From the moment I called the dealership and spoke to Dan, to the moment I drove out of the lot, I felt respected, appreciated and felt welcome. Dan and the others were informative of the vehicle I purchased and made sure all my questions were answered! Dan was very approachable and great to talk with while getting the papers ready! I had been shopping for a new truck for a few weeks and I was almost to the point where I was going to give up out of frustration. Due to the pandemic supply chain issues I found that many dealers were taking advantage of this and asking/demanding ridiculous amounts over MSRP. I was close to overpaying for a new truck at a nearby dealer due to sales pressure and me being worn down by the process. Before I signed the final agreement I did one last search and came across Lee Johnson Chevrolet and they were asking a fair and reasonable price for their vehicles. At that point I walked out in the middle of a deal at the nearby dealer (all of the sudden they could now sell at MSRP...) but I was already on my way. My sales associate was fantastic! no pressure, friendly and super easy to deal with. In fact the entire process stress free and everyone I encountered at the dealer during my transaction was friendly and accommodating. Due to the current economic climate there are dealers who will seize this opportunity to rake people over the coals, but Lee Johnson proved to me there are still car dealers out there who are still part of our community and value its neighbors as real people. It was clear to me that their intent was to be fair, honest and respectful. To me this is how you earn repeat business rather than make a quick buck. If I weren't moving I would definitely buy my next 10 cars from them and I would confidently recommend that others give them a look.

Best car purchase experience I have ever had!! We did all our paperwork and negotiation online/over the phone before we even went to the dealership, so once we got there, signed the final paperwork and we were in and out within 30 minutes. 15/10 recommend Gursh and Lee Johnson Chevrolet, well worth the 3hr drive to the dealership!!

I can’t believe how great a dealership can be. I have purchased several cars in my life and this was hands down the best experience. Kathy Cope is an exceptional salesperson that is very kind, transparent, knowledgeable, and patient. We had our 4 year old with us and she was very accommodating. I had extensive work done. Oil change, new shocks front & rear, new front wheel hubs. A pretty expensive package. I also needed a new rear door handle. The quote for the plastic door handle and labor was $500. The price for a genuine GM door handle on eBay is about $34. I declined to have the door replaced at Lee Johnson. It leaves me wondering how badly I was overcharged on the work I did have done.

They not do any discount it’s mean they not work around buyers! I am not recommend this place at all. When you seller you have to work with new buyers and give them discount so people want coming back or recommend their friends!

I brought in my Volt for a charging problem and was told to bring in the charger too, which made sense. Overall great job. The charge port was bad but was replaced under warranty and I had a lot of other maintenance services done at the same time. My only complaint was that the charger was not in the car when I came to pick it up and one of the technicians brought me a charger that was clearly not correct. They located my charger and now the car works great.

Braulio and the team at Kia were great at helping me get a car for my daughter to take back to school. They were helpful and efficient, and very responsive to what we needed. Ivan was so nice and helpful. We bought our car from a different dealership in the area...and the only reason why was price. We started using the services deportation that dealership as well and was not happy. We came to Lee Johnson and had a way better experience. Your employees seem to care about their job and their customers. Very professional and nice. Waiting area was big and clean. Saw an employee going around sanitizing all areas multiple times which I appreciate. We have 6 free oil changes at the other dealership but will most likely let those go to waste as we would much rather go to Lee Johnson

Kathy was fantastic, she was confident and poised, empathetic about my recent truck accident that brought me here in the first place. I filled out an online questionnaire and was contacted immediately. She found me my dream truck in minutes. The GSM was fantastic and professional. The finance manager was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient while being friendly and very pleasant. I have had nothing but awful car buying experiences in the past. There are closer dealerships to my home but I would only choose Lee Johnson for my next purchases. I will recommend them to anyone that asks. I just happened to be in the area and thought I’d make an appointment for an oil change, I was able to come down and get my service done along with a complimentary wash and vacuum which I didn’t even ask for. I’ve been having a hard time tying to find a good Chevy service location I can regularly go to for my tuck services and needs, but I’ll have to say Lee Johnson has made it to the top of my list so far. they have a pretty descent waiting space to wait in while your vehicle gets serviced compared to most other places I’ve been so far. I live down in puyallup, If I didn’t live so far I’d come back on a regular basis. But I’ll definitely come back if I’m in the area! 👍🏼

Took my 2017 Chevy Colorado in to have the AC Charged after a repair done at another shop had to evacuate the system but was not able to charge it due to lack of equipment for the 1234YF refrigerant. I got several quotes for this service and Lee Johnson was the most competitive. After I left with a loaner (awesome in 2021 COVID Times), I got a call from the service advisor Michael informed me that the quote was wrong (and about $250 low) due to the excessive cost of the 1234YF refrigerant. However, we were able to agree on a price close to the original estimate as I selected them based on their quote for this specific refrigerant. The service was provided in a timely manner and the AC now functions as it should. Thanks Michael and Lee Johnson Chevy for sticking to your quote! You will be my new go-to place for dealer service.

25 miles out of the shop the 2012 chev Cruze was a roadside emergency. Right front caliper bracket nut gone, second loose. Grating noise, car brake locked up, can’t go forward. $60 tow to local garage. New bolts. Fixed.

Last year I bought a 2018 Cadillac from Lee Johnson. I worked with Sam F, he was positive and friendly, not like a typical car salesman. When you buy a car (especially if its an used-car), trust is important and he did not let us down. Even after a year, we went to the dealership to ask if something is wrong with the car, he approached us just like we were going to buy a new car, he was helpful. I recommend him if you are interested in a car at this dealership. PS: I got free car wash for a year which was nice.

I had been struggling with my lease 😩 which I initially got it through Chevrolet of Bellevue and they couldn't help me instead they very very unprofessional and lack of knowledge. But when I reached out to Lee JOHNSON in Kirkland on 85th they did a great job helping with the overall Hassel and stress I was going through. NICK Smith was handling my case and looked into closely whats going on. The best thing about Nick is he listens to the customer completely without interrupting them and suggest best deals and he did not force or put me on spot to something that i don't want to get in. Nick has been great help and he is very knowledgeable about what he does and very very professional. He consistently followed up with me to ensure I am helped and satisfied with what I was buying. A place recommended by a friend. Our car had developed an issue. We pre-arranged our budget and loan through our CU. We arrived at the dealer with a few particulars in mind. Kathy Cope greeted us, she was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products available and made some good recommendations based upon our criteria. We test drove several rigs, the wife picked which one she wanted (and has been loving it since), and we started the purchase process. Kathy had us working with Marcus, and eventually the paperwork was processed by Jack. All the above were very friendly, knew their portion of the process extremely well, and we ended up buying the car the wife wanted. We are looking forward to our future relationship with this dealer, they seem to have it together.

TL;DR; As a first-time vehicle buyer I'm satisfied with my purchase, there is a bitter after-taste though. Summary: - felt very uncomfortable and anxious about all the pilling services and expenses presented to me at the time of purchase and demanding my on-spot decision, prices going up to ~10% of car value - the car I was sold was not the car I was interested in originally, there were differences in the equipped accessories identified by me post-transaction, concealed by salesperson - COVID related: whole time Asis, the financial advisor, had his mask covering mouth only, nose fully exposed, I was not offered to use hand-sanitizer and they do not take temperature of people coming inside Rating: -1 star for the overall mishaps -1 star for interaction with Asis and lack of COVID precautions I purchased a new 2020 Chevy Bolt EV from this dealership. I called on Saturday and talked with Sam. I went in on Sunday to do a test drive. Kathy was very nice, went over the important features of the car and I drove around. Upon my return Sam took over and walked me through the process of buying the car. He mentioned all extra fees added on top of the MSRP, like licensing fee, documents fee, sales tax. He also mentioned a service called Security Guard, which is one of the dealership services to prevent auto-theft. He told me the car I wanted (trim/color) is "in transit". There was a similar car in their sister dealership which he could get, with a difference in extra accessories (no all-weather floor mats, had tire repair kit instead). We established that he can get the car and get floor mats installed with me covering the price. On Monday I found out that the car he offered did not have the black Chevrolet emblems, which I wanted, so I asked to add them and got an updated quote. On Tuesday Sam said the car has the emblems, so I don't have to pay for that. We sat down to finalize the deal. This is where it became very uncomfortable and anxiety started to kick in. We filled out initial paperwork, scanned documents etc. Then, Sam asked me "how the car should be cleaned". This is the first service the dealership tried to sell me, a "premium cleaning and sealant service", priced at $495. I was surprised by this, as I thought we covered all the extra costs on Sunday already. I decided to opt-out of it. Then I met Asis, the financial advisor, to finalize the payment and register the vehicle. Asis insisted that I should do a loan through the dealership instead of buying-to-own and he collected a credit check form information. I repeatedly said I'm not interested. He moved on to sell me an extended warranty packet. Multiple times he mentioned that this is a decision I must make right now. The price for this was significant (~10% of car price) and I wasn't ready to make a decision on-spot for that, so my anxiety was growing bigger and I started having second thoughts. This is the type of service that I could consider using, but would feel more comfortable being able to think about it before making a decision. Asis tried to sell me other similar services (key fob replacement, windshield insurance etc). At this point I've spent about 2 hours at the dealer and have not finalized the purchase yet. After saying no multiple times to Asis, we agreed that I can get those services later. I was given a "it’s not that you can’t afford it" line from Asis, based on my annual income from the credit check form, which felt really inappropriate. We moved on to payment and spent another 30 minutes finalizing this. At this point I was very exhausted, back with Sam. Got the keys and all required documents. Inspecting the car I noticed the tire pressure was wrong, Sam said he can fix it right now. I sat in, Sam said bye and left. I drove back home. At home I realized the pressure has not been fixed and there is no tire repair kit (car had emblems, but not the kit). I also found a typo in my address in documents. After spending over 3 hours at the dealer I was so tired that I missed my language class. On Wednesday I went again to fix both issues.

A fews months ago I contacted this dealership online about the availability of a used vehicle. They contacted me multiple times (calls and emails) after I told them I wasn't ready to come look at the vehicle. Now months later, I recieved a call from their employee Anthony stating that I had come in over the weekend and needed to discuss the car I was looking to purchase. I immediately called back to find out what was going on because I was certainly NOT there trying to buy a car. After several questions, he eventually discovered it was someone else who has a similar first name and completely different last name. He sounded pretty indifferent after making an error that caused me considerable distress. ID theft is very real and can be financially devastating. If this is the way they handle business I definitely won't be trusting them with my info or money in the future.

Very nice staff and they worked with us very well to find us a good vehicle for my fiancee, it was busy while i was there and it ended up taking a lottle under 7 hours to finally get our car but some of that was our own doing by bringing mostly cash tips to put a down payment on a car. From start to finish, Lee Johnson Chevrolet provided an exemplary customer service experience in car sales. Hersh Batth was my sales agent and James Goldman was the finance manager. Whoa! What teamwork. First, my husband communicated with Hersh 2 days ago via email/ text. I completed the application and today (Saturday) Hersh offered to pick me my husband and our three girls up from our home and drove us there and back. He explained everything thoroughly so we could understand in the SIMPLEST of terms. I erroneously thought I would be there all day, but nope! Hersh was completely on his A-Game! James got us out of there in less than 20 min with signing and he sent my info to an insurance contact of his so I would get the best rate! He also explained to my husband HOW they work with other banks to finance vehicles and other useful information. This gave him HOPE to buy his desired car in the near future. If I were to title this experience, I would call it: All beef, No filler! We were served a full HEARTY meal.

The Husband and I researched online in the area for a used SUV. Lee Johnson had a couple listed online we were keen on so went in to check it out. We were immediately greeted by Jeremy Hayes, and he helped us look at the vehicles we saw online. He spent a long time showing us the ones we were curious about and honestly shared his opinion on the two we narrowed down. We weren't sure we were going make a purchase that day but Jeremy was so gracious and really such a pleasure to work with that we bought one. Our 12 month old was with us and he went out of his way to make sure she had toys and was entertained (we were there about 5 hours!). We must have been taking up too much of his time though because the tool of a sales manager interrupted and hijacked our meeting. None the less, the finance department was great and everyone for the most part (did I mention the sales manager was a tool?) was fantastic. We went back and forth a few times on the details but left very happy. We're especially stoked on the free car washes (in case the rain doesn't take care of it), but I was pretty bummed we drove the car off the lot with less than 1/4 tank of gas. Seriously. But very thankful for Jeremy! And we got a new-to-us car!

Lacey was a great help. I knew what I wanted and needed but didn't really know what trucks provided that. She did not use any sales tactics but rather helped me narrow it done to what fit my needs best. It was quick and before I knew it I was leaving in my new truck. A co-worker, Kathy gladly helped her show me how to used my truck, all the safety features, on-star and even connect my phone. She came in the end and I thought that was very kind of her to be so willing to jump in and help like that. I needed a liner and step bar added and they have set the appointment for that as well. Once again, the folks at Lee Johnson did not disappoint—and neither did my Kia Optima. I went in for factory routine maintenance at 85K miles, and it cost me a whopping $45! The entire car purchase experience was ideal. From the initial contact e-mail contact with Kathy Cope, we were able to identify the model of car we wanted and ensure it was in-stock. When we arrived at the dealership a few days later, Kathy was there to greet us and show us all the available variations of our model (the Chevy Bolt) to choose from. A few decisions later, we went through the financing options and paperwork - all a very easy, cheerful process. Kathy answered all our questions (as did the other staff members during the financing phase) and introduced us to our new car and its features. Wonderful purchasing experience. We came in looking for a vehicle for me (with my wife along to play the voice of reason), and were helped by Carson Bowles. I came in knowing I wanted a Bolt (assuming I liked the actual car), and Carson was very knowledgeable and helpful. He succinctly demonstrated the features and strengths of the car and was very friendly without being pushy. Even better when we started talking warranties and add-one he was very good about describing the salient points, along with the exact cost, and then giving my wife and I time to come to a decision, as well, and once we did he never second guessed us. The whole experience felt like someone who was actually invested in helping us find the right car and features for our budget, rather than someone who only cared about pushing the cost as high as possible to our detriment. I was also very happy to discover that this dealership has a close relationship with BECU (our preferred bank). We anticipated needing to drive up the road to finalize financing (if we made it in time at all, given Saturday business hours), and instead got to enjoy complimentary hot dogs while their in-house finance manager got all the forms in order on our behalf. I would buy a car at Lee Johnson again in a heartbeat. I was dreading actually visiting a dealership, but it was well worth my time to take the slightly longer drive to get here. (And the Bolt is everything I’d hoped, as well. Can’t wait to start burning people’s retinas on my daily commute; Shock all the way!)

Had to bring my 2005 Trail blazer in for some work. Turns out there was internal engine damage that effectively killed the Trailblazer. Asked to see if or what they could do for me car wise. I started going to Lee Johnson due to a poor experience in the service department at another local dealer, which eventually led to me purchasing a new truck here, with Connor. I went back several times before making the purchase, over about a month, and never felt pressured into anything, or hassled by the sales people. Overall, it was a really easy process, and they were willing to work with me and find what I was looking for. This is the second car I purchased here and had a great experience each time. I took over a month to choice my car and there was little pressure to proceed quickly with my purchase. The actual purchase took some time but they worked with me and now I have my car, which I love. I've used their service and found it great and the location of the dealership is close to home so I take advantage of the free car washes. Josh Wilson has sold me two cars over the past two years, first a Mazda and then a Buick. He's knowledgeable about the vehicles, personable, and made the whole transaction a pleasant one on both occasions. After coming home with the Buick I noticed a strange noise only when making specific turns > 90 degrees. We hadn't noticed it on our test drive since we didn't make any u-turns. I gave the Chevy service desk a call and they took me in the next morning. Kyle Sullivan quickly set me up in a Loaner and got me on my way to work. Once the problem was diagnosed, they fixed it without charge. Altogether it was excellent service, and Kyle kept me informed throughout on what was going on and when to expect my car to be ready. Great dealership and great service! Highly recommend them for new/used vehicles as well as service needs.

Went here because I heard that they had a vacuum I could use for my dirty rental. It was around the side & a little hard to find but there it was. Worked great, clean but I was wishing that the hose was a few feet longer at one point & had to move my car. Price was reasonable as well.

I bought my second car after 17 years not because I wanted to but it just seems it is time. After doing some research online and requesting for quotes from dealerships (yes, I did several comparison and requests) one guy stood out among the rest. It was Mark's great customer service and assistance. I always consider that as the good sign on deciding where to buy anything - that is IF the customer service seemed in check. And when I arrived at the dealership, he immediately took care of what I wanted and helped me even got me a better deal that what I expected. I do hope Lee Johnson Auto Family recognizes the kind of work that Mark does because I'd probably turn around if that personality was missing. Definitely a great place to shop car overall.

Wonderful Experience!!! I bought a used car from them and they were able to give me an amazing deal. I dealt with Brian, who was a very energetic, polite and honest sales man. I gave him a very vague outline of what I was looking for and the price I wanted. He was able to beat my budget and get me a better car than I had wanted. I was pleasantly surprised. Lee Johnson Chevrolet has the worst service department I have experienced. I have brought a 2018 Tahoe in 3 times in 30 days to get air-conditioning fixed. The have charged me over $4,000 and have yet to fix the problem. Takes over an hour to get a loaner/rental car when dropping off vehicle for service. They clearly have a quality of service issue right now. i hope they get this fixed. 1 star is higher than I would rate this service. its completely unacceptable.

We were in the area for H.S. Softball and had been looking locally for a new vehicle. We decided to stop in on a whim to see if there was anything on the lot that we liked. On arrival we were met by Carson Bowles. We talked to him about what we were looking for and he showed us a couple different models. After test driving both vehicles we decided on a 2022 Chevy Equinox. It had a lot of the features we wanted in a new vehicle so it was a pretty easy decision. Your service tech tried to scam my wife telling her the cabin air filter was really dirty and needed to be replaced. I changed this filter recently and it is not dirty. This makes me question the trustworthiness of your staff. Will they break something just so they can fix it? Seems really shady to me.

Worst experience with Riley Olson. I decided to sell my car to this dealership because of good reviews but the experience was unprofessional and borderline careless. There was no update on payment for the car even after 1 week of taking possession. I had to call in everyday to ask for an update, and the answer I got was "Ohh I forgot to check with Finance department". Eventually I had to reach out to the manager at the dealership who helped me receive my payment.

Bad bad a experience with them, I will never recommend anyone to give them a business. We went there because we were shopping for the 2021 Chevy Tahoe, they called to say they have one. We went there and took a car for a test drive. We came back, the car had a plastic burn type of smell, we informed the sales person when we arrived. She went inside and the car started to leak a lot of fluid….while we were waiting there she brought another sales person who started yelling at us and said we bumped into something that’s why the car is leaking and he started pointing out scratches. We were on the parking lot when we were accused all that with a his high tone of the voice, other customers were around. He went on to say do you know that is over $70k vehicle. We have never felt mistreated as we did with that dealer. He said he will take the car to the shop and he will let us know if we are liable or not. Long story short, he called later and apologized that there was a note from the factory that they needed to tighten the screws that they didn’t before giving us the vehicle. We ended up with Chevy of Bellevue, well trained sales group, excellent service, highly recommend them..… we are now happy to say we are driving our 2021 Chevy Suburban!

I researched what I wanted for three months, and I wanted a high end car without having to pay for it. I looked at Lexus, BMW, Mercedes, and Infiniti. But what I wanted was going to be about $35k for a vehicle that was almost 10 years old. I've had really good luck with my 2011 Kia Sorento AWD base model and wanted the same. I found one at Lee Johnson Kia of Kirkland, and had worked with Alex before the car I was looking at was the Nero, front wheel drive. And I wanted AWD. My second choice was the Sorento I've been eyeing. A 2016 Black Kia Sorento 2.0Turbo SXL AWD Pre-Certified 31k miles with all the bells and wistles. It was Lee Johnson Kia "Loaner" vehicle. Drove 3.5 hours from Portland, when I arrived car was not ready per our conversations. Waited an hour and then the salesman realized the roof rack was never installed. I didn't have time to wait another hour as I had to get back to Portland so I put the roof rack in the back of the car and now I am having another dealership install it tomorrow. Pretty disappointing when I was quite excited to see my new car for the first time and then I had to wait an hour and then drive the roof rack back home in the back of my suv.

Dropped my vehicle off 2 hours before appointment time, but they didn't start work until at least 2 hours later (I called to asked for status and they said they were just bringing it in to check). Then AFTER "fixing" the issue, they didn't bother to check if there were any errors. When I picked up vehicle, the check engine light was on, requiring me to leave the vehicle overnight and find alternative way home. Next morning, they called and said tech forgot to hook up a hose and engine light was now clear. What is worse, is they said the source of the problem was debris in the oil filter.... which I had just brought in the week before to change the oil. So oil change with you cost me another $600. Not returning my vehicle there for service again.

My recent service was for a recall of the air bag Inflator. Service was handled in a time manner. I was completely and wildly pleased with my previous service which involved an oil change. I could not have been more pleased wit that service. The service techs did a great job and reprogrammed my computer so that previous error messages were not popping up all the time and it made driving my vehicle a real pleasure . I have personally complimented the service team for their work.

From the very beginning we had a great experience. We found ourselves in need of a new vehicle during the pandemic and a major microchip shortage. I submitted info online that I was looking for a silver 2021 Traverse – redline edition. Carson called me that same day to confirm they had one ordered and only waiting for it’s microchip. Carson called me when the chip was added and let me know it would still take a few weeks to get delivered. He offered to work on the paperwork ahead of time but didn’t pressure me to do so. The traverse came in when he said it would. We traded in a well maintained vehicle and received a fair trade in price. Carson and (Ben – from financing) were wonderful and I will definitely go back when getting another Chevy!

The reason I did not give the highest score was because when I picked up my Chevy bolt after its recall service, The service person was unable to explain to me what had been done. He was only able to read off a series of cryptic numbers about some upgrades that were installed with no clue as to what any of them actually did. After leaving I was completely in the dark as to what had been done to my car. Since it was a recall and the same thing was presumably being done to all the bolts it seems as though Chevy could have supplied a document that describe what each of the upgrades and repairs we’re meant to do.

I recently purchased a 2002 Toyota Camry under circumstances which prevented me from immediately taking physical possession of the vehicle. I found it online at Lee Johnson's and bought it "sight unseen", which can be a bit unnerving. After explaining my unique situation and needs to Conor Meagher, he made the entire process completely painless. Storing the car for me until I could take possession of it was no problem. Mailing sales documentation back and forth was no problem. Sending me photos and details was no problem. He took care of every detail, including having the plates delivered to the dealership and installed on the vehicle prior to delivering my car to my doorstep, 40 miles away from the dealership. Conor was thoroughly professional and a pleasure to work with. He responded to all of my inquiries quickly, whether it was phone, text or email and kept me up-to-date throughout the entire process. Customer service was good. The service people were courteous, professional, and repaired my vehicle in a timely manner. Considering they had to order the parts from Reno Nevada I brought my truck in on Thursday. They called me that afternoon and gave me a quote on repairing not only the problem parts, but a price to replace the air filter, and windshield wipers. Well first of all, these guys are awesome! They look you in the eyes, are genuine and actually care about you as a customer. I’d recommend them to all of my friends and family who are purchasing a car. We test drove the car I wanted and I immediately new that was going to be my new baby. My car recently broke down, and Tom was so helpful working with me so I could get the car I wanted, he’s actually the nicest guy I think I’ve met after knowing him for just a couple of hours. He stayed true to his word that he’d take care of me! No one ever told me that buying a car was such a process but I wouldn’t have wanted to do it with any other dealership. I am so happy with my purchase for a 2021 Chevy! I felt like Brian and Gursh (the salesmen that assisted me) really listened to what I wanted and did everything in their power to get me what I was asking for. Scott was excellent! I hadn't had my car serviced for about 15-18 months. After the initial inspection he knew the price of some issues found would surprise me and he did a good job describing essential mechanical fixes versus truly optional fixes that could wait until next time to spread the financial pain. (I later researched his insights and they were spot on). I originally thought I would be at the dealership for 3-4 hours, but with the additional work it was projected to be 5-6 hours. I declined a loan car as I had brought stuff to do for several hours. To my surprised after only 3 hours (low end of the original time estimate), my car was done! He said he knew how uncomfortable the waiting chairs could be and a technician became available so he had them tag team my car work! Give Scott kudos, employee of the month, and a year end bonus or something please!

There are other options and I advise you choose them! After confronting them about the terms of my contract and how my vehicle that I haven’t even received a license plate for yet is making a squeaking noise when accelerating I received an email from MARCUS ANDREWS threatening a repossession. After I completed all the paper work and put down a hefty down payment. This place has been nothing but a NIGHTMARE SINCE RECEIVING MY CAR 3 weeks ago. This was the most painless automobile transaction I ever experienced. I had chosen the car from the Lee Johnson's website. Reiley Olson met me at the door at our scheduled appointment time. I booked an appointment online for a recall repair. When I got there they set me up with a loaner car. When they were done with my repair they called and told me what all they did and what my car needed. They told me that they topped off my oil as it was a couple quarts low, and that I should replace the air filter and the cabin air filter. There was no pressure to have them do anything. What they didn't tell me was that they had washed my car. Didn't even notice until I got home. They also didn't charge me anything for the stuff they did outside of the recall. We worked with Sam F., he was great. No typical ‘car salesman’ negative attributes that constitute the normal stereotype. This would be a five star review if they had better control of key locations. There were 3 vehicles listed we were interested in, we visited 3 times and two times they couldn’t locate or didn’t have access to the keys for a test drive. Upon purchase of our new vehicle we took it to our mechanic of 20+ years and they looked it over for 2hrs. They said that a couple items should be taken care of. Let me first apologize for the long story but, your Service Consultant, Ivan Liem, went above and beyond all expectations. We were 2 hours from home and heading to celebrate my 50th birthday in Leavenworth when our 2009 Chevy Suburban spewed water and coolant all over Hwy 522. Now the seven of us were stuck. The first place that I called was not going to be able to fix it over the weekend. It was Thursday afternoon and we were not heading home until Sunday. The second place I called was an optimistic young man (Mr. Liem), who explained that your team could get it fixed by Friday (to include taking car of the recall on the passenger side air bag). He was calm and professional and directed us to the nearest rental car agency. Saving us on time that was slipping away from our vacation. The Suburban was fixed but it was almost noon on Friday. Great turn around for the repair but not great for our vacation. With traffic it would take away another 5 hours from our trip. So, I asked Ivan about a Sunday pickup to keep the rest of our vacation in tact. He agreed and selflessly came in to personally hand off the Suburban. And he saved us even more time by informing me that I could just leave the rental car there and they would pick it up. So with service like that I would rate Ivan Liem with 6 stars and an 11 on recommendation scale. If this is how you train your employees. I want to give you and your organization all the kudos in the world. Like I said the story is long but you have a great Service Consultant there and I was in awe at the service and support that I received in my families time of need. I had a good experience buying a 2019 Colorado here from Brian Elich. I had gone to see a similar truck at a couple of local dealerships. One dealership I wandered around their showroom and lot for 20+ minutes and no one even acknowledged me. Another local dealer wanted to tack on those "dealer installed" options that nobody wants. I recently decided to sell my 2010 Cadillac CTS-V. (Bought it from Sam Faidley at this dealership 2 years ago.) I found a buyer halfway across the country and we coordinated a pre-purchase inspection at Lee Johnson Chevrolet. The team has always taken wonderful care of me and my GM products. Jeff Kenyon and his service team did a thorough job with the pre-purchase inspection for that potential buyer (and therefore, me), and supported a special case warranty issue with a supercharger service bulletin on the CTS-V. GM took care of it! This was big money and a great example of GM standing behind their product and the Service team standing behind their customers. Jeff, Tim, and Jorge and the techs also followed up with a deep dive into some braking system questions for me to be confident that this cross-country purchaser would be thrilled with the performance of the 10+ year old machine. I just purchased a car at Lee Johnson Chevrolet in Kirkland (10/23/2014). I have purchased about twenty cars in my lifetime and have never been in a dealership like this one. Sales associate Tim Johnson was the best I have ever encountered. Tim listened to what I was saying and didn't try to push anything I didn't want. I can't say enough positive about Tim and the way I was treated during my visit. I have never seen a dealership where the employees all treat each other like family and not competition. I even felt like family while I was there. Although I was purchasing a relatively cheap vehicle, I was treated the same as the person next to me that was spending $70,000. If you want a quick and efficient car dealership experience, go see Tim Johnson. You'll be glad you did. Oh, did I mention the prices were great also. Don't purchase another vehicle without at least visiting here.

Let me start by saying that I do not like the process of buying new cars. I think it is far to difficult to get a fair price and not get ripped of for a couple of thousand dollars. Being that the process is out of my control I have to say that Sam Faidley was an excellent salesman. He gave me a fair price on my truck where other dealership would have had a much higher price. I live over an hour from Lee Johnson in Kirkland and Sam gave me a quote on my trade in, negotiated price on my new truck and printed my offer all over text. This was truly awesome! I went in the next day when they opened and Sam took me through all the options on the truck, the test drive and in and out financing in about 2 hours. Oh and got the truck detailed. Jesus in the detail department did an amazing job cleaning up my new vehicle. I bought a brand new truck from last years inventory so it had some leaves and pine needles in all the body gaps and trim. Jesus had that thing looking show ready by the time he was done! This was the most painless car deal I have ever done. They made promises over text and they followed through with them when I arrived. I am referring people here. Ask for Sam people! He is a laid back and polite young man without the false ego boost you typically get from young salesman. The only disappointment I had was that I don’t get a free first oil chasing because I live so far from the dealership. I will trade that for a truly fun and easy deal any day.

Seems like their Quick Lube gets faster every time I go! Only 30min on a Wednesday early afternoon. I also love how they give reminders when I need new tires/brakes/air filters/anything car related. Purchased a new Chevy here last week. Received an unbeatable price without needing to make any arguments. I never felt pressured or rushed. Sam Faidley took great care of me and went above and beyond making things work out for me. When my car arrived to the dealership and was ready for me to bring home, I didn't have a ride to get there. Sam offered to give me a ride and picked me up form my house.
