Luz and Crawford are absolutely amazing at what they do? They offer you the best prices you can get, and I don’t lie. They have really rad items and gear for everyone and I recommend you all to form a good relationship with these 2 special people.

I went there to pawn something this morning and the store employee Luz made everything very fast, simple and easy for me! Luz was even able to get me more money than I was asking for!!! I would definitely recommend going to see her!!

The most wonderful place on earth that has the most wonderful things needed and desired. I have bought 10 TVs that are all wall mounted in which I purchased the mounts as well. We have bought watches, electronics and more. Very special thanks to Luz, Crawford, Orlando and Rolando and Paolo for providing the utmost in customer care that keeps me checking in on a weekly basis. Prices are very good! Love this store

Called ahead after the Semoran location said they had a radio I was looking for in stock. The guy who answered checked and confirmed and held it for me when I got there he had it at counter waiting for me. He said they normally don't warranty electronics but said I could bring it back if it doesn't work. It works as expected and the quality is way better than the 20year old stock radio. Will definitely consider them over Cash America Pawn and Value Pawn. Very happy with my purchase.

This was my first visit and it was amazing I came in for some gold jewelry and they have such a beautiful selection prices are great and there willing to work with you on the price as well, I found a piece thought I'd check another place or too ask that they're hold it ,I came back and didn't see the piece out got a little nervous thought it was sold ,but they actually put the piece up so it wouldn't be sold ,I thought that was so awesome and thoughtful I had to buy it and at a discounted rate ,love love love I totally recommend this spot

Throughout the years I have been a customer here at La Familia in Whisper Lakes. I have nothing against the other stores but this one is the BEST!! The second you walk through the door you feel the customer appreciation from the staff. I know they probably have to do that at all locations but here you see that they really take the time to great you in like normal people and not like robots. Then from just having regular conversations(nothing to do with merchandise) or asking about the family, you feel the genuine attention they give you. Luz Araiza and her fellow employees brighten up your day, when you actually walked in feeling down. I always refer her and the staff when I am asked about a great pawn shop. Wish them nothing but the BEST!! BE SAFE!!
