    Twice I have gone this location in the drive threw, sent the tube and sat there for 20+ minutes with no response. I pressed the call button multiple times with no response. I understand that they may be busy but they should at least confirm that they know I am there and tell me that there are x people in front of me. I will never go to this location again.

    Well for many many years I told everyone how great my bank was and how perfect my banking was. And then they started taking money out of my account for no reason so much so they put me into the negatives like double digit negatives. And no matter how many times I have gone to any bank and talked to any manager no one will help. And they refused to take off any of the charges. Which really is a stellar thing if your whole life is paycheck to paycheck and you usually only have about five dollars in your account

    I want to close down my account. The banker told me to wait till tmrw bcoz of my hold account..I m not going to make new account anymore after closed down n my money had been hacked frm keybank.. I lost $1000 after deposited my money

    I have gone to this branch several times to make deposits on behalf of the company I work for, and I have always gone through the drive-through. Each time I have had a negative experience, and I promise myself I will never go there again, but then I find myself giving them just one more chance because it's the branch closest to my child's school. But now I will NEVER go there again. They have weird policies that no other branch has in place. I don't know what the deal is with the management; I honestly don't know how anybody makes a successful deposit there. 1. They put a several-day hold on almost any deposit when the check is a personal check written from a personal account. This doesn't work for me, because our company is a construction contractor, who most often gets paid through personal checks from homeowners. No other branch has given me such trouble about a normal straight-up deposit. 2. If a customer signed over an insurance check to our company with the words "Pay to the Order of...." and their signature, and then we try to deposit it, this branch will not accept it. Twice I have literally driven down the road to a different branch and successfully made the same deposit within the hour. In conclusion, we can't win. If a homeowner signs over the insurance check to our company, the bank won't deposit it. And if the homeowner deposits the insurance funds into his own account and then writes us a personal check, the bank will put a hold on it. We simply can't do business under those constraints. This is the most ludicrous bank branch I have EVER heard of. In an age where we can take photos of checks we want to deposit and submit them over our phone apps, it makes no sense for there to be such red tape over normal deposits. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

    My teller, Verna Farrar was awesome! I've been a customer here at this bank for a while now and even though I rarely use the lobby I've been graced to deal with her. I had a bunch of change I wanted to deposit, she not only offered to help roll it but she even supplied me with the rolling sleeves to do so! I like this bank.

    Worst bank ever other than Wells Fargo..I'm Switching my bank tomorrow, I wish I could today. It's the worst bank ever please go somewhere else

    The drive up ATM is BROKE it took my money spit out a receipt saying it couldn’t process my request. It did not put the money into my account I am mediately went into the bank to try to get help and one of the teller told me that I had to call the one 800 number to start a claim After she told me I was the second person of the day this happened to you.Then I tried to go to the manager for help which he did not do he has not answered any of my calls or return them. Everyone of the representatives I spoke with on the phone was absolutely unprofessional they have had the worst training ever known to man. Do not do not bank with them

    The tellers are always very nice and quick, usually not a long wait if there is a line and the branch manager is a great guy! I've never had a bad experience, I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I simply appreciate you all for the excellent services!

    Tellers and banker were great but be aware of the key investments team that would come to you and offer you bunch of good things. I really did not know what investments were about so kinda of was my own fault. The brokers got me into investments with a well worked speech. They told I was gonna make big profits and never loose money blah blah blah.They made it look nice and easy at the end I lost $2000 of my money. Closed all my accounts. I don't recommend this bank to anyone.

    Have banked here for a few years. Nothing but problems from the beginning. They hold all my checks no matter what. My card was stolen and they allowed someone to change the pin and use my account. I recently went in after depositing a check on the app which I have done many many times and not only didn't they release the money they didn't even release a doller of it. I then got a call saying they are holding it for 7 days but that I can go in and talk to a branch manager. So I did even though I live an hour away. Just to be told they won't do anything about it. They won't cancel the check and let me redo it cause they would charge me with fraud and they wouldn't even close my account to drop it. So now I have to wait for it to go through to close my account. The brancg manager told me he would try to figure something out and call me either way and of course never did. And the worst part is that they already took the money out of my mom's account and have the money! But want to hold it for 7 days.? That seems like fraud to me. Don't bank here or else you will have nothing but issues and lose money! Update! It's the 20th and they are supposed to have released my money but they didn't. I also just received a letter saying they won't release it now till the 23rd cause they don't think the other bank will pay it! Well since keybank already took the money out of my mom's account and have been holding it for 5 days Im pretty sure they are gonna pay. And again the branch manager Never called Me! Ridiculas bank.
