Please better train a person called yessi, she has a very arrogant and rude attitude, she does not adequately inform about the procedure of a check cashing and deposits and she did not even offer any solution option other than that when I was about to leave the premises she started to say sarcasm saying "have a good day" two times intentionally or perhaps seek to escalate the situation, what kind of person in a bank does that? . Minutes later I returned to the bank to looking for assistance. Moments later One of the managers approached me and I asked him for help and he gladly attended me Even before the manager asked Mrs. Yessi to help me solve the problem, Mrs. Yessi tried to make me look bad in front of the manager, that is not done, and I repeated to her again that she should have informed me properly, in the end thanks to the Manager that he if he knew how to handle the situation solved the problem. If mrs. Yessi does not like the work that please Please recommend that she treat the client better or that she seek better training for the position she holds at the bank due her intolerant character. On the other hand, one of the managers attended me very courteously, he was very understanding and acted quickly to solve a problem, the bank needs more people as well as him.

Shockingly unprofessional. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I just opened an account online but I will be closing it immediately after my in person experience.

I've never experienced such a poor customer service, let alone in banking business, in any sector, in my entire life. This morning, I with my fiance went to the BOA to withdraw money. We waited on the line and approached to the "Teller" when it was our turn. She asked us for ID and debit card, we gave her, and then she gave us a slip with two blanks to put the $amount and my fiance's signature (which she've been using since the day she opened a bank account). We did as instructed, and the she asked us to sign again and again 3 times; and give us a paper slip to put all required information including social security and sign, we did the same. Throughout this whole time she was going back and forth to the so called her "manager". Finally after we spent about half an hour, they said "your signature don't match, so you won't be able to withdraw money". I was shocked! And we asked she has all the documents (debit card, ID, phone to confirm with text,...), there's no other way to, at least, update signature (if what you're saying is right) and withdraw the money? Guess what, the answer was "you've to wait 2hrs". SUCH A POOR SERVICE!! Then, we had to leave and go to other BOA branch in proximity. With the same signature we were able to withdraw money with in a fraction of minutes.

I have been waiting for more than 30 minutes, only one Teller and don't know what the teller is doing, one person was standing very very long time with out any activity at the counter..

Long lines. A quick withdrawal (I needed specific denominations, otherwise would've used ATM) should not take 30 minutes of waiting on line with only 2 tellers assisting a multitude of customers. When the teller did bring me up to her counter, she was still finishing a transaction from a prior customer and then there was another wait while I stood at her window while she finished. Why even summon me if you're not done? Then I had to repeat my request for denominations. It seems that Bank of America's customer service has continued to decline year after year

This branch needs more employees to handle all customers service on time. I am a regular customer of Bank of America, but this bank employee are so slow, here is only one customer and helping everyone. Big line but no cashier. Time is 3:49. The management need to check this time and ask the manager why everyone not getting help.

Monday morning 10/25/2021 at 11:00 a.m. I waited patiently standing in line with others for more than 20 minutes to do a simple transaction with clerks at the front counter. There was no line movement as there were just two clerks available but both were involved in long transactions or cross checking with bank managers. Waiting in line for that long a time period is unacceptable. When I complained to the bank manager she said that there was a staff shortage. No apologies or concerns and no customer service.

I visited the White Oak branch today without an appointment, which is highly advised, and was provided with the best customer service experience in a long time. Saula was attentive, professional, and insightful. She really took care of my banking needs. In addition, the banking staff were also very professional, the security guard was polite with a kind hello, the business manager came to ensure my needs were met, and I received my smiles as the day was busy. Thank you for making my day brighter and better.

This is the second time I came into this branch THIS IS THE WORST BANK OF AMERICA EVER I BEEN IN HERE GOING in 2 hours horrible somethings you can't do online and though the ATM. That was my second time their to be at the counter for 35 minutes with a young lady that new nothing had to keep asking management. Get Your Branch Together

I don't use it often, but never to many cars. Real quick in & out. (November 25, 2020) I went here twice today. This morning around 9:00am & the atm wouldn't allow any withdrawals. It was left grey. I come back. It says Atm temporarily not in service. WOW! Bank of America first you hold my direct deposit from work for a whole month after you closed my account & I still haven't got paid yet. Now ya ATM? I wonder what it is about the area in which I live cuz I've encountered way to many problems. If I put myself in situations then it's understandable, but I don't. Uh!
