This morning, I went to this branch to retrieve some funds, but was unable to enter the front door to access the ATM machine. My frustration is that I never use other ATM machines due to the fees charged as well as PNC charges a fee for the use of other ATM's. Those dollars add up, so I refuse to use any other ATM's. I just spoke with a nice representative but he was unable to refund the fees, and suggested that I come into the branch and speak with the branch manager. He acknowledged that they are having some issues with there front door. All I want is form them to refund those fees., not matter how little. Overall, I enjoy PNC bank...

Well My account was frozen due to a garnishment. Doing this process my money was held up for three weeks. I went to court and received a letter from the courts stating that my money should be released. I took this letter to the bank and was told we are not sure this letter came from the courts. Two days later I went back to the court house and got a name, number and extension so that the corporate office can confirm where the letter came from but when I called to check on what corporate said I was told that it would take 48 hrs if the letter proves to be legit. I called back and ask if she had gave the number to corporate to confirm the letter and I was told what letter?. I said I left you a yellow note to confirm the letter. I was told she check her desk and she couldn't find it. That was Friday, on Monday I called back at 10:45 am and was told to call back at 12 noon they were in a meeting. I called back at 12:05 PM and I spoke to the same rep. and I gave the number, and extension of the person again. I called back at 3 pm and I was told she left for the day but I was conveniently told that she did call and gave corporate the name, number and extension. I am a month plus in the hole without my money. PNC Bank has to do better this experience has been one of the worst I ever had to go through.

The black woman that has the first office to the left once you enter the bank has the worst attitude I have seen since we've been under this quarintine. Also, the short, overweight security woman was very very rude in handling the line and trying to instruct people.

Visiting from out of town and had to get a form notarized and scanned. The staff was very helpful and friendly, specifically Cristina the notary. Overall they provided a positive and pleasant experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. This branch is so poorly run, they reserve the parking spots directly in front of bank for their employees, and make the customers go park in a garage block away. To top it off the staff are so rude and not customer focused at all that it's an absolute pain just doing anything at this branch. I closed all of my PNC accounts just because of this branch.

Always a terrible experience here, they close when they want to, they close their doors and will literally tell you , you can not come in and the hours will clearly say the close at 12 pm on saturdays but every saturday doors are locked by 11. On top off that you can't even get through the doors using your card to use atms , and this has been a problem for almost a year. The door will not unlock like it's supposed to. Just fedup

Slow service for sure. This bank has zero concern for it's customers. I guess our money doesn't matter.
