Great city cars are absolutely horrible!!!! ANYONE who has written a good review on them were bribed to do so by the salesman the same as I was in return to have money taking off the full price of the car only at the end to be charge that extra money for the last car payment. The car they sold me was a lemon and they take advantage of people like myself who was in desperate need of some honest help being a lady had hit me head on and totaled my car so with not much money to spend I found myself there. They robbed me basically for a 06 Sonata in the end played close to $5000 dollars for a 06 that they knew at the point of sale had a bad valve cover gasket, coils, and spark plugs. All of that together I was told would be a $1,465 dollar fix recently. I’m glad the car has ran as long as it did but they most definitely are cons and don’t deserve any kind of business and they are highly unprofessional! Worse place I could have ever went to in my life for a car but I had no choice because of my situation! Don’t let a desperate situation in your life take you here. I’m sure there are better places than this! Not great city Cars. They should be called Worst City Cars.

If I could give this place a 0 I would… DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS PLACE… absolutely BAD BUSINESS!!! I paid cash for a car and the 45 day tags are about to expire and they refused to fix their ERROR!! I tried calling no answer. Was forced to drive to that lot to be told that they sent my title two days ago with my tags expiring in two days….. then the manager has the nerve to tell me to go to the post office and see if they can track my title?!?! WHO DOES THAT!!! And refused to issue me a new 10 day tag, just to make sure that I wouldn’t be driving with expired tags!!! Had the audacity to tell me that would be illegal?!?! THE LIES!!! I personally have had dealerships that had issues with getting the title transferred issue out a 10 day tag or another 30 day tag to make sure we weren’t driving illegally!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE COMPANY!!! They have signs all over the office stating to not give money to anyone other then the accountant…. But I’ve never seen the account during the weekday or over the weekend. The Manager took the money… just disgusted with this business.

I got my truck in March and am still waiting on paperwork to get my tags I have called and keep getting told they send it out but still don't have it so at this point I need a 45 day tag are my paperwork before I have my lawyer deal with it ...

My wife and I just got a car from this lemon place because we needed something quick. Hasn’t even been 30 DAYS! Not even a week into having the car our breaks went out. Took the car back up to this place they had it for a couple days and claimed they fixed all the breaks and whatever else was wrong with the car. Well yesterday my wife was in the most tragic car accident because our breaks went out on this lemon that GREAT CITY CARS claimed they FIXED! Our car flipped 4 times and my wife was sent to the hospital was very injured. Now this car place doesn’t want to answer. When you call they hang up on you! It’s time to take legal matters so that’s what will be happening next. I will NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! They are running a scam at this place! They get 0 stars from us! If it was an option!

Great City Cars is awesome. After being in an accident I needed an affordable car very quickly. They offer used cars and everyone knows you take a risk with used vehicles. That said the first one I picked failed on me. Joe aka Mr. Awesome put in work to get it back up in running for free. When that failed he swapped out my vehicle for another and when it had a malfunction he got it fixed the same day and put gas in it ❤❤❤ #Rollinhappyandpeacefully Treat them with Respect and they'll dothe same. Thank you Kade, D, and most of all Joe.

They are out to get your money, only reason they get 3 stars is because of the nice lady who deals with the payments she is awesome she let's us get a few days to pay our car note when we have hard times, she cares. Also they told us our payments are every month so we almost lost our car because our payments are really every two weeks it's like the salesmen told us every month so we lose the car thinking its monthly and boom they get our down payment plus what we put into the car I don't recommend doing buy here pay here car lots. As I said before it's the nice lady who takes payments that gives them a 3 star they need to thank her, she is saving them God bless her.

It was a different but good experience. I bought my suv from them paying every two weeks until payed off. All I can say is don't be a day late without notice or you will notice your vehicle gone lol. Thanks Great City!

Ive been reading some of the reviews.Lets be honest. You buy from a buy here pay here place becouse your credit isn't to par. Ive made all my payments on time and havint had any problems with them. I have had to fix a couple things on van. But any used car you buy is sold as is. Over all I'm happy they where here when I needed them. Plus has inspired me to start fixing my credit.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! I am paying for a non running car. I have literally been cussed out because I was upset that I owe 2000 for a car that isn’t running! I have to pay over 3000 for my car to even get running! The entire underneath was completely rusted! I have never missed not one payment! I pay my car faithfully! They’re awful, unless you want cussed out and treated like a dog DO NOT GO HERE

Worst place to even get a vehicle. Nobody calls back nor try’s to solves the issue. You won’t get ahold of accounting person. Been trying since January and got no where. Car was repossessed right after I paid my car payment which was like $350. And now there trying to say I got to pay almost $500 to get my vehicle out when I just paid my car payment and they came and took my vehicle. I will never get a vehicle from this place again. They’re just scamming you out of your money and the repo place is in with it also.

I called on Monday and talked to James. He explained how things worked and what I needed to bring with me. He sent me pictures of vehicles that were 300$ down. I arrived at my appointment time. James was great, nothing against him. I think its beyond crazy you have to go from one lot to another lot. When I went to the other lot it was all bad. They didn't even have 300$ down vehicles. All their vehicles besides maybe two were absolutely junk. They offered me to look at two vehicles they could give me. Ford Focus....i owned one before and engine went out twice...junk cars!!!! And a dodge neon....again junk cars. Total asking price for both of them. 4,000....oh you've got to be kidding me!!!!!!!!!!!!! No one would come talk to me. They were all looking at each other. I walked around for a minute, still no one would come talk to me. So I had to go back to the other lot to get my license. This place was an absolute JOKE. And as desparte as I need a vehicle I would NEVER EVER buy one from there. I read the reviews before I went and thought ohhh I'll still go. No wonder all these reviews are terrible. If i could give negative stars I would. Terrible customer service. Terrible vehicles. They buy these vehicles from Auctions for damn near nothing then put high price tags on them. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!! Save your time, don't go there. Oh and yes they don't require you to pay for tax and title on your downpayment, thats an additional 375$, they then split that between your first two bi-weekly payments. So if you don't have an extra 800$ that first month then don't do it either. They don't explain that to yoy unless you ask.

Would not answer calls about van I bought kept ignoring my messages and repo my van and saying it1000 dollars to get it back do. Not go here

Was struggling so hard to find a car that would accept my credit and that was flexible. I went to Great City Cars and in less than 30 minutes Rich helped me not only get a good car but the down payment was resonable and the whole process was smooth and easy. A+ Great job Great City Cars!!!!

Husband got a car from here. Even with proper care the engine blew up before 6 months was over. Do not recommend and would give 0 stars if possible. They bribe people into giving them 5 star reviews by giving a slight discount if you show them the review before you even sign the paper work for the car.

Disregard the good comments, I'm sure if they talk to them recently or a couple months after. It'll be a bad review. They have nothing but clunkers on their last tire about to die. Then the ones for 700 are only so-so... Don't waste your time here, the most crooked, upside down place around. Yeah you got cash you got car, but ask yourself this. Is that really how you want to do business and feel secure?....

My grandmother purchased a suv from here and the only thing it needed was a thermostat but for the most part it is a really good car. They were very nice to us when it came to their customer service skills (some of them) but the problem is that they dont make sure everyone is giving out the same information to the customers. Every time you call your being told something different or the rules has changed and thats not right. That will make people not want to deal with the company because misinformation is given out daily. Great City Cars needs to make sure all employees give out the same information to all customers but other wise they were great!

This is definitely a good place to go for a used car. I've already bought three cars from them. I'll buy more!

This place is a scam dont buy no cars from Great City Cars they took 800$ from my son buying his first car n 2 hours later the car broke down needing a battery in which is necessary of course ok but then the next day the car needed a belt n axles. We fix all that the car running ok have to invest over 500$ in the car tho same month. Next month the car got repo because non payment my son was supposed pay 190$ every 2 weeks well it happened that it was another fee of 234$ the he didn't know about. My son is only 19 years old and this is the most horrible experience that he got for the first car. This place is full of scam and Ill be contacting six on your site the labor law and whoever else I can. This places should be shut down for extortion of Minors stealing their money and making them sign bogus paper work to trap them.

Engine blew 2 weeks after purchasing. Turns out the car I bought had a blown junk yard engine in it. I lost my whole down payment and first payment towards the car. They did not provide another car. The staff are rude and unprofessional. I would highly suggest you look to purchase a car somewhere else.

Went with my husband and baby boy about a year so ago and they were very unhelpful showed us one van was the best they had but think it had bedbugs inside, we test drove it and my sister n husband was n the middle seat getting bit by something. Then they showed us n my dad a two door that had a sunroof but it was ripped out and the back windshield was broken glass everywhere. Would not recommend unless very desperate. And, wanted us to pay car note weekly instead of bi-weekly more than what we were getting paid at the time.

I love the car and the staff are all awesome. Would definitely recommend for anyone needing a vehicle. I had a key stop working on me and Paul and staff helped get me a new key an back on the road. Will be continuing to be a customer in the future.

Great cars for a very affordable price. Have now gotten 2 cars and paul and john both worked to the highest extent possible to get me what i was looking for. Would highly recommend this car lot if looking to get into something quick and suitable for your needs.

Smooth experience. My wife and I came with my son to help him buy a car, test drive and assist with our wisdom of finding a good car. This was a surprising pleasant and easy transaction. It's really true. Most places want x dollars down plus tax and title. It's true here also. However, they will split the 300 ish of tax, tags and title over you first 2 bi-weekly payments. So yeah, we literally drove off with 500, not a penny more. First two payments, we have to pay double payments to cover tax, title, tags but they will do that. Of course IF you pay/add the tax, title, tags to your down payment (total 800 ish) then you don't have the higher first two payments. Choice is yours and your situation. But you do have a choice. My son only had the 500 exactly and drove home today. My sales rep was Tyler. He was friendly, professional and didn't try any of the old shenanigans that some salesman might try

Great City Cars started off being a great car lot. The only way you’re able to talk to someone is if you’re in person. I called to set up a payment arrangement because my grandfather was deathly ill so I had to go out of town as soon as possible. I called several times and left several messages. No one returned my calls. They sent the repo man to a relatives house. I just happened to be sitting in it and a VERY rude guy came and demanded me out of the car. I just did laundry so all my kids things were in there. I asked to get my things out the car and he would not allow me. He maced me and my boyfriend and it was totally uncalled for! I called to file a complaint and of course no one returned my call. Also, I was ok with sending it back because I found a better car so I was going to send it back. It has had several issues since I bought it. I understand it’s used and I didn’t put much on it so I didn’t complain but the way the repo man acted was totally unnecessary. Their communication sucks!

I can't stand this car company. I tried and tried to call and speak to Nick that works at this car lot and to let him know I was out of town and would make my payment when I returned. But guess that wasn't good enough the car lot sent a repo man to get my car. Now due to my previous car accident I have no way to get treatment. Nobody cares anymore. It's all about the money. I'm sorry I had had a death in my family and my fiance has a brother that had a major heart attack. And now we have no transportation to take care of him. Thanks great city cars. I will never refer anyone to your lot. Nor will I ever get another vehicle again from you guys. #notahappycustomer

All of these good reviews are due to them promising a lower price for the bucket youre about to pay for. They own nothing but clunkers. I recommend bringing your own mechanic to have them inspect the car before signing anything

Great city auto is very unprofessional, their disrespectful, they’ll hang up in your face, they have no respect for their customers even the ones paying their car notes. They use profanity toward their customers, and the cars are in really bad shape. This lot is full of garbage and you’ll put more money into the car then its worth I can understand “AS IS” but dam at least give us a piece of car. DO NOT WASTE your time or money you will be very disappointed. How I wish you didn’t have to give any stars 👎

When I first heard of this place I used it as my last option. Sounded way to sketch! But I loved it! My car sales man was rich , my car was $700 down. When I got it , only minor things needed fixed , the breaks and rotors. If you refer someone you get $50 off of a $150/$190 payment. You also get 30% off of car parts. Being used cars you are going to have minor problems. They do not repo your car the day after not paying it. They are very helpful when it comes to payments. All you need is the down payment and your drivers license and you leave with the car! I worked for a franchise store and I was the assistant so I was on salary , I called off ONE day , an 8 hour shift, and when I put my 30 day notice , in right before my pay check I was told I owed my boss 45 hours (?????) , she kept that check and the following check , I was paid bi-weekly. I was un-able to make my payments. I didn't receive a pay check for a month and a half! They didn't come and reposses my car until two months After my first missed payment. I made payments when I got my first check but it was only training so I wasn't able to pay as much as I had thought I would! But they held off for as long as they could ! As long as you speak to them they will help you ! Also , where the people are complaining about putting a $500 down payment and two weeks later having to pay $375 , that is for your tax and title. Unlike most car places they don't make you pay that upfront! When you get your car all you need is the down payment. You pay tax and title two weeks after. I highly recommend Great City Cars to anyone that can't get approved any where else because of credit or past repossessions.

I am so confused by the good reviews. I have stopped by this lot several times and have NEVER seen a decent car. Just tonight we stopped and saw several vans, all priced tax and tile for $3990, with $300 - $500 down. Included in that you get a busted windshield, duct taped bumpers and mirrors wrapped in packing tape. At the 2nd lot there was a cash price, $999 car that was wrecked in the front end and had a busted windshield. They must be out of their mind to be selling these cars for these prices in these conditions. Are the good reviews coming from family and friends? How is this the #1 buy here pay here in Columbus? I mean are there hidden "gems" somewhere on the lot? Please enlighten me, if there is actually something worthy of $4000 I'd pay half of that down or pay it in full today.

There cars are junk they run for about a week then everything starts happing to them my daughter and grandson about died because her break line broke and a week after she had the car it had a real bad oil leak I wouldn't recommend this place that's my opinion srry

Some cars are nice I'm not going to lie. People have been telling me that they sell nothing but lemons and I don't agree with that. Of course your not get a luxury car for 300 down but the cars they sell can help you get from point A to B.

Beware*** they take off 250$ off the total price of a car for people to leave good reviews at the time of purchase not after actually pulling off in it. First car blew up in 3 days 2nd replacement car lasted 30min. Total price of a car that is valued at 800$ was sold to me at 4000$ only went here bc in was in a pinch. I buy many cars and vans for work this is the worst experience I've ever had. Even if you only have 300$ to put down they ask for another 375$ in 2 weeks so just save you 675 and look on Facebook market place. Find a 1000$ car and talk them down. Car will be better than anything they will or can give you it will last longer and you won't be paying 4000 for a beater.

I was in a tough spot buying my home. Couldn't risk my credit being run. They worked with me. All is well. Pretty thankful.... edit to months later. ALL MY PAYMENTS ARE CURRENT AND ON TIME. YET GREAT CITY IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL THEY TOOK MY CAR INSTEAD OF SOMEONE ELSES. SAID OOPS AND I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY TO GET MY CAR BACK.

I’ll NEVER buy a car from this company ever again! I bought an SUV from them last summer, and ended up getting into an accident a couple weeks after buying it. Had to pay my deductible to get my car repaired. I tried calling the dealership NUMEROUS times to explain the situation and I wouldn’t have money for my first payment. Every time I reached out, nobody got back to me. They took my car a week later. Very unprofessional that nobody answers the phone or took my situation seriously. Just got ripped off! Don’t waste your time or money!

A friend was robbed by these criminals. Sold them a car with serious issues that cost thousands to repair. Transmission started having issues. They would only accept cash payments, but would never give customer a receipt. Then they repoed the car when they were a week late. Avoid at all costs!

I got a car from them 8 months ago and the car and my interactions with them have been GREAT! No hassle if I needed to bump a payment to the next week, I’ve always paid. Service from everyone I encountered was great but Isaiah is the man! The lady in accounting is my hero, ran into financial issues and she allowed me to move my payment back to the next week. I absolutely would recommend this place. Just understand that if the car has an issue, spot it before u purchase it and they’ll maybe chip a LITTLE bit off the price. Just talk to them.

DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go to great city cars for a vehicle. They only have wrecked cars. They mess up contracts. They only put payments in their system half the time. They are rude. They are basically the slum lords of vehicles. We dealt with Rich and he refused to acknowledge us every time we went in. We tried for 2 month's to have an appointment discussing our papers. He charged us double for a car that was priced at $2100, and expects us to pay even more. He is a scum bag and so are the other salesmen there. This is the scum Rich.

Hamza is who i dealt with and he is AMAZING! I like to know everything and he is completely informative! He is very professional and is right down to it! Likes to talk so anything you need to know.... Ask him! There are several bad reviews on here and I'm pretty much gonna guarantee it is from the ones who missed a car payment or two. Can't expect people to be nice and courteous when you miss your payments! Do what you're supposed to do and you'll never have any problems! They were totally respectful and couldn't ask for a better outcome! I love my car! EDIT! So I've had my car 8 days now. I love it still. Drives wonderfully. The next car I get... I'll be going back here! They are great! Especially my salesman! I'm glad to know that i can depend on them for my worries! EDIT! I HAVE OFFICIALLY PAID OFF MY CAR AS OF TODAY AND I STILL STAND BY EVERYTHING I SAID THE DAY I BOUGHT IT! I absolutely love my SUV and after the few months I have had it I am still only at $172,000 miles! I also travel a lot. They even worked with me on paying my car off and I ended up having money taken off.. I couldn't be more pleased with the dealership!

Purchased 1st car its broke down 2 days off their lot so they offered me a second car 3 days later it won't move when your shift gears. Poor customer service. I made 3 payments one for 700 and 2 for 775. 2200 dollars and I can't even receive a phone call about when they are coming to tow the far. This is coved nobody can afford to lose a job over this. Point blank they take your money and just don't care.

I outright brought my car had my car checked out before I purchased as well. I think ig ur honest and let the sales person helping you know what you want the will make it happen for you. I test drove my car 2 days in a row and took it to auto zone to have any codes read as well.

Great city cars was very helpful! Got me in a great running car. And the process was fast not sitting in there all day. They have a great verity of cars to choose from. I recommend to any first time buyers or anyone trying to get back on their feet. Ask for Diquan his service was great, he gets you in & out.

Bought a van from here. Test drive went well. 2 days after giving them 700 for a down payment found out the radiator wouldn’t hold antifreeze. After trying to get ahold of them by phone for 2 weeks went up to the office to make a payment. Tried to talk to the people there but they weren’t interested and where busy dealing with a fight that had broken out in the office. Was told I would have to come back the following Monday to talk to the person who sold us the car. The following Monday the person I needed to speak with still wasn’t there and they didn’t know when he would be back and shut the door in my face. After 700 down payment and 1st payment of 400 they refuse to talk to me and the car is now broke down and I haven’t even had it for a month. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. How they haven’t been reported to the BBB is amazing but that will be my next step as well as going to the news station. They need to be stopped from selling damaged and broken vehicles as inspected used cars when people are broke and need a car due to the pandemic. They will take advantage of you and there is no recourses to stop them from doing so.

I went to great city cars and I was very pleased by their great customer service. Ian was so great about helping me even though it took me test driving 4 cars before I found the one I love. Ian was so patient. I bought my car and I couldn't be any happier. I absolutely love it. It was so easy with their quick approval. I recommend them to everyone especially if you are having issues with credit approval. All I needed was my drivers license and down payment, signed my papers and drove off. My boyfriend and I bought our first car together and we had literally the easiest experience ever thanks to the sales associate, Chad Parke aka Jesus with the John Lennon glasses. He was the most honest and efficient salesman I've ever had to deal with.

Don't go to great city cars. They'll be nice and straightforward at first, but they're one big scam. They assured me a memo title would be mailed to be and be in my mailbox before my temp tags expired. I never received it. Their calling system doesnt get you to someone who can help you. I dealt with the salesman there named Isaiah and he has now been ignoring any attempt to get ahold of him for 3 weeks now. Thanks to great city cars I'm missing work, and having to drive without legal plates on my car, and they wont even deal with the problems their customers have. Great city cars is the worst dealership in ohio. Save your money and go somewhere worth it.

4 days after I brought the car got a text saying something wrong with the contract on their end. After talking to Daniel and setting up for him to come to me and fix it, the next day they repo the car. The first payment wasn't even due for another week. Now won't answer the phone or return messages. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

I Love Great City Cars like I have purchased 2 one in 2017 and one in 2018 cars With them and working on the third one.Great City Cars have always been able to answer any questions I may have asked. Typical buy here-pay here place. All they want is your money & if you're even a day late, be prepared for your car to be towed and be ready to pay damn near $1000 to get it back. Car's aren't in the best shape either. Save your money, buy a car in full elsewhere. Wouldn't recommend this place.

I went there to lease my first car. Took my girl with me to test drive (since she knows more about cars). So we test drived 3 cars that was within the $500 down range and all 3 cars had engine problems. Tried out the last car which was a ford focus and it was great. I wanted it so bad. But then I had a coupon for $200 dollars off and...they would not honor it. Plus my girl seen a lot of posters all about repo which is a very bad sign. Would not recommend this place.

Connie was amazing !! Got me into a great car and was an amazing salesman. She worked fast and efficient and was very respectful and professional. I will definitely be referring her to my friends and family!

Please be aware of the contract before signing. Even though they have really low down payments. You are required to make two 375.00 payments biweekly in that one month. If you do not have sufficient income to cover the expense I suggest that you don't agree that you do. They will repossess the car. After about 20 days delinquent. They will work with you for a few but that only gets you off the repo list for three days. (Wasted money) Depending on the vehicle you chose you might get a strong one or a different one. It's based on your choice. Be aware and i suggest not to look at the exterior of the car but the strength and life of it. If you aren't knowledgeable about cars bring a jack of all trades with you. Be advised. It's your choice and your responsibility. They don't sugarcoat sh#+. You will have to listen and ask questions. Understand your contract and be real with yourself. CAN YOU REALLY AFFORD THE DOUBLE PAYMENT with all your other bills. That's where i messed up. I couldn't afford it and got the van anyway. I really love becky but it's to much for the double payment. So would i refer someone to Great City. As i said before they are Good people. high demand so a little overworked. But you don't buy the car for customer service. You buy because you need transportation. If you can't afford the (2) 375 don't sign the contract! Facts learned.. 03/09/2020 I now have a bias opinion. After paying about $850 to get the vehicle out of the impound. Then a week later paying the actual payment. The threw a tow charge of 400 without warning then the original payment. The tow company stated the price was that high because City Cars required an additional payment. City Cars denied that assertion. So they the $800 payment to the principal loan. Long story short. After adding additional fees. They forwarded themselves to retrieve the vehicle on Martin Luther Kings Day.

This place had two cars severely malfunction before I left the lot. Beware the gas gauges don't work niether do other major functions of the panels so you don't know there's a problem

If I could give negative stars I would. This website won't let you post without at least 1 star and that's why they got it. I don't know how they are with cars but don't to rent property from them. $1600.00 as a deposit/furture down payment to buy the home in 2 years. When I wasn't able to move into the home and provided documentation my 1600.00 was then labeled "non-refundable." Just more of the sorry sack of horse doo this country has become where everyone is trying to stick it to those having difficulties. Legal theft.

We looked online found a vehicle called told them which one we were interested in and when we would b by like 3 hours later were headed there an my wife decided to look at there supposed inventory an the suv we had picked out was just sold we were not happy. Everything they really had on there lot looked like it was ready for the scrap yard. I'm sorry a 15 year old car with 300 thou in it isnt worth 4500.

I highly recommend Great City Cars to anyone needing a car, they have a good selection with small down payments. Ask for Zach, he got me $500 off the total price of my car and had me out and on the road in less than an hour and most of that time was me trying to decide what to get.

Nice place to find a 1st car. Sales people are friendly. 1st car I got did have issues but they made it right and made sure I hade a car that ran within 48hrs and paid for it themselves. I'll definitely recommend to friends in future. Be sure to ask for Rich or Jordan.

I put down for a car and got the greatest deal. Car is absolutely amazing!!! Low mileage, everything works except the interior was dirty and dusty due to no one using it as well as no radio but that is nothing compared to how well the car was to be a 2004.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst car lot in Columbus. My boyfriend put 450.00 down on a car on 3/16 on 3/19 the car started to over heat. He contacted Rich (sales man that sold him the car) and advised him of the situation. Rich told him to bring the car in so they can look at it. He took the car up there that same day (had to pull over 2 times on my way there so the car could cool down) and Rich told him if I bring it back the next day and drop it off with the mechanic they would fix it. After dropping his car off for about 8 hours Rich finally contacted him to let him know the problem was fixed. He gets there and the problem was FAR from "fixed". All they did was attach a fan to the car and told him when ever the car starts to over heat to turn the fan on. Yes, I know what your thinking "a fan". Anyways to make a long story short he told Rich that was not going to work and Rich went on to tell him there was nothing else they could do and in his words "this is the world you live in, its not fair" I really hope and pray that no one buys from this lot.

We had the worst experience ever here.!they dont answer the phones DO NOT SIGN THE PAPERS WALK AWAY NOW... ACTUALLY DONT WALK... RUN.... DOWN PAYMENT gets deferred and split to first and 2and payment... we were on our way home the day we bought the jeep and the freaking brakes seized up then something else and something else we ended up keeping the jeep for 2 weeks N taking it back and losing the 800$ we put down.

I went here to buy a beater car for work, don’t even waste your time. I feel bad if you can get a loan for your car and have to resort to this place. This place screams shade tree mechanic. I went to get a truck and it wasn’t how it was described online, I ended up leaving because the salesperson was terrible. Waste of time take your money else where.

Good place for A to B cars. Make sure you bring a mechanic to checkout the vehicles that you are considering to purchase. Let them know about your pay schedule. If it don't line up on the days (every 14 days) they expect you to make a payment. Then the fees will start adding up. So if you cannot realistically pay the fees and payment. Then consider other options before your hard earned money go to waste. Even if you bern consistently making payments.

Excellent customer service ! I was able to come in after a tragic incident and they were able to find me a car on a budget. I also will be recieving 25% off once I pay off my car by simply just keeping the car logo on my car. I highly recommend everyone to check them out. Very satisfied !

Great place to get a car the same day. Ask for Paul and tell him you was on Google and you'll save $500. It's a little busy on the weekends but it's worth the wait. The cars run and are good on gas

I didn't even buy a car from them and was treated rude and won't recommend anyone to them! Con artists and thieves is what they are, I wanted to buy a car cash and the salesperson was so worried about his pay he wouldn't even negotiate a cash price! I saw the purchase price and found out that they have other people buy for them and pay them to do so!! Cash is supposed to be king and get a better deal but they would rather sell junk and repo it and sell it again rather than be legitimate cat sales company!!! Can't leave negative stars or I would! ! Paying 2 to 3 times what they paid for a car is ridiculous! ! Car buyers beware! !!!!

They are great, BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. They will work wirh your budget as long as you have a the small Down Payment they ask for. Paper work is fast 1 hour and a half your in new wheels LOVE THIS PLACE

DONT GET ANY CAR FROM HERE!!!! (COMPLETELY UNSAFE)!!! I got a car from them when I drove it off the lot and got on the free way the front driver side tore was shaking really bad... And when I got out to see why all the LUG NUTZ were LOSE!!! I could have very well got into a major accident... then a week later my back brake pads fell OFF the car.... there completely unprofessional and there a health hazard!!!!

Very shady. All of the cars over ten years old with many miles. Over 100k. Their site does not have but one picture of each car. Some of them just say 55 on the miles. Well that's obviously a grossly misleading number. No warranty. Not even for 30 days!

This is a horrible car sales place. If you are even a day late on your care payment they will come and repossess your vehicle without so much as a call or anything.Once they repo your car they will take any money or any valuables inside of it as well. They sell cars that are ready to fall apart and really aren't worth wasting your money. Which the are AWARE of so they let you have a $250 buyout fee because the cars are horrible.

Sold my son 2 car that were no good. The first overheated the night we got it home. Traded it off for another car, only for the heads to go out in less than 30 days. To add insult to injury the office refused to rectify and due to the extensive work that the car needed this went against his credit as a repo and this was his first car. Buyers beware. This is the shadyest car lot by far. Stay far far far away!

Very rude, customer service was horrible car literally broke down same day ignition went out and keys didn’t work to doors had to pay 125 for lock smith to let me in was never told I couldn’t lock my doors got swapped to another car a week later! Feel like I got ripped off they are quick to say cars are as is but forget to mention the cars are going to break down or what’s actually wrong with the cars or the fact that they don’t really check the cars they just get them running for you to make it home anything after that ur responsible for!
