Love it. I know I'm old fashioned, but going into the branch every other week to deposit your paycheck has its advantages. It's nice to get to speak to real people. I forgot my wallet in the car one day, and the teller said with a smile "It's OK, sir. I know your face, I see you every other week."

So far my experience has been a breeze. The application process is easy and a staff member was there to answer any questions along the way. I'm hoping for a continued, great experience esp when it comes to your 💰.

The company I worked for is associated with CME and that is one of the reasons why I chose them. They other reason is doing business with a credit union in the city I live in is very convenient for me.

Nick was personable, knowledgeable and was very accommodating with our situation. He made it clear that we were in good hands as we transition into our new home and explained perks of our accounts the we would have never known about otherwise. Thanks "5-star Nick!"

Danae was extremely helpful and professional. She was thorough, patient and was able to complete my difficult transaction to my complete satisfaction. Branch Manager Maddi Cordle was very helpful as well.

Maddi Cordle is the Branch Manager at this location. She gave me the most outstanding customer service I have EVER received! When I entered the credit union, she smiled and waved at me as if we were old friends! Then she promptly arose from her seat to come into the lobby to greet me (with that same friendly smile) and asked me if I needed any assistance! I was very upset regarding a mistake I made on my checking account, and she reassured me that everything would be okay. She graciously took care of my problem, and offered me some solutions to prevent the occurrence from happening again in the future. Not only that, she showed me some very cool features on the mobile app. I felt special, and her acts of kindness made my day!
