Originally- I was referred to Federal Hill Mortgage to purchase our dream home! My real estate agent has a long standing relationship with them. Trusts them with all of her clients and I see why! The market is pretty competitive and since I had to sell my current home to purchase, we didn’t end up getting the house. 😢😢😢 However- throughout the entire process, Federal Hill ran payments and options with different purchase prices. When we found out the seller did not go with our offer, Federal Hill refinanced us with no lender fees! No appraisal was needed and we’re saving 215.00 a month at NO COST. (Not to mention we’re skipping two payments) So, until our next dream home comes along, we’re going to be pocketing those savings! The entire team Communicated well, set great expectations for our process and closed in just 3 weeks!
