The energy in this place is amazing, I was in there over the weekend and decided to drop in and check things out handle some business. I was very comfortable. From the time I walked in everyone spoke. GREAT customer service. I have no complaints at all. I will do more business with them. I will recommend this place.

Check on your merchandise often!! These people are giving out wrong due dates, in my opinion, to scam people out of their merchandise. They admitted they gave us the wrong due date, yet they're still requiring us to come in a day before we were told or they will sell our item. Shady business practices.

Great service & people, very polite & helpful. I have seen a few dissatisfied customers but they were expecting something for nothing as some do. I have bought many items here and their return policy is fair but I have yet to need it. Highly recommended

Today was 2nd bad exp. Ive had with customer service. They lied about due date a couple months back, seemed like they did on purpose just so they could price gouge me to death. It was so e tools i needed back f or work and they took full advantage!! Today the new female manager was so rude! First she told me i needed a battery and a charger for each one of my milwaulkie tools, to pawn them.....this has never been the case before and is ridiculous, no one has that for every tool . I came up with the 2nd battery from my car and returned into store, then the manager p roceeds to tell me that my milwaulkie circular saw "sounded funny" she kept putting it on countertop and said she could hear vibration. SMH. Then she offers me 20$ for my impact but doesnt want the saw, on first trip in it was i needed another battery!!! Then proceded to tell me they sell thier tools for 39.00 , and this was bad time of year. I cant believe how unprofessional and rude this woman was. I told her if she didnt want to make loans she sho uhh ld just say so instead of making stuff up. She told me i shouldnt talk to people that way and then "BYE." She said.......I left and went to levs a block away, got 70$ on pawn no questions asked for exact same items. Cashland lost repeat customer today,,, Levs was better all the way around. I wouldnt reccomend this cashland (on cleveland) to anyone. T hey need new manager lady is horrible at her job, and shouldnt be critiquing tools obviously has no idea what a circular saw is supposed to sound like, that lady and place is a JOKE!!!!!!

They are super friendly, always nice, the keep the store while cleaned. Always willing to answer any questions.

This place is super quick, laid back, and the dude who helped me actually saved me the trouble of pawning 2 things and got me the money I needed for just 1 of the items I brought. I appreciated that.

I have used them when needed and have ALWAYS been treated fairly and respectfully. I highly recommend them.

LIARS, LIARS, LIARS! I recently bought a ring and was told you could upgrade at anytime and get 100% of what I paid for a more expensive ring..Today I'm told it's 75%. So I guess I probably cant borrow 50% of what I paid if I need too. If a company lies to you, they'll cheat you! Also, this location seems to have a problem retaining minority staff since no one seems to last more a month. If anyone's interested in obtaining jewelry go to Mike's Pawn Shop on Cleveland Avenue. They have a better selection and they stand by their word.....
