Happy cheerful, answers calls on Sundays. But...if your loan might be difficult to fund she will ghost you. After a great first call some time ago I put things off but I like her on the phone so much I referred her to my sister in Arizona. Recently I contacted her to move forward on my loan she was going to get with her underwriting Department to see if certain type of income I have would work never heard from her. I called her the other day just to see what she would say she said she was on the phone with two other calls and she would call me back never called. If you're really juggling two phone calls why would you answer a third one? How hungry are you for the next easy loan. What I can't understand is why she just didn't say we're not a good fit for you based on our Underwriters we probably won't get you approved I would have thanked her and called someone else very strange very unprofessional.

Worse experience ever, as a 1st time buyer. I should've listened to the red flags from the start. The whole process was rushed, seller needed to sell since it was already on the market for too long. The previous buyer, dropped out 🤔. I was forced to work with Kelly, under the buyers request. I'm blessed to have a home now. But no thank you to the additional 2 loans I was told didn't need to pay for. I was told I qualify for free government programs. DON'T LIE TO PEOPLE. This review was way overdue.

Kelly is the best. You will be in great hands with her for all your mortgage lending needs. She will certainly be my first call every time on future mortgages and refinances!

Kelly was great. Overall a great experience and would use her again. I don’t think anything is perfect, especially in this housing market but she was very attentive and would listen to me and my husband‘s needs as well as take her time in reviewing any points in the contract we wanted to discuss. She was very patient which I appreciated most in reviewing things for us when we had questions And we definitely had a lot.

I had an amazing experience in a scary real estate world. I applied for a re-finance with 2 of my credit unions, and during under writing I was told they couldn't help be due to my FICO score. I didn't get the same answer form Kelly, she told me what I needed to do to raise my score. I followed her instructions to-the-T and just 3 weeks later we were moving full speed ahead with my cash out refinance. She got me the cash I wanted to pay off bills and invest in a 2nd property. My phone was blowing up with calls from lots, and lots of other finance companies.
