Leigh is great. She moves quickly. When I was negotiating the rate of interest, she communicated very well and was able to offer me the best that I could have got. Upon Initiation of application, she expedited my application and waived off the property appraisal and throughout the process, she made sure, I am appraised of loan status and also honored her word for early closing. Actually, she and her team were able to close earlier than what they initially set target for early closing. I am really impressed with Kevin in particular. He handled all my paper work. He is good at what he does and very outspoken about what I should do and what I should not. When it comes to source of funds, loan application can get messy. But I followed Kevin's suggestion word by word and in the background, he was in constant touch with underwriting team and he took care of all the hiccups. To be honest, any lender would have done my loan but I am not sure, if any other lender would have provided me with such great experience :). I can't thanks Leigh, Kevin and team enough :D.

This was our first ever refinancing and we did not know the first thing to do. A friend suggested Caliber home loan she had bought a couple houses and also refinanced through them and she could not say enough about how she loved them especially Steve. I called and talked with Steve and he was so informative and so nice. He explained the refinance plus so much more. Our refinancing was easy and quick. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is refinancing or buying a home.

This company is great on the surface, but they have no follow through. DEFINITELY get things in writing no matter how promising they make things sound. I got a great rate, and through the entire process they kept sending me documents to review and sign and none of them had the heloc rate in writing. Soon we blew past our closing date, at no fault of mine, still no rate either. Now we are into the final stretch with 3 pushed out deadlines for 3 weeks.. I’m signing the actual documents now and what do you know, the rates have increased by 0.5% they won’t do anything because they were like well if we delay again you will lose your Earnest money.. wow. Few “I’m sorry” phone calls later, I’m stuck with a much higher payment because they made a mistake and wouldn’t fix it. Great rates, if they don’t screw you first. -update. They tried again to find me a better rate, I’ll say C+ for effort. Still no cigar.
