    Worst banking service. Almost 4 weeks and still havenā€™t received our business debit card. Talking to banking specialists and 800 number members for the past few weeks havenā€™t resolved anything. Then being charged for rush fees which they said they will credit back...I mean weā€™ve never dealt with a bank this is unprofessional. Only picked this Bank because it was conveniently close to our business but now experience the most inconvenience. Glad we didnā€™t sigh up with their merchant services for our multiple locations. What a DISASTER!!!! Oh they are really good at apologizing for the inconvenience FYI.
