Military Credit Services E Little Creek Rd, Norfolk

I’ve been calling this place for the past two days. Still no response. No call back or answer. This place claims I have an outstanding balance on a loan from 7 years ago that I paid off. No one has ever reached out to me. Now it has drastically affected my credit in a negative way. This establishment needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

Paid off an old debt years ago and it just happened to pop up on my credit again out of nowhere and it brought my score down big time. The woman I spoke to on the phone was rude and refused to help me.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this lender. Their representatives have always been polite and courteous and I've always received the information or service that I requested. This lender might be discontinuing their line-of-credit product, which saddens me, and I hope to be able to continue doing business with them.

I have called them several times, emailed them to work out my debt. Lost both my parents this year and was on disability from an injury at work. They would not talk to me, but they surely call/email/text and leave scrupulous amounts of BS. Biggest mistake being associated with this ...and to think my father gave his life in the "Military" I really question their actual affiliation with any DOD subsidiary. Stay away!

DONT GET A LOAN unless this is your last and only option! You will pay DOUBLE on what you borrow unless you pay before 90days. And 90days is from the minute you give them your information NOT the day you make payments. Very sneaky. I would get a money from a loan shark before using them again!

They don't even deserve a star but I had to just to write a review. We have had a loan with MCS for 8 months now and it has been a nightmare. We had our bank account compromised from where MCS automatic deductions were coming out of. I called them to transfer all the info and DOCUSIGN all the new paperwork but whoever I talked to didn't put it in the system so I ended up being hit with delinquent charges and late payments and bounced check fees even though I had the signed and dated documents showing that I called to change over the account. Each time I call there is a new fee they are trying to tack on from this issue that happened 4 months ago when I have all the statements from my bank showing everything has been taken out and is up to date. The late fee they tried changing me isn't even the late fee shown on the actual statement! I constantly ask for a supervisor or manager and they tell me they submitted a claim to their supervisors to call me but I NEVER not once have been called by a supervisor to sort out this issue and this has been going on for 4 months! Worst customer service and organization I have ever had to deal with. Don't waste your time or energy with this company. I ended up transferring my balance to a new bank. I gave them so many chances but each time it just got worse and worse.

I had no issue with this company at all. But people need to remember if you take the long road with anything you do have to pay interest people don't complain about this that is part of your decision of when you sign up. either pay it off fast or don't complain if you have to put more money out that would be stupid to think that you wouldn't have to pay a bigger price if you take longer to pay off. Overall they deserve my full 5 stars had no issue with setting up auto payment and they took there money the way they where too and never had to worry of being late or someone takeing more money then should have and also no data of mine was ever compromised MCS is great.

They are crooks! Don't waste your money. We were lied to. Our price was jacked up and were given a 36% INTEREST RATE even though we were told it was 8% which I still think is high. And when I called the rep on the phone was very rude and caddy and would not help me. I hung up on her. Don't get conned like we did.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The company keeps telling me I'm delinquent and I have never missed a payment or been late, I have sent them bank statements three times over the course of two months that this problem has been going on and they still have yet to do anything or even get back to me. Worst company I've ever had to deal with. Terrible.

These people are ridiculous - I wanted to pay off my whole loan and was not able to get a hold of the manager to talk about the 90 same as cash- when I finally got through) only 10 days after my 90 days ended, she said she would not help me. Of course not....then for some reason my payout was more than they had told me it was just 3 days prior? Never again! This company is a HUGE ripoff.
