I've been a customer for over 10 years now and have never had anything but a great experience with every visit. They really try and help you with all aspects and want to help make sure you get your items back and paid off. The staff has always been businesslike and friendly. Their knowledge of the products they loan on has been superior to any shop I've been to in the past. Would not go anywhere else. The merchandise in the shop is higher priced but matches the higher quality products they offer perfectly. The store is clean and organized and the hours accommodate most every schedule. I would give them a 10 out of five stars if I could. Hope this helps.

I can say this is the best place to find items at a good price... I've bought my handguns and electronics from them and had no issues ..and the plus side getting a loan is easy & painless hassle. Definitely will recommend and shop there more

My first visit was to pick up a Gun Broker buy. The staff was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation , knowledge and efficiency of the staff. The gentlemen assisting me even tolerated me retrieving my phone from the truck to share a gun photo. : >) The nature of the business may lend to a different experience. However, I was further impressed with the large selection that encompassed everything from modern polymers to well crafter steel and wood of yesterday. I thank you for your time and I look forward to my next visit.

I've been going to this shop for the past 6 or 7 years. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable, the firearms selection has always been the best in the area, there's no BS, they are willing to work with you on pawned items, their prices are fair both in what they charge and what they offer for an item you bring to sell or pawn. I've never left the shop feeling like I've had anything but a positive experience. I've pawned, sold, and purchased items here, and have had online firearms purchases shipped here. Its always been hassle free.

Hands down the best pawn shop / gun shop around. I have been going here for quite a while and the staff are all amazing. They are honest and fair with pricing and go above and beyond for their customers. They do firearms transfers and have an amazing selection of guns. I use this business for ffl transfers. The employees are super friendly and courteous. If a firearm comes in that day you can take it home that day. Provided you pass the background check, that is super reasonably priced.

This place is great. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable and can help you find what you're looking for. They've also always been great for FFL transfers- every time I've gone here I've been in an out in less than 30 minutes.

This place is my go to FFL. They have fantastic service and a very knowledgeable staff. I have used them several times for transfers and receiving of firearms from online orders. Their prices are also some of the lowest around. Recently they assisted me in transferring a pistol down to CA which is something many FFLs wouldn't even consider. It is always fun to stop in and see what they have as their stock is constantly changing and they very often get in some rarer and more unusual firearms. Their prices are fair and typically in line with market rate, but that is not to say that you can't find a steal of a deal. Definitely a shop that values customer service.

I bought a firearm online and UPS ended up losing it during shipping. The company I purchased it from reported it to the ATF who confiscated it when it showed back up. Finally it gets cleared to be released but since I hadn't officially passed the background check A Cut above Pawn had to deal with getting the firearm back. Considering it happened during these crazy busy/stressful times it just made it worse but A Cut Above Pawn came through. They were very professional and dependable. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to do an FFL transfer. Nothing that went wrong was the pawn shops fault but they still fixed everything and got my firearm to me.👍 I have all my FFL transfers done here, they're pricing is very competitive. They are always fast and professional but never pushy like a lot of pawn shops can be. I was honestly surprised by the guns they had in stock. I also purchased some ammo here, not only was it in stock but it was cheaper than most places especially once you take s&h into consideration. Clean, polite, professional, great merchandise, great prices the list goes on. What more could you want?

This is the place to go for your firearm transfers and purchases for sure. The whole crew is friendly as it comes I only remember a few names like Tyler, Tom and Allen but everyone is great at this place! I drive all the way from Portland because they're the best and friendliest!

I highly recommend this shop! The staff at A Cut Above Pawn are AWESOME! I have dealt with them several times on FFL transactions and they have been reasonably priced and have been friendly, helpful, and non-judgemental every time I have walked in, regardless of who was working that day. Some other shops I've been in, as a female looking at firearms, have been very uncomfortable, and I have even been completely ignored at shops in the past. I have never had a negative interaction, or even a less than friendly vibe, from anyone on the team here. They have always greeted me as soon as I walk in, and were extremely helpful with a repair transaction. I really appreciate their help, and will definitely be back when I am in need of an FFL!

Today was a GREAT experience at A Cut Above Pawn in Beaverton. At first, I was just killing time, and wanted to see what guns they had in stock. And then Alan was helping me, and showing me different rifles that I wanted to see. He was extremely knowledgable about firearms, and by the end of the experience, I ended up purchasing a handgun that I really liked. I explained to Alan that this will be my "go-to" FFL from now on, for all my shipping needs, and it was refreshing to talk to someone who knew the firearms industry, and not just an off-the-street retail associate. Keep Alan around as along as you can! If I ever get my FFL and open a shop, I'm hiring him away from you! :) Thank you again!

I’ve been coming here since I moved from CA. They’re right down the street from me and have great hours. I mostly come for the incredibly fast and competitively priced firearm transfers. Their prices are actually pretty good considering the current climate and even before, I got some awesome deals. I’ve bought quite a few guns here and the staff is very knowledgeable, if you’re not they won’t steer you wrong.

A Cut Above Pawn has very knowledgeable and professional workers that are super helpful and friendly. They have been very helpful with gun transfers and purchases and they go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. It is always fun to go in and see what they have to offer as well as have a chat with all who work there. I would highly recommend you stop in and support this small, but friendly shop!

I’ve been here many many times before and thought I wrote a review for them. Alas, better late than never! By far, my favorite FFL to go to as the staff is friendly, they won’t take an hour to do the paperwork, and they have the best pricing. I’ve been to several FFL’s around here and A Cut Above Pawn is the only place I recommend to people to go to. You won’t be disappointed.

Allen (not sure of the exact spelling) was super helpful!! i went in thinking about getting a bass guitar, within minutes of entering i was leaving with a bass that i got an insane deal on and it came with a super nice case and he threw in a shoulder strap for free! they had a lot of really cool stuff here and the service was incredible. definitely would recommend compared to other pawn shops!!

I purchased my first firearm here using their FFL service and I was impressed with how friendly the guys that work there are. I bought a camera from them some years back and a buddy of mine recommended them to me when I was looking for an FFL. I would gladly pass on the recommendation. Great group of folks to work with.

I have nothing but great things to say about this pawn shop, they have some of the best staff working for them. Just to name one, I was late on a loan and a gentleman behind the Counter, Tom, was happy to help me an not charge me a late fee. Everyone is so helpful and almost like family at this point. They have my business indefinitely 👍
