    Just went for an oil change. But they also do a full inspection to make sure your car is running in good condition. Prices are steep though. Great customer service from Victor. He was very polite and answered all my questions. He will definitely be my go-to associate next time I drop my car off.

    I replaced the four tires in two years for the brand new Hybrid RAV4 2020 LE car with no warranty. I am tired of this car, I have battery issues and money problems and the tire cost is so expensive($348 per 1 tire). I really hate Toyota already! I will never ever buy any Toyota brands!! I will post this car on sale soon!

    Update 6/1/2022 KWOK BONG still provides 5 star customer service! He is patient, thorough, knowledgeable and very helpful. He is personable and makes getting a car serviced, a lot easier and less stressful experience. 2021: I have been going to Service Advisor, Kwok Bong for my Toyota Highlander ‘10 for years. He is trustworthy, and provides excellent customer service. I am glad that he is there at the Service Center and I don’t know if I would keep going there if he wasn’t there. A Brooks

    I brought my 2019 Jeep in for a oil change. They went above and beyond to find me coupons I could use!! These days and times every penny helps!!

    I needed to do regularly scheduled maintenance for my Toyota Camry Hybrid. I had been going to another local Toyota service center for my maintenance, but DARCARS was closer to my house. I tried calling the service department to ask a question about an advertised internet special on their website. On my first attempt, I got to an unending "please wait for the next available person..." type message. I eventually hung up. I tried again a little later but with the same results. I figured maybe it was just a really busy day. The next day I tried again, but same thing, so I called the operator. The operator put me on hold, got some pricing info, and got back to me in a relatively short time. She told me I would need to talk to the service department directly to schedule an appointment, or to schedule online. The next day I had a follow-up question, so I called the operator again. She said I would need to talk with a service consultant directly, but none was available, so she took my name and phone number, and said a service consultant would give me a call back. I never got a call that day, nor the following ones. Obviously I took my car somewhere else. DARCARS Toyota never even got out of the starting gate. If that's the kind of runaround I get before taking my car in, I can just imagine the fun I will have when they have my car. No thanks. To me, that's evidence that their customer service system and processes are broken.

    Congratulations this place has won Worst Business of the year! This place is absolute garbage! The service is below par and the staff are unprofessional. I mean this is the worst maintenance department I have ever been to. I've owned nothing but Toyota vehicles for over 20 years. So I've been to several businesses. I dropped my vehicle off the night before my reservation. Gave all info to the service people and they lost my car for 6 hours and didn't know where it was. I spoke to several people after getting transferred four times. They rotated my tires but didn't inflate them. They didn't vacuum or even wash. They didn't even what to compensate me for anything. I would accepted a discount and accepted all the bogus services they pushed but they don't care. They are there to collect a check and care nothing about the brand. just horrible service. I'm looking for a new vehicle...I wouldn't buy a strip of toilet paper from this location. Save your money and peace of mind and go elsewhere.

    Extremely poor service. Every time I go, the workers refuse to help or acknowledge me and continuously put me with one man in particular, who wasn’t so polite himself. I had just got off the phone, and was transferred three different times without any notice, and the final lady was not able to give me a price estimate for my tires. I then decided to call back and was finally able to get a price estimate within a minute. I don’t really know exactly what’s going on with this place and these people, but as a customer I shouldn’t have to bear the brunt of it. If I come in for an oil change, for ex, I just want my oil changed. No attitude, no disrespect, just simple service, don’t even have to smile.

    They do not know how to talk on the phone. Unprofessional and constantly transferring you to others and don’t know what to tell you. In person, they are good. They will help you after making you wait awhile.

    Jim and his crew was amazing! They took my car in on Monday and said would be done on Friday and it was! Prompt and friendly staff. Loved my experience. Had broken fender and scratches all on the drivers side and got it back today looking brand new!
