Knight Barry Title W Spring St, Chippewa Falls

We used the Chippewa Falls location of Knight Barry Title to close on our home (we were the buyers). The staff was very friendly throughout the process. We did encounter several issues, though, resulting in the low rating. The first involved their delivery of information pertaining to easements on our property. They did not send the easement information directly to us before closing for review. Instead, it was sent to our agent. Had our agent not be extremely thorough in his job, we would not have seen those documents at all, even at closing. When it came time to close, those important documents were not part of the closing packet. Additionally, they missed an error on our closing settlement sheet, resulting in us having to write a personal check for the realtor commission. While the staff was very kind, I would recommend checking with your agent for their recommendations on a closing agency before utilizing this location.
