USA Pawn & Jewelry Se 3rd Ave, Hillsboro

I keep coming back to this pawn shop as there is a very good selection of tools and laptops. I LOVE the Ryobi pressure washer I picked up the other day and my friend keeps thanking me for getting him the leaf blower at a killer price! It is always a pleasure to work with Jake, Robert, Jessica, Hunter, and Trenton! They are very approachable and know their stuff! In short: highly recommended for great products (and prices :)) and very friendly staff!

I have been going here for a long time! Every time I go in they all know who I am, I get a loan on my baby "my gaming laptop" alot! Jessica, Jake, Robert hunter and Trenton! That have all delt with me! I have gone other places in the past but have never had a place that was so personal with regulars! Went in today to get my baby back and Jessica recognized me instantly! She knows why I need to get a loan and knows what I play we even talk about it lol I will forever go to this store an no other cause they are amazing!!! I thank each you all for helping me out!!!!

With the help of Jessica I found the perfect ring for my mother for Mother's day. Everyone was nice and friendly.

I want to say something about this pawn shop. Very very professional. I was a pawn broker for 10 years my self in FL, The thing is at the end of the day customer service. These guys are all about that. USA PAWN & JEWELRY the name you can trust! They stood by there word and took care of me when I had a problem. The are truly a great professional business and they do help out customers and will work with you no matter what. I will be back again to buy more stuff. This is the only pawn shop I would recommended if you need to get business done. Don't waste your time going anywhere else trust me!!!!!!!!!! Aron Thank you dude for working everything out for me :)

So I come into this store to try to get something out of a couple items I bought on Amazon. Itemst I held on to, too long to return. One of the items Actually came with a receipt The other didn't (as most Amazon packages don't). I was told he couldn't take the 2nd item because it didn't have the original receipt (even after showing proof of purchase from my account). Never mind that the box it came in actually had my name & address that matched my ID. He told me he would give me half what I paid for it at $10. When the receipt clearly showed I paid $35. When I pointed that out to him he said he could still only give me $10. After just wanting to be done with it I agreed. Then after holding me there for another 15 minutes to take all my information and look at my ID, he told me he could only give me $5. After already committing to $10. I really don't understand this kind of business practice. If you can't honor your word, then you shouldn't be in business. And seriously, is another $5 going to break your business? Is it worth a bad reputation? There is a reason this place has such bad reviews.

I've never had a bad experience here. This location is clean, well-stocked, and organized, and the customer service personnel are knowledgeable about the products and the services. This location has been a life-saver for finding household items that we need at prices more reasonable than paying for something new.

This location has some very knowledgeable employees. They've given me great deals on stuff and it's why I keep coming back. Jake is very helpful with jewelry, one time I came in just to look at the rings and I pointed out a few I liked and he educated me on each one, he told the cut, how common and how old they were. Helped me size my fingers. I was impressed. Hunter is super smart regarding any firearm you could to bring in. Hes always on it with info like where they're from, what year they were produced, how common they are, the current worth, any accessories you may need, ammo, ect. So does Robert, and he always tries to give me good deals. Great pawn shop overall!

They always seem to have an upbeat attitude about this place. They really do change the format on how I feel pawn shops have a bad vibe and the stigma that sorrunds there industry. Great staff especially slick hair and curly hair guys. They seem to happy to be working but I guess maybe that's the reason it does not feel so much like a pawn shop.

Good people, Jake Robertson especially. Was able to find what I needed because of him.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I had a bike to sell but due to health issues I was unable to walk inside. Gerard was FANTASTIC!. Exceptionally helpful, waited for the store to clear out so I could sign. If you have anything to pawn go here! THEY ARE AMAZING! THANK YOU!

Horrible place to loan or buy today I was told that my diamond ring was fake and was metal not gold which was a lie and it had moissanite diamonds which I know they were lying because I bought it at Jared’s galleria also was GIA certified but was previously loaned there a couple times .They gave me a hard time so I took it to Jared’s to get it tested and they told me it was 💯 percent real diamonds and not metal at all .Both Hillsboro and Beaverton are the worst pawn shops Never shop there the lead pawn broker Robert was really rude don’t do business there
