Reggie in The Collection department was very rude to me. In the beginning he was okay then I asked him to do investigation on payment that I made last week that I did not come out my account for my truck payment. He told me no he said proof that I had. Now this is after the payment he took. I told him I have phone records showing I called and the name of the person that took my payment. I requested to speak to his manager and he send me to a voicemail name Michael. Now I did leave a message and let’s see if they are going to call back. I very upset and feel like he’s trying to sweep it under the rug someone drop the ball and someone need to fix it. The way he handled it was very unprofessional with no Integrity

O.M.G. The Auto Buyer service is amazing. I mean, the low interest rates are long-term amazing as you look for an auto loan. However, I did not have to shop or haggle. ESFCU did the shopping and the haggling for me. It was a great relief. I popped into the ESFCU branch with its friendly and professional staff to finish up the loan paperwork, and walked out with a check for the auto dealer within an hour. It was zero-hassle auto buying. THANK YOU!

The staff are very friendly. I have opened a bank account for my daughters when they get to college and they have been very knowledgeable. The beautiful black cashier lady helped schedule an appointment with the a specialist to help me through out the process. I highly recommend this place.

I went to this branch with hopes of opening a retirement and IRA account. The website was not clear on bringing any forms of proof of employment within a school system so I brought my driver license (As a new employee, I have yet to receive ID) Once I got there, the manager said she would help me and asked for proof of employment and I didn’t have it. I told her the site didn’t say anything about that. She insisted on looking for proof on the website. After trying to help her find the proof, THERE WAS NONE! Instead of admitting she was wrong, she said “banks reserve the right to ask for whatever they need.” I told her it would be helpful to include that on the website and she said “it doesn’t work that way”. I left with the intention of coming back tomorrow and printed paystubs. I went to a different location the next day and presented my paystubs only to be told I DONT NEED THEM. This proves the fact that this silver spring branch was insistent for no reason and completely wasted my time. The other branch was much more compassionate and helpful in my experience and said “we trust our current and future members”. To me this is true customer service. This branch (silver spring) in the moment was more focused on having as little to no customers by 5pm.

I went into the cherry hill branch on Friday For a few different reasons. I had to make a deposit in my checking acct. and deposit a check in my Secretary's account.... Then Last but not least I needed a replacement ATM card as my magnetic strip came off.. I was greeted immediately By by a very super friendly , Very knowledgeable young pregnant employee. She was very patient with me & walked me threw each & every transaction explaining everything on the way. This made for a amazing super easy visit... And because of this wonderful friendly helpful employee a helpful employee I will definitely refer I would definitely refer the spank to everybody I know and come back buddy I know and come back over and over..... I wish I knew her name But anyway thank you for your help and a wonderful experience

It is a very friendly and helpful place. You are always greeted when you enter and as you leave. Staff is well trained in various transactions so there is minimal wait time while being served. I highly recommend all their services! Even loan processes are very smooth and staff keeps you well informed during process.

I love this Credit Union. They have really helped me to pay off bills. They have been very courteous to! I highly recommend them. The only thing I don't like is the hold time on a call to speak to someone.

Called today to try to refinance my car loan through my own bank and got the rudest woman on the phone and when I asked to speak to someone else she actually laughed. Think I will take my money and go elsewhere, ive been with you guys for over 10 years with no issues but I will be dammed if anyone speaks to me that way.
