manipulative and dishonest and tried to scam me. Watch out for salesmen trying extra hard to be "sweet" to you or to befriend you, and absolutely do NOT believe what they say. Call another dealership to verify or get a second opinion. That's what saved me. I called and went to Chuck Olsen Kia instead. They were actually extremely helpful and honest there. The contrast between the two dealerships in the area is huge.

Due to Lee Johnson Kia changing their credit card processing vendor, they are now passing the credit card surcharge fees onto the customer/consumer if you want to use your credit card. LJ Kia is the only dealership in the immediate Eastside area, so if you don't want to drive to Seattle or Car Pros in Renton, then be prepared to pay this surcharge fee if you want to use your credit card. To avoid being charged the surcharge fee, you must use your debit card essentially paying cash. With inflation, high gas prices, increasing grocery costs, families are trying to make ends meet day to day and month to month. It does not help when you are charged yet another fee. Lee Johnson has been operating for 90 years and are not a small business with multiple dealerships. They should be able to absorb these fees. Or at least offer customers a discount on their service for paying cash. I did speak to the dealership manager, Mr. Peter Berkey about the surcharge fees but he was of no help. I like my 2019 Sorento but am considering trading it in at another dealership (not Kia).

My husband and I have been looking for a newer used vehicle for a few months now. We went to Lee Johnson Kia in Kirkland, WA. and met an AWESOME sales guy named Jeffrey Belmonte. I made sure to tell him we were JUST looking & he showed us different vehicles but was not pushy at all, he let us look around and he was there to answer any questions we had. We told him that we were thinking of getting another Kia because our 2004 Kia Optima has been a great car & had 215,000 miles on it and it's still running strong so we were giving it to our teenage daughter when she gets her license in a few months. Fast forward to September 19th I called Jeffrey & asked him about the Sportage. I never thought I wanted an SUV till I read some reviews on the Sportages. He told me about some that they had there both new and used. We came down & test drove the 2020 later that night, and talked about it for a while & decided to run the numbers and just see what might happen. Everyone worked together and found us a great interest rate that we couldn't pass up. A few hours later we signed the paperwork and I drove home in my new 2020 Kia Sportage LX. The ENTIRE staff made the car buying process with Lee Johnson super easy to deal with and kind of fun too. They explained everything in simple terms that everyone could understand. They took their time and didn't try to talk us into anything that we didn't already consider. They welcomed us to the Lee Johnson Car Family and washed and Vacuumed my new vehicle before we left. We HIGHLY recommend working with Jeffrey Belmonte and the Lee Johnson Kia family when your looking to buy a new or used vehicle. Lee Johnson Kia was awesome throughout the whole process us buying our new car. We had originally decided on the 2017 Kia Rio5 after giving it a test drive with Jake. He was informative, helpful, and didn't make us feel any pressure with needing to buy the car just because we test drove it. Jake's friendliness and professionalism is what made us choose to stick with Lee Johnson Kia. However, when we realized the 2018 Kia Rio Hatchbacks were coming in within the month, we knew I had to hold out. Alex went above and beyond here letting us know exactly when the new Rios were to arrive and allowing us to point out our desired model. Javier then guided us through the financing so that we could pick it up as soon as it turned up. Javier was personable, honest, and straight-forward with all of the different vehicle packages. It was really nice not to feel pressured to add any extras to the vehicle we did not want or need. Naturally, I was itching to get my hands on it ASAP. The day they were scheduled to arrive, Alex continually walked the lot and let me know the SECOND it got there. The team got everything ready that day for me to come pick it up and that was that! Little did I know I was driving the first 2018 Kia Rio Hatchback in WA state. I'd be lying if I didn't say that made me feel pretty cool. Overall, awesome experience and would highly recommend Lee Johnson Kia to those looking for friendly service, salesmen that aren't pushy, and cars that run like a dream.

Had a great time here when we went in to get our new car. Kamoore Chamberlain was our salesman and he was really helpful. We weren't even very keen on Kia, but he did a great job selling it to us, making us feel comfortable with our decision. We went in twice and left the second time with our new ride (a Kia Optima). The dealership made it very quick. Kamoore also checked in on us a few times after to make sure we were enjoying the ride and had no issues. A year of free car washes has also been great :D.

We had such an amazing experience purchasing our new 2022 Telluride. We lucked out one day when we stopped in July and they had one on the lot to test drive. 2021 Kia Telluride SX Prestige Originally, I made a reservation at different dealer, however after waiting for several months there still was no any update about status of my order. My current lease was going to expire soon and I didn't want to stay without any car at all. One day I came to Lee Johnson Kia to change oil and, while waiting for service to be done, asked if they have any Tellurides. In fact, they had one that perfectly matched my requirements, including color and extra features. So, I immediately cancelled my order with the other dealer and made a new reservation with Lee Johnson. The car arrived just in time. The price was good, I didn't have to pay any extra markup, which is $2500+ at other dealers. Kamoore Chamberlain worked with me end-to-end, provided frequent updates and answered all questions very quickly, even on weekends and after hours. I really like his attitude and professional approach. The whole process of finishing the current lease, starting a new one, switching my Sedona to Telluride was smooth and pleasant. I would highly recommend Lee Johnson Kia and Kamoore Chamberlain.

Outstanding service. A++ I had a very difficult to diagnose issue with my SUV. I had already visited another Kia dealer few months back, and they spent > 3+ hours and could not diagnose anything wrong. The Lee Johnson service team went some serious extra miles. Jim Mercier handled the service, kept me in the loop, and ensured the issues were identified and resolved. And beyond that, Jim discovered the issues were all covered under an extended warranty I had even though the bumper to bumper coverage expired last year. Literally, there were ~$4k in repairs that cost me ~$55. I have never had such a positive experience at a car service repair facility. I was able to use a newer loaner vehicle while my car was worked on. Was great. My SUV is driving like new now, but I will look to Lee Johnson for any car related needs. If you have a Kia, this is the place to go.

I’m not sure how I feel about buying a car here. Right now they are adding an extra 3k to Tellurides, but that is what is it you know. Market demand for them is crazy. My car I was trading in was worth 9k-11k I was thinking 10k sounds good. I took great car of my car and it needed tires and front brakes this winter I was expecting less. I was asking 8k and they refused and would not budge even though they are in need of used cars. I feel like a got screwed for my used car. My sells person was great (Alfredo) but the floor manger Alex was a dick. I tried to get Alex to give more for my car. He asked what I was thinking and immediately shot it down. He did not try to deal at all. He even got agitated when I was trying to deal. I was staying clam and telling him facts about what the car should be worth. He was not having any of it so I needed the trade in for the purchase so I was in a between a rock and a hard place. Then the guy that completes the paper for the loans was good. Transparent and completed my loan from BECU over there. The only downside was he kept pushing the insurance to add extra protection I didn’t want any of that. The only think I couldn’t take off was the numbers they etched into the quarter panels with is a scam for $399 extra. I made sure to only pay the three things that are mandatory to pay. I would recommend watching car buying videos before going to buy your next car. To continue the guy finishing the paperwork started to get agitated when I refused to pay for the extra coverage. He even got a discount on it. I most likely would have bought if they gave me more for my trade in. Since they didn’t I don’t want to pay $53 extra on top of a $518 car payment. So over all there was a great guy there (Alfredo) but he was out of town when I went to pick up the car. I would recommend if you are looking for Kia look at Sunset Kia and the Kia in Shoreline before going to Lee Johnson Kia in Kirkland. They always charge more but I was expecting more and better service. If you are willing to drive over in Ellensburg the Kia dealership is offering 0% for 72 months if the deal is still going on. Do your research I did a lot but I needed to do more on the dealerships. Thank you for reading my review I hope it helps and hope you’re not thinking I’m a bitter person. I am happy with the car but I expected more for the trade in after doing a lot of research on the worth of it. Don’t be afraid to walk away they still need your business.

After my car broke down at the worst possible time, I needed to buy a new one in a hurry. I was extremely worried about buying a car in these interesting times because I'm at risk for Covid. I contacted Lee Johnson Kia after doing some research and was almost instantly replied to by Jeffrey Belmonte. Jeffrey walked me through the entire process, from research, to choices, to timing, to inventory. All completely professionally, not pushy, and honest. Even before I arrived at the dealership, I felt well taken care of. When I had follow-up questions, even at weird hours of the evening, Jeffrey was right there in my inbox, mere minutes after I sent off an email. He was fast, courteous, and professional. At the dealership, everything was top-notch. Everyone was masked, plexiglass protectors at every desk, minimal-contact solutions to paperwork, ID verification, and test driving were all present. It was safe and ran like a well-oiled new car. To say it was impressive would be an understatement. Have say the sales team is above standard. Stopped in to check in a Rio. I spoke with Zach who listened about electic cars with NO infrastructure, and my desires to travel. With that he made a couple suggestions. The next day I told him I wanted the Niro EX Premium. However, since he was off he handed the button to his associate Jeffery. Yesterday we picked up our hard to find Kia Telluride at Lee Johnson Kia. After doing a mass search using True Car, Andy Belmonte contacted me and said that a Telluride matching my search requiremnents would be arriving in about eight weeks. My big concern for purchasing this hard sought vehicle was that the price quoted was also stable. Andy assured me and he delivered. When we picked up our Telluride in a short six weeks mind you, the transaction went without a hitch and without any drama. Between working with Andy and the finance team, all went very well. I had to tell the financing person that I'm going to leave if he won't stop trying to sell me extra insurance. This was after saying no 10 times. The only good thing about the buying process in Lee Jonson Kia is that it's over. For the sake of transparency, our experience with the sales person - Kamoore was perfect. We were pleasantly surprised how well things were going. The financing department managed to change that.

I randomly decided to go check out a car at Kia of kirkland. Right away I was greated by one of there salesman, Jeffrey. He was so calm and polite. I told him what I was looking for and we slowly went through all the cars I was interested in with no rush. I was there for about 4 hours and he kept offering water and snacks. He was pretty awesome. So at the end of the day I ended up finding the perfect car for my growing family. If it wasn't for Jeffrey I probably would have got some pushy car salesman and would have never drove out of there with a beautiful new SUV.........they also bought my 2014 mustang (who is my baby) so I hope he goes to a good family if your reading this lol

Bought a car here mostly because of the reviews that I read on here and Yelp. They seem to be a good dealership. I worked with Brian Walters to do the sale and Kenny Rodgers completed the financing. Both are terrific guys that I would highly recommend. The place is huge because it's like 2 or 3 dealerships in one. The Kia dealership is up the hill. It was a pretty busy, bustling place both times I was there. I rate Lee Johnson Kia highly because the sales process was so smooth. They will show you products that can extend your warranty or keep your car looking like new, but they are not heavy handed about whether you buy them or not. Some may want the extras, I did not, and that was just fine. The people that work there sincerely seemed like they enjoyed being there. That makes all the difference in the world.

I was forced into a situation where I needed to buy a replacement car after my old one was considered a total loss in an accident. My wife and I decided to make the swap to an electric car and decided on the KIA Soul EV models. After looking around we found a couple of good deals, for both the EV and EV+ models, at Lee Johnson. Before deciding on which Kia dealership we should have business with, my wife and I visited several dealerships in the Puget Sound region. Like many other prospective customers, we also were looking for a dealership that we can trust in providing exceptional services including offering an attrctive deal on leasing a highly rated 2021 Kia Telluride. Our first series of encounters were really shocking for being told that not only it will be very difficult to find an available vehicle to lease, but also we have to pay as much as $5000" Market Value Adjustment" over the factory listed MSRP price. And even if we were willing to pay that added amount, any Telluride would not be available for at least 3 months. This was the message we were getting from three other Kia dealerships we visited or talked to until we made a visit to the Lee Johnson Kia dealership and had the pleasure of talking to about what we were looking for. Over the years, we have leased several vehicles and are quite familiar with the process and required steps one needs to go thru to lease a vehicle. So we knew what questions we need to ask and be prepared to even negotiate the price we may need to pay for leasing a vehicle. So, we finally decided to visit Lee Johnson Kia in Kirkland where we were pleasantly surprised not only in the way they treat their customers but more importantly their prices. One thing that made us decide to enter in to a lease agreement with them was the fact that they made clear to us that they don't have a "market value fee" added to their prices. We also were very pleased with working with Mr. Brian Walters a sales associate, and found him to be a very customer oriented and well trained individual. He was able to immediately locate a vehicle we wanted, be able to commit delivery of that SUV within 30 days and even giving us an estimated monthly payment. We were also impressed with his frequent follow up calls and text messages to update us on the status of our desired vehicle delivery. And at the end. when the vehicle arrived, Brian was very cooperative in expediting paper works related to the lease paper and finalization of related documents. In summary, we want to express our appreciation for the service we received from Lee Johnson Kia, and particularly the assistance we received from Mr. Brian Walters.

He spent time making sure I understood and knew about all the features of my car - even though it meant staying after the dealership closed. I worked with Alex Lee and we exchanged emails and talked by phone before I came in. I was a bit cautious that things might change after making the trip of about 100 miles to the dealership. But everything I was told beforehand was still good - the price, the car and all. I was very pleased with Alex (no pressure, no pretense) and would be happy to work with him again. He made this buying experience about as good as it can get. Even the financing that was offered was better than I could get at my own credit union. I drove my new Kia Forte home and it was properly prepared for the trip (unlike a previous purchase at another dealership). I got about 45 mpg on my trip home. Very pleased with the car and the whole experience!

Lee Johnson was probably one of the best experiences I've had buying a car. Jeffrey contacted me within minutes of sending an emai. I just a bought a NIRO EV here last week. Jeffrey Belmonte was transparent, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. I called earlier in the day, spoke with him and communicated what I needed. We landed on the car, and set up financing. After work, I came in to look at the car from Tacoma, drive it, and was off the lot in less than two hours. I have too many good things to say about this dealership, but the most important is that I shopped with 5 different dealers to get offers on the same exact car. Only Lee Johnson offered me the best no-haggle price while everyone else was lolly gagging over $25 to $75 a month. Well, they all lost the chance to sell me a car. Jeffrey went above and beyond as well to fix a small scratch in the clear coat before I took it home and he had the car charging after our phone call, so that it would be good to go for me that evening. All in all, this dealership and Jeffrey were a class act. Even the finance manager Roman was a personable and down to Earth guy. I’ll definitely be recommending this dealership in the future.

This week I did something I never thought I would do; I bought a brand new car. After a terrible experience buying my last car from Ford of Kirkland, I was nervous about the process of visiting dealers to view the different models to find what worked for my wife and I. I definitely went to some aggressive and even rude dealerships; but not Lee Johnson Kia. I've never been to a dealership with such a patient, helpful and accommodating sales team. I dealt directly with Brian and Braulio and both were fantastic. I visited the dealership several times to check out the vehicle I was interested in, and didn't feel pressured at all into making a purchase I was not prepared to make. They were very knowledgeable and honest about the model I was interested in, and the Kia brand, and they really sold it as a fantastic, reliable choice of vehicle. The gave what I feel were honest comparisons with other similar models, and other manufacturers, and encouraged me to really look around, and evaluate what I wanted in a new, or used vehicle. They even helped source used models of the SUV I wanted so that I could make the decision for myself whether I wanted to buy new or used, even if it wasn't from them. After visiting a dozen dealers to look at both used and new mid-size SUVs, I returned (without any pestering, desperate sounding phone calls or emails, as I received from other dealerships) and told them that if we can find the right price, I'd take the car today. Unfortunately Brian had already left for the day (I headed in after work), so I completed the deal with Braulio who was incredibly helpful in helping us strike the right deal, giving us a very fair value for our trade in, as well as what we felt was a fantastic price on the new car (I had been to two other Kia dealers to see if I could spark a price war, and one accused me of lying about the price at Lee Johnson, and the other point blank said they wouldn't attempt to compete). Even though I got there late in the day, the Lee Johnson team were diligent in completing the pre-delivery inspection, detailing and getting the tank filled up for us. The finance advisor was the nicest I've dealt with of all the cars I've bought, and was very helpful in getting the outstanding finance on our trade-in dealt with, as well as finding us the best rate on the finance for the new vehicle. The post-sale options such as prepaid maintenance and full 10 year bumper to bumper warranty were explained clearly, and the decision completely left to us with no pressure or scare tactics to upsell. In fact, the upgraded 10 year, 100k mile Zurich extended bumper to bumper warranty was priced such that I initially thought there must be some sort of catch; It was cheaper, with better coverages, and fewer exclusions than similar third party extended warranties I'd been quoted for both used, and new vehicles. Yesterday night I hit 100 miles on the ODO and so far, my wife and I are thoroughly satisfied with our purchase; long may that continue! Thanks to the team at the dealership for really turning the car salesman stereotype on its head, and thanks to Kia for creating such a great looking and feature-packed vehicle (2019 Sorento SX Limited). If you're in the market for a new, or used vehicle, give Kia, and Lee Johnson a shot; I had a fantastic experience with them, and hopefully you will too!

Easily the best car-buying experience I have had from a traditional car dealer. The only easier purchase was a Tesla. Jesse is solid. Our finance person actually said 'Don't sign here, that just signs you up for marketing mail' when we were signing the Kia paperwork. My wife and I were no fans of the car buying experience, but Kia has totally changed our minds. They are polite, professional and complete through the whole thing. They are very inviting and accommodating. At no point did we feel pressured and like they were trying to pull any sales gimmicks. We drove away feeling really good about the whole thing. I love Lee Johnson Kia. I am now on my second new vehicle purchase with them. I was lucky enough to have Jeffrey Belmonte as my sales associate. He was able to lock down a 2022 Seltos EX (Neptune Blue) for me out of their incoming models. Which was basically a miracle considering how backlogged the supply chains are for new vehicles. I had checked with several dealerships for this specific vehicle with estimated wait times of up to 2 months. I was very concerned I was going to have to accept whatever vehicle they had in lot, or go to a dealership I didn't trust. My wife and me bought our first new car (yay!) and we opted for Kia Seltos at Lee Johnson after giving couple dealership (and couple other cars) a shot. We could not be more satisfied (though we wish we went for the golden one). Great purchasing experience, we got great financing and our salesperson, King, was extremely helpful and EXTREMELY patient - we were difficult customers that day bouncing back and forth between several options for hours. Ultimate, best, superlative, unsurpassed are all words that describe the people at Lee Johnson KIA! I loved working with Braulio in sales - he is the best and not pushy and just a good guy all around. I had to work with service and Jim is the man to have on your case - he made a frustrating service issue better, seriously it could have gone south quickly. And the manager, Kenny Rogers rocks! Kenny saved me from a really difficult situation and made everything good, actually he made it perfect! Just picked up my new Telluride from Lee Johnson Kia in Kirkland. Had a great experience with the salesman, Vasilakis Kyrkos - aka ‘V’. There’s a lot of advanced technology in this new vehicle and V spent a lot of time reviewing all the features and hardware. I placed the factory order with V in early September and was surprised at the 10 week turnaround. Had expected to see it sometime in early 2022, apparently this dealership has the highest Telluride allocation in the state.

I had the best car buying experience at Lee Johnson! I had never purchased a brand new car on my own before so i was very nervous but, the crew of guys that helped me were absolutely amazing. Read on for the original review for posterity: 5-stars for Tim from the Mazda dealership. Lucky for the Kia dealership that we ran into him while there to browse 2022 Kia Souls. He’s the type of salesperson I’d hire for my own team. Friendly and helpful to the point I would have purchased a rusty radio flyer with a 2-stroke on the back if he told me it was good. Low score for Roman in finance. Learn to read the room. He apparently missed the part on our application where my listed profession is sales manager. That’s the type of scummy high pressure sales that wouldn’t make it past a phone screen with me. I appreciate that you need to sell extended maintenance and coverage to make money, but please learn to read the room. And when I decline, I don’t need to explain why. To anyone. I feel really terrible for the people he’s probably bullied into paying for things they don’t really want or need. Luckily he caught on around the fourth time I declined the little service package, because we were about to just walk out. That aside, we got a great payment at 0.9% APR all thanks to the great test drive and interaction with Tim, again, Kia is lucky that he just happened to be walking by. Go see Tim and buy a Mazda from him, stay away from Kia and Roman in finance.

Was shopping for my folks who did not want to deal with car sales people. Well I have to say I had a share of issues as well but I can definitely say Lee Johnson Kia is not one of them. There 88 year track record says enough but its whats inside the building is where its a laid back atmosphere where they are willing to work with you on whatever situation. Ask for Jeffrey because from the start this laid back guy with the knowledge helped get the right car for my folks and went beyond by staying extra hours of closing time. Hes really easy to chat with so pretend your talking with someone you know and youll find the deal that works. Same went for Jonathan the finance guy who I learned a lot from . I can say from past car dealers Lee Johnson is straight forward and will get you the best deals. No wonder they sell a lot!

The service at Lee Johnson Kia was fantastic. We purchased a Kia Telluride and needed to minimize contact because we are high-risk under Covid-19. Not only did they allow us to do most of the discussion and negotiation off-site, but when it came time to sign papers, it only took about sixty minutes. We traded in our three vehicles (downsizing) for one. In our experience, Edmunds gives a more accurate trade-in value than the Kelley Blue Book estimate. We love our Telluride, and we are very happy we went to Lee Johnson. This is our third vehicle purchase from them. We worked with Brian Walter. I was originally in the market for a truck but found a used Volvo SUV I had grown interest in that landed itself at Lee Johnson. I called in and spoke with Jesse, who was understanding of my work schedule and aligned for a late evening showing. Upon arrival, the vehicle had just been brought in so had been detailed and set out for me. After a quick exchange of information, I did my test drive and had a pretty good idea this is the vehicle I was going for. Given the change of course for vehicle type, I ultimately made the decision to sleep on it. Jesse was understanding of this, though one of the sales managers stepped in to try to give the extra budge. I get this works on some individuals, and some individuals do just need the push, but ultimately, the decision was on me and I'm not the buyer profile to relate to this. Jesse worked exclusively with me afterwards to allow the time necessary and in the morning, I decided to move forward. I had a small window between meetings to finalize the vehicle purchase and Jesse went above and beyond to make sure everything was lined up. It was overall a seamless experience, I'm beyond happy to have worked with Jesse and to have found myself a vehicle at Lee Johnson. Thanks team for the experience.

I have a kia optima 2015. I spend almost $30k on this car. It is on 64k miles. My car keep broken and until now it has been 5 times that I put it in service. I put the car in the service and they give it to me after 2 days I return in to service again and still they don’t know what is the problem. They took $500 from me for checking the car and engine “the result was ok with no problem” they said. The other problem is the bad habit that the service department have. They will tell you “I am going to call you on the X day” but they won’t call you and the worse thing I called them back on that day they didn’t answer. The manager made a appointment for calling us on the Wednesday 11/24/21 at 4:00 pm but he didn’t call us. Do you expect me to give you 5 rate when the manager is not calling you? I am really upset about this because it has been 24day I don’t have a car because I don’t have income, I can’t go to work. They should give us a temporary car and they didn’t even give us a car. What you want to me to do right now just sit down and say nothing? I will tell to the manager for next time if you ask me “how can I help you?” This is my answer “I want full refund, can you give me my full refund because I want it so bad” I don’t want spend $30k on this car It doesn’t worth it. I want my full refund. That’s it. I was a fan of kia even my sun has kia. I will not recommend it to anyone to buy any car from kia.

Kia Sorento went in for a new transmission on the 18th of October. I write this on the 23rd of November (Tuesday) still without the car back. Constantly pushing back the date with little details. Two weeks ago on a friday they said it was up in a stall and would be out by wednesday. Yet here we are. Yesterday they said it might be ready that night or this morning and they would pay for the lyft to come get it. Today i was told it would be friday. Incredibly frustrating. Long story short, if you are thinking of getting your car serviced here, search harder for competence so you dont end up in the same situation im in.
