Additionally, I had a out-of-state trip planned and his team was able to close out my loan in 24 DAYS! My worst mortgage broker experience. After applying, Jeff and his team kept contacting me to "check in" but for days refused my requests to email the loan info because he wanted to meet and present it himself. The world is filled with brokers, and it was easy to replace him with one who listened. Would not recommend.
