Terrible service. Very unhelpful. I appreciate security, but they are suspicious of EVERYONE and make you jump through silly hoops for withdrawals. ATM constantly in need of service so you HAVE to deal with the absurdity inside. Worth a drive to go to another branch

POC we always look suspicious.. or we must be doing something wrong are DL is never enough, we have to give are SS# for someone else to cash their checks.

The staff here at this location has always been extremely friendly, courteous, and fast. Setting up a new account was a breeze (with tons of options and if you choice to do most of your banking online, the new interface is amazing). Anytime I have needed anything resolved its always been taken care of with one phone call and before end of day. Highly pleased with this staff.

I drive about 8 miles to use this bank because they get it done and they get it done right. The other PNC banks are good, but this is the best. The branch manager, assistant managers and tellers are all great and friendly.

Reliable service even for those like me who are out of town alot.

I already left a review once, but it didnt load. Now google wont let me delete this one. This PNC would not give me money from my own account. The Maxtown PNC had no problem. This branch was unhelpful.

Came through the drive thru, to get a certified check. The young lady that helped me noticed my balance and asked me a few questions. She told me that a different account may be better for me and would be free! Saves money if I need a cashiers check! Well done thank you!

I called in one morning because I saw something strange on my account . My card had been used for 1.05 and I knew it wasn't me . I know it's just a dollar and five cents but I recall something similar happening to my aunt except with her it happened every month for years so if this is something similar I want to nip it in the bud immediately . Anyways I called and the representative was extremely rude . She sounded like she couldn't wait to get me off of the phone . She talked over me several times as I attempted to explain why this 1.05 was so suspicious to me and had a condescending tone the entire call. i also get my pay check late from PNC while all my other co-workers who don't bank with them get their pay checks at exactly 12. Many of them have switched banks . I think I will do the same soon.

Joann went above beyond to help me with more than one issue. She is always pleasant and professional and knows her job well. I enjoy just talking with her.

The branch manager here is fantastic. Anytime I have an issue, he takes care of it immediately. I'd recommend small businesses to open their accounts here.
