Kirk and the office staff are professional, quick to respond, and friendly. I normally speak with Lorraine Callard; she has always been very helpful. I have had some me complicated issues recently. Lorraine was quick to answer my questions and connect me to the people I needed to talk with.

I know I do all the work of my own vehicles because I don't trust mechanics. Yesterday I had a situation where I broke down in a talent that I knew no one goes 100° out no shade and I was freaking out. I'm new to the State farm family and I called Tara to see what she could do. I know I pay for the services that I receive like towing and that's exactly what I needed however my situation was outside of my towing agreement. I know she picked up on my state of distress she kept me very calm and assured me over and over that we will be able to work through this. Well here I am a day later my is at the shop at my brother's house working on getting repaired and being done by this weekend. Even though I pay for the services I feel the terror went above and beyond the call of duty to assure me that everything's going to be okay and then we were going to work through this together and we did. I called her today to let her know that I appreciate her and the work that she does because I felt like she deserved to thank you. I have been a customer of State Farm for close to 40 years and thankfully I haven't needed their services except on very few and rare occasions, but when I did need them they were there to help. Recently I had a person hit my vehicle and caused major damage. It has been a challenge to say the least to sort out the details, if it hadn't been for Lorraine Callard I would have been lost. She has gone way above and beyond to help me through this tangled up mess, Lorraine truly cares and on top of that she is so very pleasant to work with.

I have been working with Lorraine C. at State Farm regarding covering my truck for a short term use, for adding my new car to the policy, switching vehicles out when I had vehicle issues and could not drive the broken one for a while and also regarding changing our bill around and looking for discounts.
