What seller of real estate is not anxious that something will go wrong? I certainly was, but the moment I was engaged with Legends Title Services of Eau Claire, WI my fears vanished. Closing agent Ginger Tinsman gave me 5-star service that took every detail into account and walked me through every requirement resulting in a perfect and speedy transaction. She was pleasant and efficient. I recommend them highly.

Very professional, always ahead of the situation, always had answers. Everything went well, the e-sign and they guided me to a local notary for the wet sign. Kept me up to date on the progress, never a worry. Also very pleasant, when I had a question they answered, had an answer, were easy to talk to and reach by phone.

Sold and closed on our house in early December 2020. Legends Title credited the buyer our prorated amount for property taxes and deducted that amount from our disbursement. I received the tax bill yesterday in the mail and took it over to Legends today to handle. Legends told me it was my responsibility to get the tax bill to the buyer and it was not their job. I called my realtor and she confirmed that was true. All they would have had to do to satisfy me was to have taken my bill and forwarded it onto the new buyers. Looks like Legends is just another average title company. No extra service here no matter how small.
