    Been going here for years. The Branch Manager is always welcoming and nice. Today (20210223), Alfred attended to our needs and his customer service skills are above and beyond. At no time I felt rushed or overwhelmed, he made sure our transactions were deposited to the correct accounts (we have multiple products with Chase). Again, most of the time we manage via Digital but when we need a local branch to help - this is our go-to branch. 🇺🇲

    This was my first experience with chase bank. I walked in needing a document notarized. After standing in line at the tellers desk she tells me I need to take a seat and someone will be out to get me. I finally get in the the cubical (the first one to your immediate left) when you walk in the front door. She asks what documents are you needing notarized, I tell her. She says are you a chase customer, I say yes. She gets her books out and begins writing. Says nothing to me this entire process and then looks at me and makes me raise my right hand and say the document I am signing is true to the best of my knowledge. I was so caught off guard I almost asked for a manager. I have had documents notarized for over 20 years and have never done that!!!! She then made me do it again for the second document. She then gives me my ID and documents back and said there you go. I was shocked w the customer service here... well, lack there of. I will never use this bank again. And I have already made calls to report this employee to multiple disciplines of chase bank.

    This location is painful to use. Whoever approved the remodel really has no clue about process flow and should be reassigned to janitorial duties. There is no more drive-thru, the counter is understaffed, which consistantly leads to long wait times, and the new inside ATMs face out so that people in line can see your every transaction i.e., how much you're withdrawing. It's hard to believe someone got paid to come up with and implement this design.

    Not a go to go branch for banking services. Very disorganized, very unhelpful. Customers treated so bad that they won't come back. I'm not sure if the staff's motive is to have the branch no customers.. !!! Will never go back!!!

    Don't come unless you want to wait 15 minutes in line. Customer service is absolutely terrible. Their staff just runs by you and offer no assistance whatsoever.

    I always seem to have an issue when I go this certain location. The ATM took all the money I was depositing and didn't put it in my account, had to file a report and wait up to a week for it to appear. Next time, I used the drive thru instead of the ATM and the tube system wasn't working. SMH....

    My husband and I have been Chase bank customers for 8-10 years, and today they decided to shut down our account with no warning whatsoever and act like OUR hard earned money was theirs. We called both the 800 customer service line as well as went into this branch and they said that they couldn't give any reason whatsoever as to why this happened and we're really snooty and rude. Stay far far away from Chase bank. Thankfully we were able to open up a new bank account with a new bank.

    Theresa and sailaja are both very rude. Everyone else is very friendly and willing to work out your problems. If you don’t like helping people get out of the job of customer service. It’s not my fault you hate your job. Just quit being rude to others trying to ruin their day.

    They've been helpful when I go in. However, I haven't liked it since they did away with their drive thru. Usually only one teller and a long wait in line, no matter what time you go.

    Extremely long waits! Need another teller but have been needing another for months now. Don't think this location will ever be as efficient as other banks.
