    If I could give less than 1 star I would do it. Worst bank I have ever been to. No professionalism … and no knowledge of basic banking question. And I see I’m not the only one being double charged for my car payment regularly….. how they are in business is beyond me. So glad I got my car loan refinanced through someone else!!

    I want to give my good review about Alesia McKinney member specialist who assists us for my account problem. She was very kind and very patient to me and followed all account details and misunderstood. I really appreciate her dedication and also thanks to Chartway management.

    i don't know if it's the bank or this particular branch(Tidewater Dr) but i find them aloof and very unfriendly. I don't like that one bit. I would not suggest this bank to anyone!

    Always very friendly They even remember my name and ask about my daughter in the drive thru. Service is great!

    I have been a member if chartway since 1982, and have always had good results with them. Everything that I have borrowed I have paid back and most of the time I pay the balance off before the initial time. I was shocked when I was turned down for a small loan, but I was given a reason that I didn't qualify for the small loan. However, Chartway was gracious enough to do a collateral loan that worked out. I was helped a lot by Ms. Makieta Duck. Ms. Duck was very helpful with process of this loan. She stayed with me on each step of the loan so I would know what is going on and I really appreciate that. She is going to be a great asset to this organization. Thank you Chartway!

    I see why Chartway is bribing people to open accounts with them. Their customer service is backwards and unprofessional. After being a member for approximately 9 months, during which I received my federal government paychecks deposited into my account bi-weekly, my identity was questioned after I received my tax refund check. After VERIFYING exactly who I was with documentation that they required, I was STILL prevented from depositing my check, because I had lost weight. The branch manager stated, and I quote, “ I don’t expect anyone to change that much in 6 months.” So, not only have I provided the documentation requested, but now I have to validate my lifestyle change and weight loss journey. Please don’t use Chartway unless you plan remaining EXACTLY as you are for the REMAINDER of your life. Dianna can NOT reconcile change!!!! It does not compute for her!

    Chartway is horrible! This Credit Union was charging me two car payments a month. I was paying double. Chartway wouldn’t stop even one payment.

    Called today to find out why my deposit wasn't made on Saturday as I was told it would be and was on hold my entire lunch hour. Totally unacceptable!
