Awhile back a few years ago I brought my gold here and had the WORST experience ever, the gal who owns the place completely destroyed my gold necklaces and bracelets calling them fake tossing them back at me and not even remotely interested, I had gone to another pawn store who told me it was not fake and had the worth of 600 dollars so she completely destroyed them for no reason! And I had to sell them because I couldn't wear them anymore!! Horrible place and service would never recommend here!

Awesome place with equally Awesome staff!! I cannot say enough good things about this place! Sheila has always treated me well and has gone above and beyond the call of duty!! I cannot grasp why there are any negative reviews! The only thing that comes to mind in regards to the negative is those people must be delicate snowflakes ❄ 😂😂😂

I can only give a positive review. My husband & I have done business with her for years, and have always been treated well and fairly.

Rude service, coercive sales tactics, outrageous prices. I've never had such an unpleasant shopping experience. The staff talked down to me as if I was a child. They used scare tactics and told me that other pawn shops were selling items at even higher prices---which turned out to be untrue. Some of their firearms are two to three times above online prices (which are already high due to the impending ban). Really an opportunistic attempt to capitalize on the political climate.

I like going in here even though the owner is not always overly friendly it’s her personality not everyone needs to be super friendly but she has always been honest and fair and has always given me her time and knowledge and does warm up to you if your intentions are good going in. I’m sure she has to deal with a lot of shady people so you have to have your guard up. I’m confused to the negative reviews because I like visiting the store. It’s her business she can run it how she sees fit. I have been to several pawn shops and always leave feeling like they were trying to rip me off, I have never felt this here.

I moved to the area about 2 years ago and needed a loan so went into Baseline pawn. They were very nice and gave me a fair price. I have been back several times since and have always been treated with respect. There came a time when I needed a couple more days on my loan and it was no problem at all. These guys are great, there's no place else I'll go now ,I'm a customer for life.

I love this place. I just can’t say enough about Sheila, her mom , brother , and everyone else that works there. I’m always treated with respect. Let’s face it. We all would like to get more for items we pawn/sell but they are a business obviously and need to make a profit ! I’ve found they usually offer a little more than other pawn shops. Definitely go there first ! I’m in and out quickly. Keep up the good work folks!

The people who work at this shop hit the stereotype perfectly on the head. They take excessively long to quote you on a price for selling/pawning. Another issue is that the people who work here are very condescending & just a bunch of jackasses. Go here as an absolute last resort to buy or sell/pawn your items. Do not expect a fair deal, do not expect a good or reasonable price on most items, and most importantly do not expect anything that even comes close to customer service.
