Julie's team were incredibly responsive and on top of everything throughout our house purchase -- it was a real pleasure to work with them and we highly recommend their service. We were working on a tight turnaround, and they managed everything to help us make an offer less than 24 hours after submitting our documents. It's worth noting that the mortgage will likely be sold to a loan servicer after the close of the transaction -- and invariably these loan services are much poorer in quality than Julie and her team -- however this is common practice as we understand across many mortgage companies but not something we were expecting.

They were super understanding and helped problem solve any barrier or challenge that came up along the way. They considered all the possible loans I could qualify for that would work best for my situation. Lots of things can go wrong when buying a new home. Thanks to Julie and her team, getting a mortgage wasn't one of them. When our realtor heard we weren't pre-approved yet, he recommended this team to us. They worked incredibly fast and drove the whole process forward, so all we needed to do was provide information and sign documents. It turns out their speed and reliability are well known around the Seattle area market, as having Julie's name on our offer contributed to it getting accepted. On top of all that, they sent us some thoughtful gifts too, and really made us feel valued. Working with this team was a pleasure, and I would strongly recommend it to anyone I know.
