The drive-thru lanes that used to be on the backside of the Bank are all closed now. The line behind me is now 3 times as long. The understaffed workers are doing what they can. They are helpful and nice. End of the week, month, year holiday spending traffic? And choose another personal bank besides Wells Fargo if you want. Some months ago national Wells Fargo bankers were opening fake accounts for customers. It's hard to think that they did that on their own.

I have being with Wellsfargo for more than 20 years and I hardly go to branches but today that I went I waited more than 2 hours to speak with a banker. That's HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am considering moving my business somewhere else where they don't make wait more than 2 hours.

In my roughly 15 years of using Banks this is by far the worst bank I have ever been to everything about it is horrible!!! If you have 30 extra minutes or more to stand in line to do anything to your account this is the bank for you.. if you want to have the lady at the door yell at you like she's the police and raise her voice and disrespect you this is the place for you.. if you like seeing two tellers on duty on a Saturday while there's a entire football team waiting outside this is the bank for you.. if you want to wait behind people that seem to spend 10 to 15 minutes at a teller this is the bank for you.. I wish there was a zero star button because I will never ever use this Wells Fargo again.. everything about this place sucks!!!

We use this Wells Fargo for the company I work for. I have been coming here for a year and it’s always the friendliest service. They acknowledge me by name and actually take the time to get to know me. The service here is outstanding and I recommend this branch over all the others! Thank you all for your great service!

Everyone was so nice when I came in! I got greeted, asked if there's anything they can do and since I had multiple stuff to do I went to a personal teller. (Highly recommend Darren!!) He got everything situated in my account, helped me get my credit card paid off and made a lot of jokes that definitely made my day. Definitely will come back to this place! Don't know why there are bad reviews though; amazing, open and friendly place. Best Wells Fargo that I have been to!

I used to use a different Wells Fargo for work deposits and I just recently started using this location. Every experience I have had here has been amazing. The staff always goes above and beyond. I would like to shout out Roxana, Samantha, Karla and Rashell for being absolutely amazing and so personable. Keep up the great work, it really makes a difference in my day.

I would like to take a moment and thank Wells Fargo and in particular the young lady with whom I had the pleasure of dealing with this morning. Laina Carney is her name and I wish to thank her publicly for her wonderful spirit and cheerful attitude for the 45 minutes we spent clearing up a banking matter. The drive up ATM machines are basically worthless. I have been to them two times in the last two weeks and both times they were not accepting deposits. They should turn them off if they can't function properly. Going inside is worse because there is no emphasis on service. The teller lines are long and there are plenty of supervisors standing around but they don't step up to help the lines move. I go to several banks every month for my work and Wells is at the bottom when it comes to customer service.
