Jana Bottass provides world class customer service. Two purchases and a re-finance with Jana Bottass. I closed early because of her get it done personality. It is a trait that I want out of someone I do business with. There wasn’t any huffing and puffing and well let’s see attitude. She is the get it done mortgage guru!! Highly recommend.

He was very responsive and educative at the same time. He and his team were able to walk me through the process form A-Z with no gotchas or surprises found.

As a first-time homebuyer, I had no idea what to expect from this process but Richard the team at Total Mortgage made it as easy as possible! Everyone was very responsive and more than happy to clarify details or answer any questions I had. I was able to close on time, in fact, everything was clear and ready early! Our attorney was impressed with how on top of everything the team at Total Mortgage was. I would absolutely work with them again.

They’re professionals and problem solvers. While I was interested in purchasing a condo/townhouse, I needed FHA single unit approval aka FHA spot approval. While most mortgage providers didn’t want to go through the process, Total Mortgage took the extra step and got me the approval. I almost gave up on the idea of purchasing any property, but thanks to Shea and Michael the process went very smoothly. I definitely recommend this place.

I couldn’t have asked for a more seamless process or a better person to handle my mortgage. Jon was there every step of the way to guide me in making educated decisions and to make sure I was getting the best option. He was always available and in communication and explained things thoroughly. I highly recommend Jon for all of your mortgage and refinancing needs!

While the experience through the application process and with sales person was good, the actual servicing of the Mortgage has been HORRIBLE. I made my first two payments, then found out the loan had been transferred (as I expected it would), however they changed the account and payment location. So, my first two payments both which showed cleared by my bank to Total Mortgage were not applied to my account. The customer service to resolve this issue has also been terrible, as I have spent hours on the phone and provided multiple proofs of payment, yet still my account is not cleared up!! There are too many other choices in mortgage brokers to deal with this level of incompetence, look elsewhere!!

I have refinanced twice with Jana and could not be more pleased. Jana is professional and her customer service is on point. She offered us several options and walked us through which would be best for us. She responds in a timely manner and answers all questions and concern which made the process stress free.

Above and beyond customer service! Alex was great at fully explains what we needed step by step and was extremely patient with our frustrations on a new build going slower than originally planned. He worked with us closely and the builder and it got done! Above and beyond and thank you to Alex for getting us the dream house!

Jana has shown and given complete lack of communication. She has not responded to any email, phone call or text. This has been going on almost over 2 months now. She has used a 3rd party to relate excuses such as looking for paperwork, thinking that the application was incomplete when it was. Etc. Complete lack of respect and customer service. I was so excited to start the home buying process. And Jana from total mortgage has completely soured my family's experience. She is a deplorable representative of this company. If I could give zero stars, I would.

We bought our first house with the help of total mortgage. We worked with Chris, Lorena and Darren throughout the proccess. This is the second time working with Suzanne and her team for a home purchase almost 10 years apart on each. Experience working with her team was as stress-free as buying a home and could tell throughout the entire process that we would close on time or early. Victoria is simply the best lender I have used in my 10+ years in Real Estate as a Realtor. I had a deal falling apart because my client's lender could not perform on their condo purchase. As I was typing out the termination, I was told about a lender who could perform almost every condo, home, etc.so I called Victoria and a short time later, we closed on the very condo. I have used Victoria @ Total Mortgage exclusively since and my clients love her. Their words are "Patient, over communicates, fully transparent, easily accessible, always calls back" are just some of the praise I get for her. I make nothing for referring her, that's illegal, I just recognize really good professionals that compliment my Real Estate business. I give Victoria 12 stars out of 5.
