The manager Ashley at this branch of check n go has excellent customer service. She walked me through the process and helped me out. Thank you Ashley and I recommend this store. Their staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.

I have been to the Dublin Granville store twice. The manager Ashley and staff are the kindest most helpful people. You need to add money to cards it’s free. The location at E. Dublin Granville Rd. there customer service was outstanding, Jean was the only person working there today and he did a amazing job. He answered any questions I had, extremely nice, helpful. I personally believe Check 'N Go is lucky to have him as a worker. Because even though he was the only one working, he was able to take care of everyone that came in. And also was able to take care of everyone in a well timely manner. I absolutely recommend this place.

I came to get a loan for an important bill. I was having trouble pulling up my bank account information and the Associate Jennifer was very patient while I was doing so. She was able to help me in a time of need and I appreciate everything she had done for me today. I definitely recommend coming here the staff is great. Thank youu again Jennifer, I know it wasn't easy lol. Edit: I came in for a new loan and I was frustrated because an old application was in the system. I called customer service and they weren't helpful. I was able to figure it out and was able to proceed with the in store loan. Ashley the Manager of the store was very helpful. She kept me calm and going. After I was able to figure it out she made the rest of the process easier. This store rocks. Thanks for wonderful customer service
