I was so excited that it only took 9 months and my house was sold for more than asking price. I had a realtor a year before this and that person tried to tell me that I would never be able to sell my house for what I was asking and told me I had to go lower but Dan really listened to what I wanted and helped me achieve what I needed and more. I have been working with Dan and his team on several projects since September 2021 and have not had one bad experience. What struck me immediately about Dan was his desire to help people. When you explain your problem, you feel like you have been listened to and that he understands. The first time we met we talked for about an hour and when I left the conversation I felt like I had always known him. He has given me great insights into the Eau Claire real estate market, what the current conditions are. His team as a whole has been very responsive. Dan and his team worked very hard and was able to sell my cabin for me in a short time period. This was something I initially was very nervous about doing since I live out of state but Dan and his team made the whole process very easy for myself.
