I love this bank particularly the Temecula Parkway branch. Everyone is friendly service is always quickly taken care of. Lee has been there awhile and deserves a shout out . Great guy! Professional and knowledgeable! Leah helped me with a credit card situation over the phone while I was in another state and called me back within 20 minutes . She solved my situation and I couldn't be any happier. Thanks to everyone at the Temecula Parkway branch.

Great downhome feel; unlike other Credit Unions. Frontwave' local branch knows their customer's. I'm always treated with a smile and heartfelt greeting calling me by MY name. At Frontwave Credit Union you're WAY more than just an account; your FAMILY!!!

I absolutely hate that the Marine Corps sets new Marines up with this cut-rate, zero effort credit union. Despite a few nice and helpful people here and there, every possible problem that could have happened did. They always assume that you're a 19-year-old recruit incapable of handling your finances if you have any problems (I'm 31.) Any money transfers over a couple thousand dollars are held up for weeks. Checks take forever to clear, even if they are a regular occurrence. Possibly the worst thing is that often phone center operators will tell you that something has been handled and everything will be fine, only to get you off the phone and let you find out otherwise when the problem isn't fixed.

I'm so glad they warned us a month in advance before the maintenance happened I was able to plan accordingly to avoid any issues. Great service.

All of the reps remember my name and are very nice and understanding of things.

This is not my credit union but I've been coming here for years for the co-op services. Have dealt with almost everyone there multiple times and they are all extra helpful, fast and courteous. Shame on my for not remembering the names, but all the guys and women there are great.

They have been doing some online maintenance for 3 DAYS now!! I cannot access my account or transfer funds, I called to ask about my balance and customer service said they couldn't help me because of the update they are doing 3 DAYS of not being able to transfer money, I went to get milk for my child my card got declined because I need to transfer funds for safety reasons we only keep a small balance in our checkings, and now my daughters birthdays tomorrow I cant buy groceries or a cake for her THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR NOT CONSIDERING YOUR CUSTOMERS TO ENSURE THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN AGAIN WE'RE TAKING OUR MONEY ELSE WHERE. How inconsiderate! So now I have to borrow money from a friend how humiliating until this maintenance update is done! Update: Still no access to account.
