Denise was fantastic. First time I have bought a house so my wife and I were a little bit uneducated about the process. She also made doing a VA loan very simple. She kept us up to date on the status of our application and was very responsive to our questions as well as making sure we were getting our portions of the process done in a timely manner. I greatly appreciate everything she did and would recommend her to anyone looking for their next property or their first. You won't be disappointed.

My wife and I found ourselves backed into a situation and we needed to refinance our house in a short time period. Through a second party, our file was given to Denise. I have to say that it was a "blessing" that this happened. Once Denise and I spoke, I explained to her our situation, she advised me that "she understood and would do her best." That is what my wife and I got from her, "her best!" I own a business and I always try and make my customers feel like I have their best interest at heart and I will always do my best. So anyone I deal with, I want the same feeling. That is what we got from Denise, from day one. She kept in contact with me daily, whether through emails or short text, letting me know what was going on that day. Every day I felt like my time frame was closing, there was a text from Denise telling me that we are moving along. It was an awesome feeling to know that whether I was "panicking" or had a simple question, Denise was always there to "calm me down" or let me know "she had this." Closing or refinancing is always very stressful, but when you have someone that is "very good" at what they do, it makes it a lot easier. In the end, we closed and got out of our "situation." My wife and I have "Thanked" Denise countless times and appreciate everything she did for us. I highly recommend Denise and will use her company again in the future.

Denise is the best! She responds quickly, is on top of every step,and has the best positive attitude! She helped me get approved when another lender told to wait 6 months because they didn't want to go into the details of my circumstances/history. The fierce market has been incredibly frustrating to say the least. After submitting multiple offers only to be outbid again and again, it left us feeling we couldn't compete in the current market. Denise was always a positive force, and her personal care is genuine. Fast forward to April 2022. Upon acceptance of our recent offer, everything moved at lightening speed. The appraisal was ordered and completed in one day, the mortgage commitment was written, and a settlement date was scheduled all within three weeks. The entire process was executed flawlessly! She promptly responded to every email and question we had, and it didn't matter if it was after hours, over the weekend, or during her vacation.
