A very friendly group of people who know their finances. The credit union as a whole is great, but this location matches their professionalism with a customer focused approach to banking.

Customer service is what you would expect from a local credit union. I have multiple products with them and am very pleased with their support. When they did have the "Save to Win" contest, I actually won $200. I think this is a excellent credit union that cares about its members.

I cant get ahold of anyone! I'm constantly getting locked out of my mobile app! The website constantly changes my security questions! I used to love this credit union, the last 3 years have been horrible! What is going on? No one is answers the phone.

Absolute worst company I have ever had the misfortune of interacting with. They have abysmal customer service and are dismissive of any questions you may have. Go elsewhere for any banking needs.

This has been my bank for about 15 years. I refuse to go to another back because I can walk in and get a replacement ATM card if I lose or misplace mines. Other banks make you wait weeks to get a new debit card. The staff recognizes me and are always super friendly. This location is open on Saturdays again!

When to deposit rolled coins into my account and I get charged a fee because they are considered "miscellaneous." Also the intercom system to speak with the tellers half way works and makes horrible cracking and pop noises. I have been a member for over 15 years at this bank and never had problems like this. Needless to say I was very unpleased with my visit.

I dislike this branch because they using a automated teller inside and that person is tring to help multiple customers at the same time so service is affected

They suggested to put my money in an account that pays 2%..$$$$. I also have numerous CDs n money market funds. Interest rates are good.Iusually deal with Haygood office but this one in Norview is just as good. I open carry my gun chamber loaded safety off.
