Horrible place to get a loan through. Some staff are rude and argumentative. They'd rather see you fail than actually pay your vehicle off. I had a way better experience with United Auto Credit. I paid my vehicle off with UAC. They are very nice and helpful. PFS, barely wants to help if you get into any kind of bind. I did pay my loan off by selling to CarMax, and got to put money in my pocket as well. CarMax as well as other places such as Carvana are great alternative if issue arise and you need to sell. My credit is great and I'm thrilled to be finished with PFS.

I'm two years into my three year loan, and I've had no problems with this lender. They're courteous, professional, and always willing to answer questions. Couldn't ask for more. Just make your payments on time and keep insurance. Seems simple to me

Got a loan through them and had my car for about a year and some odd months. I just ended up voluntairly surrendering my vehicle because they tacked on an additional $150 "collateral insurance" because my insurance lapsed for a month. When i asked if it could be removed, i was told not unt december 2019. So im expected to pay my car payment, insurance PLUS collateral insurance? They are horrible! Not gonna mention names, but me and one of their office workers always got into it on the phone. I'm very glad i ridded myself of this big headache!

The absolute worst lender. They will hit you with outrageous fees if you are even a day late, ignore your calls when you try to get any answers, and feed you bad information until they finally just try to repossess your vehicle if you have any late balance after 30 days. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Read any review you find, not one positive review. After unfortunately using them my fiancé read the reviews only to see that they all had the same insane problems as her. I only gave one star because it wouldn't allow me to give 0.

Gave me a loan when I couldn't get a better one. Helped me step up and get a better loan. Extremely expensive but if you pay on time and get your stuff together it's not the end of the world. Treat your loan like a credit card bill.

I rate them highly because they served me well. The staff has been courteous & accommoding to me. The interest rates are a bit high but that's the price I'll pay for having less than perfect credit. Thank you PFC!!

These people are great. As long as you maintain contact with them when there's a problem, you follow the terms of your contact, (keep your insurance), and pay your payment, they're easy to work with. My late fee is $16 and you have a 10 day Grace period after your due date to not be charged any late fees at all. Anyone complaining about them, didn't fulfill their obligations and are mad because they think they're entitled to more.

They seemed always helpful and sweet the last 2 yrs i have paied them for my loan. I changed jobs twice and would give them a heads up. I was even informed that since I always have over paied and super early that I actually have credits to my account. I just found out by my bank today that they did NOT cash in a few checks so when I called them they asked for bank statement proof since I always paied thru my bank. I gave them a yrs worth and they still sware its my fault they didnt cash the checks and will hit me with late payment fees and report to my credit account. No loan is better than these people

I have only been with them for about 5 months, here last month I contracted co vid through my job, I am a half month behind on my payment because of not being able to work....they r willing to work with e so I can get caught up,,,they helped me when other places lied to me like jd byrider did....thank you

I couldn't ask for a better company to work with will do my next loan with this company. thank you.
