Cashed my check there last week staff was awesome felt kinda like fam always if you need good customer service and a laugh go to the 11681 s Orange blossom trail branch good people

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have dealt with many check cashing companies and this is by far the worst! I drove almost an hour to cash a check due to the time of day and being told they will cash any check as long as the back isn’t signed. Once I get there it’s a completely different story. They tell me they can’t cash it because the date of the check is too old. However, the date on the check was less than 30 days old. There is no reason why this check couldn’t have been cashed other than they just didn’t want to cash it. I went to Amscot right down the road and they cashed it with no questions asked!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

Extremely helpful and polite. The staff were both helpful via phone call as well as in person. Carmen and Eddie are life savers for assisting me to receive my funds via Western Union after attempting multiple times at Publix. THANKS!

I went to Cash republic for the first time to Cash my paycheck. Carmelita was super nice and friendly. It took a little longer than expected, but none the less she able to cash my check with no problems. I'll be going back to see her again!

The customer service is outstanding Mel help me out major this gentleman got me setup with cash republic and gave me information on the debit card program which is a great debit card program i recommend asking about it at least also have me information about the auto insurance which is great because I've been looking for new insurance thank you MEL you're the man I hope check republic takes care of you

When I walked in, I was welcomed by the assistant manager Elizabeth who was amazing the whole time. It was the ultimate personal experience with absolute professionalism. She was able to explain everything in detail and went above to even give me some great advice since I’m new to the area. The best part is she wasn’t even the woman that helped me. Vivian was super pleasant and provided me with each step of the process. She was able to help me quickly and provided me with an awesome experience. While there, I also had the pleasure of meeting the manager Eddie. He came out to approve everything and from the first words he was both welcoming and funny. I truly enjoyed this experience and moving forward this is the only place I would recommend cashing any check! Eddie was in the background but also greeted me and was pleasant as well. Overall this was an excellent experience that I am so glad that I was able to have!

I felt they went above and beyond with assisting me with finding the location using the fastest route possible and gifting me a neat little backpack 🎒 before I left. There were two individuals that tagged teamed my issue and resolved it effortlessly. I believe the names were Mileidy and Cynthia. They even went as far as to contacting the big boss to ensure the process was safe. This surprised 😲 surprised me because the guy picked up and confirmed it in less than a minute. The location was very clean and the check in kiosk were pretty impressive with no lag to the device. I think they did a magnificent job! I would highly recommend them.
