Told Anna Larson at CrossCountry Mortgage that I didn't want to apply for a preapproved mortgage and damage my credit because I wasn't likely to be approved due to lack of verifiable income. She told me that she had a plan in mind and she would help me apply anyway because she works with cases like mine all the time. I applied and shockingly wasn't approved. Clearly a company looking to get as many people to apply as possible instead of what's truly best for the customers financial situation. Shady.

We worked with Crosscountry mortgage during our recent house purchase in Seattle. The market is crazy, competition is insane, yet we were able to find the perfect home for our family, largely due to the amazing work of the Johnson’s team at Crosscountry (and our A+ agent). I have a really high pressure, stressful job and what I most dreaded about the house buying process is the paperwork. Working with the Crosscountry team was a breeze. Their process is thorough yet easy, its always clear what the next step is. I enjoyed working with everybody on their team. Everybody has a different function in the home buying process but it’s a well-oiled machine. Everybody is so buttoned up and such an expert in their area. The team is always attentive, quick to respond, and frankly willing to do anything to get your paperwork together in time for every bidding scenario. The owner of the company, Paul, checked in with me several times throughout the process and assured me that we will find the right home, every time I got discouraged after losing a bid. Gloria was just so kind, fun, and efficient to work with. She handled most of our paperwork upfront and then handed us off to Tatiana post contract. She was also great. Honestly, I have nothing but great things to say about the entire team. They are honest, sincere, hard working, efficient and just experts at what they do! I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to work with them. They made this painful ride fun! I would absolutely and 100% recommend them to anybody!

Julie and her team did an amazing job! We were able to close on the house at a reasonable time(4weeks). Julie and her team were always responsive and available to take calls at any time. I highly recommend them.

Outstanding service! I was referred to Julie at Guild by another realtor and have found the entire team under her leadership to be committed to absolutely outstanding customer service. They work very hard at it, - and it shows. In addition, Julie is knowledgeable and keeps her clients up to date on the ever-changing mortgage industry. Every client I have referred to her has come away very satisfied, and many have referred friends and family to her. And that says it all!

Guild Mortgage Company Seattle has been one of the best places I have ever worked for. The whole team strives to make sure our homeowners and partners are knowledgeable and comfortable in what can sometimes be an overwhelming experience. To be a part of one of the best run mortgage offices in Washington State is truly an experience.

Should give a ZERO! Such a Creepy intrusion of my time and autonomy! Somehow, now I’m on their solicitations list. I presume whilst looking at a rental apartment online they stole my info? I was never interested in a mortgage etc. Now they’ve called my home repeatedly on random days at 08:16 or 08:11?? I asked the first time they awoke my sleep, “please not to call me again and remove my information and all 3rd party affiliations”. I also was asleep btw, and never agreed or sign up to be contacted?? Now, they have my personal info off of that rental properties contact me page inquiry, which should be illegal?! This is some unethical covert tactic to solicit me without my knowledge or consent and is exploitative! My time’s not yours to manipulate and or covertly try to control! How disrespectfully immature of your company’s business practice Mr. Leonhardt!! Respectfully P.

The entire Johnson team at CrossCountry were on top of things from day one. They provided as much information as possible, and were happy to dig deeper when we needed a bit of education along the way (their educational videos are a great resource too) We were kept in the loop, with dedicated members of the team with us from day one to close, providing weekly updates, calls when we needed more in depth discussions, and they were incredible fast in their responses to our emails. We closed on time, they helped us get a great rate, everything went smoothly! We have already recommended the Johnson team at CrossCountry to friends in the area, and will continue to do so in the future. They were all a pleasure to work with!

Paul and his team were amazing to work with. I was a first time buyer, so I was a bit inquisitive, but Emily & Nicole were extremely patient in helping me through all of the steps. They answered all 75 emails I sent (I counted) during the 3 month application-search-close process. I would highly recommend this group to anyone looking to buy, especially anyone who's new to or nervous about the trials and tribulations of getting a mortgage.

The whole team at this Guild location has been incredible to work with. We are first-time homeowners and had to deal with moving from out of state. Ryan, Kristen, Randi, and everyone else behind the scenes made the loan process and home buying process as painless and easy as possible. Not only are they quick and efficient, but they are friendly and extremely professional. If we do buy another home in the Seattle area, we will definitely be coming back to them.
