    Coming here to Key Hyundai was definitely a great choice. They definitely have a wonderful group of people that will work with you without an issue. Other Hyundai dealerships definitely did not give me the service that Key Hyundai did. I arrived 2 minutes before they closed, and they were so generous work with me on a vehicle that I interested in and was able to provide me a very good rate. I would highly recommend them for sure. I will definitely be coming back in the future whenever I am ready trade in and purchase another vehicle.

    Let me start by stating I arrived to this dealers 10 minutes to 5pm. I entered this dealership and spoke to isam whom took my information and started working my credit app alongside Francisco and Sylwia. They treated me with respect and did not rush me. I was notified I was approved and isam took took my impatient child and started playing catch with him. (Not everyone gives this amazing customer service) I love this dealership and I would recommend everyone I know to get A plus celebrity treatment. Thank you for being patient and actually staying later even though it is a holiday weekend.

    I bought a beautiful new 2022 Tucson Hybrid from Milford recently. I was very pleased with the kindness, knowledge, patience and professionalism of all of the staff.     I’ve always loved any Hyundai car and always will, so this experience only amplified that! I saw a used car (2020 Elantra) Hyundai of Milford online, and the next day I went with my family to check it out. My salesman, Patrick, was extremely helpful (especially since we came in on short notice to check out the car). We were able to test drive the car, go over details and pricing, and officially bought the car! Any uncertainties we had were completely taken care of by Patrick and his manager + team! We had such a great experience and will definitely be going back!

    I walked into key Hyundai of Milford on June 6, 2022 and they were very busy. I asked a young man if I could have some help in trying to find a new car. He’s unsent a young woman named Nicole out to me who is very pleasant. She worked with me throughout the whole insurance process know that my car had been a total loss.     I do not recommend buying a car from this dealer. I have had nothing but issues since I walked in the door. First of all, plan on spending a whole day there. The wife and I walked in at 10:30 knowing what we wanted, and we didn’t leave with the car until 6:30. We were told it had been cleaned. Because it was so late, we didn’t review the job. As it turns out, they did a pathetic job cleaning the car. I took it back to have them try again. Still absolutely pathetic. It didn’t seem like they even washed it nor did they move the seats to vacuum under them. I took it home and cleaned it myself. Then I realized that there is a scratch on the door jam with missing paint. I do not remember buying the car like that as it’s fairly obvious and I would’ve noticed it. I wish there was an easy way to give this car back so I wouldn’t have to deal with this dealer anymore.

    I am so disappointed! I have two Hyundai vehicles now, a Hyundai Elantra and Santa Fe. I convinced 3 family members to purchase as well. More importantly, I have purchased several, maybe 7 or 8 throughout my life. This is the first time I am looking to take advantage of my warranty and Key won't even confirm my car is there, never mind the process, timing, rentals . . . I am so done with them! My vehicles have lasted hundreds of thousands of miles, until now. There is the original warranty plus a recall on engine monitoring that can cause severe engine damage! Here we are, no vehicle, paying 83 bucks a day for a rental out of pocket and I can't get anyone on the phone! Customer Care tells me they will investigate my complaint and get back to me in 10 days! I just can't tell you how livid I am, especially given my longevity and loyalty to Hyundai! I'm in the dark and this is unacceptable!

    Had a deal worked out in principal for a car with a salesman who was a very helpful, responsive good kid. Then the sales manager, NICK, got involved and did something so scummy and dishonest, it totally transcends the reputation car dealers and salesmen already have. I've never seen such sleazy behavior from a car manager before in my life, and Nick is clearly thumping his chest because of the shortage in cars. Enjoy it Nick, it will not last, and then you've lost a potential customer forever. There are other Hyundai dealers in the area, my suggestion would be to avoid this one at ALL costs.

    I was recently in the market for an SUV because it was just time to move on from my Lincoln. I knew I didn't want to buy new and but I knew what I wanted. After visiting more 5 dealerships the previous day, I was kinda burnt out with having to deal with the tactics that many dealerships use to apply pressure on buyers. But I was persistent in not only getting the deal I wanted but buying from a dealer that deserved my business (to be honest). Well, I was sitting at a stop light and happened to glance over to Key Hyundai's lot when I saw the Infiniti I wanted parked there waiting for me. I knew I could afford it but how was this buying experience going to go and was the deal going to work in my favor based on how I'd hope to have it structured. I pulled into the lot and they were closed and would open in 30 minutes. I decided to call them and Alyssa from another one of their dealerships answered. She was understanding, excited and passionate about her role with their company...and I could tell from that conversation that I would get the service, the answers to my questions and the deal that would work for everyone. So I proceeded to wait for the best sales agent there who's name is Mitch. First of all, I could write about 10 paragraphs about this guy. He is an overall great human, but as a sales agent, I've NEVER had this process go as seamless as this. He was understanding, attentive to my needs, and eager to get it done with as little headaches as possible. Mitch is one of those dudes that you'd want to hang out with and chop it up. From start to finish, he kept it real, which the understanding that I want XYZ and he made it happen. Mitch, if you're reading this, just know that I'm telling everyone I know who's in the market for a car to come see you. Shout out to his manager who's name I can't remember, but he was dope too...and the finance manager, she was great. But Mitch, you deserve all the success anyone in this business should get. I look forward to continuing a relationship with this dealership in the future and I give Mitch a ton of kudos for his hard work. I could say more but if you need or want a car, check these guys out first. What started as a day where I expected to sit at several dealerships turned into day that got me out of the door in a couple of short hours that I appreciate immensely. This is why I give these guys a solid 5 star!!! Well deserved. PS...I don't know what you make over there Mitch, but if your boss is reading this...I hope they give you and Alyssa a raise.     I was very disappointed with my experience at Key Hyundai of Milford. I went on a Friday morning (hour drive) for a transaction and was hoping to leave that day with the vehicle. They informed me it was possible, but it would be later in the day, so I just made the decision to come the next morning. I left a substantial and went and got a bank check for the rest. I got a call when I got home that same day saying they would call me when the car was ready because it was going to be in the afternoon. I get the call, go down there (hour drive), only to be ignored by every salesperson in the building. I had to make the initiative to be seen by someone and I was told they’d be with me shortly. After walking through the lot for a bit, I notice the car I purchased, and the antenna is missing. I inquired about it with the sales team, and they told me they would be mailing it to me for me to put it on myself. Had they been better about communicating, I would’ve finished the purchase, however, I requested my deposit back and left. Also, buyer beware with regards to what’s included in the price. When they showed me the breakdown initially, there was an $800 Simoniz charge which they said was standard. When I told him I didn’t want it, he said he could see about getting it removed. Of course, it was removed, but why would they just unilaterally have decided that’s not an option but a mandatory service. Perhaps this should’ve tipped me off in the first place.

    When I purchased my vehicle, I had a very positive experience with this dealership. However, I can confidently say I will never purchase a vehicle from Hyundai ever again. My car was towed to this dealership 3 weeks ago because the check engine light began to flash. I was told it is not safe to drive and it needed to be towed to the dealership to be fixed immediately. It has now been 3 weeks and I have received zero update on the status of my vehicle and the service department has ignored three of my voicemails. The dealership also has given me no loaner vehicle which is absolutely absurd seeing as I paid over 20,000 dollars for this vehicle AND it is under warranty. Do not purchase a car here.

    (4 stars only goes to sales, 2 stars when being averaged in to the 0 for my experience with the service department) Purchasing and sales was a joy to work with and no issues throughout my process. All my issues have been with the service department. They have been impossible to contact to set up an appointment. Once I had an appointment and dropped off my car there has been 0 communication. My appointment was for 8:30am for an oil change and I did not get my first communication until I showed up at the dealer to see what was going on around 1pm. I was then told I would get it by close with an additional fix from the inspection they did. It is now after close and still no car, and the same issues with no one answering a phone. Upon arriving there was no one from service to be found, sales had to look through the back for one one and it took about 5 minutes for them to find someone to help me. Very poor customer service and communication abilities from the service department here. Never coming back here, this has ruined my plans and abilities to complete other appointments I needed to attend to today.

    I have to say this place has gone completely downhill! I’ve been buying cars from the Milford Hyundai for almost 10 years now, I’ve sent family members there to purchase as well because it has always been a good experience, well not anymore. My last visit to buy a new vehicle turned into a lease, which I’ve never done before and I only did it because the salesperson told me the oil changes would be complimentary which I thought was a great perk. That was wrong because I went the first time and they told me I was being charged. The service department girl was rude as well and this wasn’t the first time I dealt with her. Also I’ve had my lease for over a year and I’m pretty sure someone from the dealership is supposed to call to check in and see how the car is doing but I didn’t hear from anyone. Definitely thinking about switching car brands which is sad as I’ve been with Hyundai for so long and the cars are great but not the people or service anymore.

    Driving an hour away to this Hyundai Dealership was well worth it when it came to getting the best customer service in car sales. We went to a few other places, including another Key Hyundai Dealer in Manchester where we did not nearly receive the same service and attention as we did in Milford Key Hyundai. Mitch in sales ran around for us without question attempting to find the right car for us! He was so kind and tried his best to make sure we were taken care of! Diala in finance was so kind and and walked us through the entire process carefully and thoroughly to make sure we understood the deals we were offered. We even received assistants from another person we believed to be a manager who gave us a great deal on a nice 2019 Elantra. Mitch was our go to go though and still helped even after the purchase and even checked in a few days after the sale to make sure everything was ok.

    DO NOT go to KEY HYUNDAI!! I traded my leased Kona for a Tuscon finance (love the car and happy to get out of the lease) HOWEVER #1 I still have dealership plates on the car from CHRISTMAS EVE #2 the guy who sold it to us did so with a hole in the backlight and I was able to get in contact with the used car manager in JANUARY who told us it should have never happened that way because it's a safety hazard and the sales person was no longer employed there and to text him a picture of the light (which he never responded to). #3 HAVEN'T heard from them since. I work FULL TIME and drive 100 miles for work a day and go to school on the weekends. Moral of the story: 🚨🚨🗣🗣🗣 KEY IS NOT WORRY FREE🤬

    Key Hyundai wouldn't make me a deal for 2022 Hyundai Tuscan that i wanted because I didn't have the original title for my trade in. However, I did have a lien of release letter from my previous lender. Well, Brandfon Hyundai made me a better deal accepting my lien of release letter an upgraded my 2022 Hyundai Tuscan Sel package which included a sunroof. Glad I didn't give up. 2 stars because I like the people that work there.

    Warning don't do business with this dealership. My stepfather is an 81-year-old man that has been jerked around, ignored, and mislead, for almost 7 months over a warranty issue. The service department is inept and doesn't want to take the time to just address and handle the issue after 7 MONTHS. At this point, it's become a game to just see if he'll go away so they don't have to honor the warranty. I've put in a complaint with corporate and HIGHLY suggest others skip this dealership when considering buying a Hyundai.

    Hyundai is one of the worst if not, the worst dealership to buy a car from. They will have your car sitting there for weeks and still haven't looked at the car, they won't even give you a loaner to make up for the days they having your car sitting there. I will never buy another car from hyundai and I would never recommend them to anyone.

    They are so rude they don’t like to help you …. I have. A car under warranty and they talked to me like I was bothering them and they didn’t have time to help me or talk to me … so inconsiderate…. It’s not my fault Hyundai engines are not great and went bad I pay for my car on time everytime and it’s been 7 months it doesn’t work that I’ve still been paying for it and they don’t want to help

    Fourth Hyundai, second one from Key, first issue was a 2017 Sante Fe that the engine locked up while driving, a new engine was replaced, except they would not give us a loaner and wanted us to come out of pocket to be replaced later, then got the runaround and was never reimbursed. Now a 2020 Sante Fe with 25000 and a misfire in the engine and they do not want to give us a loaner also they want us to do the same thing cover a rental to be reimbursed later. The vehicle only has 25000 miles on it and 1 1/2 old this will be the last time we purchase from Key Hyundai

    I was recently looking to buy a new/used car, and a friend recommended, I go check out, Key Hyndai, in Milford, CT.? I could not be more happy? When I first arrived, a young gentleman approached me, and asked if I needed any help, so I explained what I was looking for? He replied, not a problem, let’s go take a look around the lot? Within the first 15 minutes, I saw a car, that I really liked? It had a couple cosmetic damage on it, but we proceeded into the building to get pricing started, after I advised him, (Patrick), where I needed to be, with my payments? He proceeded to talk to the Sales Manager, and within, no time at all, we were able to get to the payments, I needed, to be at? Then, I had mentioned to the Sales Manager, about the cosmetic damage, on the car? He informed me, that, everything would be fixed immediately, and provided me, with a loaner car, as mine is being repaired? I can’t speak any higher, about the whole team, they have, at Milford, Key Hyndai? They are very professional, and courteous? My salesperson, Patrick, worked his tail off to make me happy, and succeeded?I would recommend, anyone looking for a new, or used car, to go see these guys? They have a great team, and they’ll certainly take care of you, and your family, as well? Thank you guys, again, for doing such a great job, selling me, my new vehicle.     This is a wonderful dealership, Mitchell our salesman was friendly, helpful, courteous and caring. I'm not a big fan of car dealerships but Mitchell and Key Hyundai really go above and beyond. I've purchased 2 cars from them this year and Mitchell and the staff went above and beyond making sure our process was quick and easy. They try hard to work with your budget and needs.     If you’re looking for a car and a great salesman……….. 🌟 DAN is the MAN! 🌟 Danny Cyr at Key Hyundai in Milford to be exact! 🙌🏼 I had been car shopping for the past 2 months to get my mom a car for Christmas, going from dealership to dealership dealing with multiple salesmen. Dan knew my budget and exactly what I was looking for. With cars being so high in demand it’s nearly impossible to get exactly what you want in such a short time frame. He kept me up to date with any new cars that came in and did his best to work within my budget. Thanks to Dan I was able to surprise my Mom with a brand new car for Christmas! 😁 Dan is so knowledgeable, patient, kind and super responsive! Once my Mom got the car she asked SO many questions! Dan was so patient, answered every question and truly made the whole experience an enjoyable one. Getting my Mom a new car wasn’t only a dream come true for her, it was for me as well and Dan is the one who made it all possible! I went to over 7 different dealerships, they either didn’t have any cars or couldn’t work within my budget. Needless to say, Dan is a miracle worker! 🙏🏼

    I was disappointed at my car buying experience with Key Hyundai. The salesman I was working with Dan, seemed like I was bothering him as I kept waiting for my car to be ready. There were very deep rust spots I wanted touch up paint for but Dan kept saying I will take care of it and order it for you. Just kept brushing it off. I called them about a week later for my father in law who was interested in buying an SUV and no touch-up was ever ordered. With so many people buying cars I guess they just feel like customer service and keeping your promise isn’t as high a priority

    Bought a used car here recently and the experience was fantastic. Isam, my salesman was very helpful, responsive, and professional.     I went to this dealership on a whim while I was looking for a new car. I walked in and was greeted by every staff member who walked by.     I had a great experience working with Key Hyundai selling my vehicle. I emailed with a representative who was understanding of my changing schedule and was always willing to help make sure they were available when I could actually make a visit. Once I was at the dealership, I was fortunate to work with Andre. He was very cool and relaxed which also made it easy for me to relax, this is a very stressful situation. Andre and I spoke on Friday and negotiated a price we were both comfortable with and allowed me a day to think about it. I was only originally planning on selling my vehicle, but another rep, Patrick did show me an SUV similar to what I might have been interested with no pushy motives. In the end it wasn’t something that fit me, I declined and it was fine. All in all great experience, I recommend Key Hyundai, thanks Andre.

    Great dealership. Patrick Tarantino went beyond to get me the lease I wanted on a 2022 Venue the same day I went to the dealership. He went over the details carefully, answering every question I asked with no roundabout talk. He even had the car for me ready and waiting after they closed.     Isam, the gentleman who took care of me in this process of buying my first car, I couldn’t have been happier with the amazing customer service and care that he took in helping me, I was driving my new car home within a week so it was such a smooth process as well, UPDATE so after getting the car and having it a few weeks i started to notice a few things wrong with the car, the passenger side window will only roll up from my side, the antenna is loose, the right headlight was out, but that got fixed and the unlock button fell out of the key fab, I brought it in to get all that fixed and was denied, all of these little things should have been looked over before I even drove the car off the lot, and to too it off I’m still left with dealers plates and still waiting for my plates, also after the car was sold to me it’s like the dealership wanted nothing to do with the problems, which as I said before should have already been taken care of before I picked the car up

    I had an awesome experience here - Mitch was especially helpful in showing me all the available options they had as I was looking to make my first-ever car purchase. I came in on a few different occasions and each time Mitch spotted me and helped answer all the questions I had regarding some of the new ’22 Tucson's. I ended up putting down a deposit for one in January, but the next week one showed up at the lot that no one had claimed and Mitch immediately texted me to let me know it was available. Overall, I had such a good experience buying my first car, and would definitely come back here in the future. (Oh and the car is awesome as well!!)

    I would advise everyone not to go to this dealership or get a Hyundai period. I got a car with them a few months ago & now it’s recalled. When the issue was detected I was told that it would take 2 weeks to be fixed. It took me forever to get in contact with someone about this issue because they don’t answer the phone. I finally hear back a couple weeks later and the part I need for my car hasn’t even shipped out yet. They do not give out loaner cars and expect you to pay out of pocket for a rental car that you don’t know how long you’ll need it for. Hyundai treats their customers horribly. How is it that my car is recalled for something I didn’t cause but I’m the one inconvenienced. I’m being told that I pretty much have to go carless for I don’t know how long. Horrible customer service!!! I would give them 0 stars but that’s not possible.

    My husband and I just bought a car here and it was our most pleasant car buying experience. The entire staff was very pleasant, our salesman Isam was very helpful and the sales manager and finance manager were also great. They gave us a fair price for our trade-in, helped us get great financing and just overall a great experience. We will definitely buy a car from this dealership in the future. Only downside is lack of parking at the dealership due to construction.

    AVOID this dealer if you have a car to trade-in. The sales manager offered me about $1 in equity towards a new car while other dealers were offering me several thousand dollars towards a new car. With this knowledge, the sales manager refused to work with me, which is ridiculous and unheard of. Also, consider other dealerships that are not actively under construction.

    I spent the last few weeks combing through multiple dealerships trying to find a fair starting car. What I found here at Key Hyundai of Milford blew away my every expectation! Nicole Cancel helped me in picking out the Perfect used and certified vehicle. She was able to work around my budget, educate and guide me on financing plans, as well as thoroughly breakdown all the features of the car that I was looking for.     The sales people are great. The service dept is not. They have had my sons car for over two weeks and not only have they not looked at it THEY do not return calls. We drove up there on Friday May 6th we were told there was a mistake that the car had an inspection sticker and moved way to the back by a dumpster. The assistant manager promised they would look at it first thing Monday and as I'm writing still no call or answer to my calls. I have even emailed everyone and still no reply. So I am saying buy your car but purchase a warranty make sure you can take it to any Hyundai dealership as this one takes your car hostage. Lover the sales dept. Do not love the service dept just plan awful

    If I could put a zero review for the customer service I received to the service center I would gladly do so... I've had my car that was purchase in this location for 2 years+, it has been always service here every time it needed too. However, I had an issue with my car that escalated quickly where it needed to be towed. I already had a service appointment on the 30th of April. I called several times to report the issues I was experiencing with my Vehicle. I was told to bring it in, they will service it and try to check it. I understand there are multiple people waiting for their car to be serviced and checked but I was not given not even an appointment for a diagnosis, I was just told "well its going to be about 2 weeks tops, even more" Okay...the service representative named "Courtney" was incredibly rude, had a smirk on her face, and sat there with her hands cross on her arms talking to me unprofessional and very dismissive. I understood that my car wouldn't have been seen for a couple days, I was already upset, disappointed, and aggravated that this dealership does not provide loaners & more of the way I was spoken too and being dismissed. They DO NOT take care of their customers as they state when purchasing a car. It's all persuasion to buy the car, other than that you are on your own. This location needs to have better customer service advisors. That is the last time I will ever go there..... Fairfield Balise of Hyundai, took care of me and they were extremely apologetic that this happened to me as they work for the same company (Hyundai).. they told me to come in right away and at the end of the day I received a phone call with the diagnosis of my car... Just watch out for the people working in this location honestly, they have no customer care skills.

    If I could rate this dealership negative a million I would. This is the WORST dealer experience I have ever had. My car died on Easter Sunday so that Monday I went to get a new car. The whole reason that we picked this dealership is that on there website it mentioned that they offer service loaners that was a lie. Picked out a 2019 Hyundai Tuscan, certified pre-owned, filled out all the paperwork but because I couldn't get my trade to the dealer I wasn't allowed to take the car that day. That was the first annoying thing. The car also needed a new windshield so they said they would have the windshield installed the following day and it would be detailed. My husband had to drive me to work because no car so when my car was ready he went to pick it up and drop the title off for the old car and grab the new car. He did this on his lunch break as it should have only taken 20 minutes tops. 2.5 hours later the car was ready. My husband promptly noticed that the windshield had not been replaced and that the car had no gas in it. I called and was advised that the car would need to be dropped off again to have the windshield replaced no loaner provided no shuttle available so my husband again had to take time off from work. We never recieved a phone call to let us know the car was ready and when we showed up there the service people were so RUDE. Car then popped a check engine light. We couldn't afford for my husband to take time off work again so I called to see what day I could schedule for the car to come in that I could get a shuttle or a loaner. Called no answer (several times) left voice-mails no call back nothing. Now most recently the break light went out. I know that that is not something that can be predicted but just something else to come out of this car. Also it has been 2 months and we never recieved any of the paperwork for the car that was signed as we were advised that it was all going to be emailed. Needless to say this was the WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER go back there and I will actively discourage anyone from going there.

    Everyone was quite kind during the time that I was there. The only thing that I would have changed is how long I waited. I was at the location for three hours, however I do not mind it as everyone was very helpful and the waiting room was comfortable and quiet, even though they are redoing the location. Thus far, the location is looking beautiful. For the future I wish they would ask a couple of questions about what the car needs before being at the appointment, making it so they could give the customer an estimated amounted of time they would wait for the car.

We never recieved a phone call to let us know the car was ready and when we showed up there the service people were so RUDE. Car then popped a check engine light. We couldn't afford for my husband to take time off work again so I called to see what day I could schedule for the car to come in that I could get a shuttle or a loaner. Called no answer (several times) left voice-mails no call back nothing. Now most recently the break light went out. I know that that is not something that can be predicted but just something else to come out of this car. Also it has been 2 months and we never recieved any of the paperwork for the car that was signed as we were advised that it was all going to be emailed. Needless to say this was the WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! I will NEVER EVER EVER EVER go back there and I will actively discourage anyone from going there."

    Key Hyundai was incredible to work with. Go see Isam in sales there and you won’t be disappointed. Isam was thorough, attentive, and well-versed in every step of the process. They were very transparent about delivery times, financing options, and all registration logistics which was extremely refreshing. Hoping this elantra lasts me a while, but I will definitely be going out of my way to go back to Key for any future vehicles I need.

    The Best Car dealership ever Gabe is the best sales man ever!!!!     We purchased a beautiful 2020 Santa Fe at this dealership in early May 2021. We had a few mishaps with our salesman who was new there, we were very disappointed in how things were being handled by this person, but then Ash Dimbo was assigned to us and he was wonderful. He explained everything to us and was so helpful. We also dealt with Andre Laporte, the used car manager on other open items for our car and he went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the results. If it were not for these two individuals, we would not be leaving a positive review of this dealership.

    After looking at many different car dealerships, my final stop was at Key Hynundai of Milford. At first I was very nervous and didn’t know what to expect since this was my first time buying a car.     Purchased a new Hyundai Venue from here and was quite happy with the high level of service. Everything was straight forward and transparent. No attitude from anyone, no sketchy behavior, no clique sales tactics and no deception. Plus no surprise fees or unreasonable charges. Things I normally don’t get at dealerships. Any questions I had were explained to me in full detail. And the few important things I forgot to ask were immediately disclosed to me. People were friendly. The sales guy Shannon and the main manager were great to do business with.

    Terrible service by the sales team, Salesperson making jokes about bubble tea because of my ethnicity. Just the feeling and vibe of whole team of ingenuity and no respect to the possible new customer and no efforts to making that connection and having a good business relationship, especially general manager saying things like "go take that broken car somewhere else" "go to another dealership, that's fine" awful and unwelcoming dealership I have been to.

    I would recommend this dealership to everyone. I walked in to the dealership late one afternoon in November ready with a pre-approval and the VIN for the specific car in hand. As soon as I walked through the doors I was greeted by Nick Pellegrino who asked if he could help me. I told him I was interested in a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe and gave him the VIN. He let me know that the car was en route to be delivered someone early December and he worked with me to put a deposit to hold that car then transferred me over to Dan Vargas. Dan and I completed the necessary paperwork and 30 minutes from the time I walked in I was promised a call when the car arrived. Dan kept in contact with me until the car arrived at the dealership. On 12/14/21 I walked into the dealership and there was Nick who greeted me and asked if I needed help. When I told him I was there to pick up my car he remembered me and said “we got you a really great deal” with a big smile on his face. Dan walked up to me with a grin on his face and let me know that he would be with me soon. When Dan handed me my keys, I couldn’t believe it. He took me over to the finance manager who confirmed that they were able to secure a better financing through Hyundai Motor Finance. She walked me through the paperwork very clearly and I felt the pride come off of her as if we had known each other for a long time. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I was the owner I a brand new SUV! I was the last customer to walk out of that building and I was the happiest as could be. I could have gone to a dealership closer to home, but I had passed this dealership many times when visiting a friend so I gave it a shot. This was the best decision ever. I recommend anyone and everyone. They take care of their customers.
