Don't use these guys for auto lending if you want to actually have your title. They decide to use the post office and not use priority mail so that it can easily get lost then make you pay for a duplicate that's not the original. Just use your own bank. -Update still haven't gotten my title or duplicate to get plates transferred over to my home state that expire in a month. Talked with the upper level management that gave the same excuses and still better off working with my own bank next time for auto loans.

I don't want a bank account anymore. The magical fees are unreal, every time I withdraw all my money it says I'm negative $1.60, unreal!

The customer service at the Aurora branch is amazing. Everyone is very helpful. Management goes out of there way to assist. During the pandemic its difficult dealing with customer who are irate and aggressive. They are patient and always smiling and ready to assist.

If I could no stars I would I’m so tired of being harassed by a lady in a gray suv who works for u all I live in the apartments behind u and I drop my daughter off at the bus stop outside of the apartments where u can park has nothing to do with the bank at all or says bank parking only she’s so very rude and needs to stop Harssing me I front of my daughter and go about her day at the bank of this doesn’t stop I’ll go above higher she literally was watching me from the window this morning like do your job my car isn’t blocking any entrance for anyone to get to the bank at all so stop with the drama over nothing lady and deal with your job on the inside the bank opens at 9 so stop bothering people

I am a 25 year member of this C.U. Their core value is the sucess of their clientele. They offer so much and ask for so little. I could do all of my banking electronically but, when I walk in, they know who I am and that makes me feel special every time. Highly recommend!

The most on organized and untrained staff I’ve ever experienced, got a car loan for a private party purchase, the guy I was buying the car from came all the way up from Colorado Springs and it took half of the day to get the whole thing taken care of. They did not inform me of certain aspects that need to be taken care of which took way too long. A total inconvenience very bad customer service. I will never use this facility or credit union again.

All my transactions with this organization have been professional, with the utmost quality of customer service. It is very easy to reach and speak with an actual person, and each time I do, it is a very pleasant experience. I would give them 10 gold stars if I could! I highly recommend this credit union for all your banking needs.💯😂

This bank (all partners nationwide) is the worse! The people are friendly, they are not the problem. The problem is the internal system. The way things are done and processed is ridiculous. Just as Tree F reviewed I too finally canceled my account and I am so happy I did. They have many 1star reviews for a reason and its unusual for a bank.

Partner Credit Union helped me refinance my car to a much better rate than I got at the dealership! They were incredibly helpful through the entire process, easy to work with, and quick when it came to getting me out of my old car loan. Highly recommend and a member for life now!

Aurora branch was amazing... Arvada branch is why I closed out my accounts. Currently in the process of moving our auto loan and closing out my husband's accounts as well. I work in the CU industry and wouldn't recommend banking here... ever.
