Kathleen and her entire team are efficient, knowledgeable, responsive and truly put the interest of their client first. 1. The mortgage: This was topnotch. We went through multiple options, played around with the numbers taking into account my financial goals as well as short and long term costs. Discussed market factors that might affect the rates and try to predict the best time to lock in. I gotta say, she knows her stuff. 2. The process: Amazing. The team ensures you are well educated on each step involved, what each term means and the implications, steps to mitigate risk and then they keep you updated on each incremental change along the way to getting the best financing for you. The application process was also surprisingly simple. Like shockingly simple. Simply provide a short list of documents online, sign a few docs online and that is literally it. I kept on waiting for the "give me your last 2.7 years of taxes and the trade confirmation of that transaction 4 years ago", but thankfully never came 3. Available/Responsive: The team was ALWAYS available and willing to answer questions. There was a particular Saturday evening where we found a place and wanted to put in an offer that evening to beat a deadline and Kathleen was on vacation but she was still able to provide us a letter in an hour. I would 100% recommend Kerins Associates.
