Very efficient and friendly. I wish they weren't so strict on their mask policy since there's no proof that masks help and actually a lot of evidence that they do more harm than good. I am sure they are forced to enforce it to keep their doors open which is a shame. Anyway it's a great place and great people. Got me in and out in no time

I can not say enough about the owner, Kris. She takes time out of her busy schedule to respond if you have questions. I have had two closings with her and never had an issue. I can call the office anytime with questions and they are very helpful. I would look no further for your house closing than them!

Closing statement was sent out week ahead of the close and reviewed. Morning of the close the closing statement included several changes which were not communicated to me prior to the closing. Closing had been planned for more than a month but fail to see the need for last minute changes to closing statement. Issues with final utility bill also.

Shelley took care of me for the "pre-signing" process of my closing. All went pretty smoothly through the closing process despite their being caught in the middle of a difficult business relationship between my realtor and myself. (Long story.) Thankfully All Title Services took care of things on their end.
