Great rates, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever dealt with been on hold 3 times. They don’t want to answer so they hang up. I’m trying to freeze my retirement check, I bet when they don’t get paid they’ll answer the phone. Trying to get Navy federal back, at least they have a little customer service.

I like my credit union I like the financial products they offer

Overall my experience with Langley wasn't the worst ever but it also had its downfalls. I used a basic account checking and savings for a while but when trying to pay bills using it there was always confusion with the dashes in the accounts so id get charged fees constantly or it would come out of the savings vs the checking despite putting checking number in. I have had no issues with any staff or employee. Always were the best when I went in there. I think my biggest issue is now that I haven't used the account in a while I'm getting charged fees. Overall I give 3 stars for the issues and harder times that have been had. If it weren't for the constant account messups on outside bills it would be a great experience and id still use it on a daily basis. I ended up switching to Navy Federal ( I know its competition) but I've had an easier time with bills, the car rates are slightly better and the hassles i had with the accounts don't exist due to different numbers for everything. Langley you served me when I needed you most. I do recommend a Langley account to anyone who doesn't have a sponsor for Navy Fed. Langley is one of the best places to start off for anyone needing credit.

I've been a loyal customer with Langley Federal Credit Union for years. I have no complaints whatsoever! The staff have always been very polite and helpful in assisting me. I'm a satisfied customer! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Got an auto loan there today, spoke with Emily and she sounded so happy ,so when I got there she was helping another member. She came out and greeted me with a huge smile and handshake. Normally you dread a loan application process but this time it was a great experience. She explained everything to me before I signed it. She got me an excellent interest rate. I almost hated to leave. She has a terrific personality and was just a pleasure to deal with. (Langley, she's a keeper)

Less than 4 days ago, I chose to go to Langley Federal Credit Union (the Norfolk Virginia branch) to have a place close to the area where I currently live to grow my savings. The employees involved with my query helped me get an appointment to open an account with them and I found it very helpful that the employee helping me with my account request was both candid yet also compassionate and helpful with what my options entailed/included with opening an account with Langley Federal Credit Union.

I dont understand the bad reviews. But to each its own. My experience has always been great. Their customer service is good both inside and via phone. They handled covid transactions very well with only 1 branch (wards corner) that was open. I've been with them for almost 3 years. They help you build your credit and give many different options thats best for you. So give them a try! Thanks Langley - Danisha

My dad referred me to Langley. Coming from BBT who I LOATHE, I was open to anyone. Langley has been AMAZING from beginning to current, and forevermore, I'm sure. My dad co-signed a CC and loan to help me rebuild my credit after a rough patch. The lady on the phone was so kind and said she realized I had great credit before that and was ecstatic to help! My only complaint: why is the ATM in the teller lane at the Granby location? lol... Makes no sense, but I still use it.

Emily Strawn is the best she is always helping me in what I need. She responds toy questions i have very fast. Love the staff they are very polite. Me and my family appreciate Emily thank you.

The customer service is the worst! Signed in to see someone at the desk. Both employees were with clients when I first got there. They soon finished and never bothered to assist me. I sat there for 15 minutes and watched one employee clean her desk with Sanitary Wipes and rearranged her desk. The Security Guard did ask if I had signed in then went to her to let her know I was waiting. She was aware because she walked past me twice. I would not recommend anyone bank here! They don’t appreciate your business!
