Short review: Amazing experience! Work with Jim, you will not regret it. I recently bought my first house, and it was a whirlwind of a process. While I had done my research, there are still a lot of emotions and unknowns, places where you might second guess yourself, or just want advice from an expert. Jim provided all of that and more. He was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and also just a great person to work with. He made top notch referrals when I needed things that were out of his wheelhouse, and I always felt like he was giving me the simple truth of things without salesmanship or bias. If you are a first time buyer like myself I cannot recommend Jim enough, and even if you have been through the process a dozen times I am confident Jim can still make the experience better. I am super happy and will absolutely continue to work with them for any and all future purchases and sales!

We sold a house in federal hill with Jim. It had some regrettable issues with a buyer with cold feet, a water line issue, and some other repairs. Jim was incredibly prompt on finding contractors (even ensuring multiple quotes to get a decent price), anticipating issues and was always very prompt in communication. His preferred handyman was very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend Jim and his team!

A few of the top things I loved about working with Jim: -He is knowledgable and able to easily explain the sometimes complex ins and outs of real estate transactions without using a lot of jargon. -He respects your thoughts and opinions throughout the process, but will also give you a gentle nudge in the right direction when you need it (particularly important for stubborn clients like me). -He is a genuinely pleasant person and easy to converse with and spend time with throughout the process. -He is EFFICIENT and does not let any portion of the transaction linger unnecessarily. I will continue working with Jim and he will be the first person I recommend to friends and family for the remainder of his career.
