Had the most amazing experience yesterday buying my brand new car! Never in a million years did I think I'd be able to afford a 2021 with 18 miles on it, but they worked their magic and made it work. Also stayed over 2 hours late to help me sign paperwork and drive it off the lot. Tyrus was an amazing salesman to work with! He helped me with any questions and was very knowledgeable. He was also very polite, not pushy at all! Just an amazing guy and an amazing experience overall!!!!

Douglas Rutherford is A Professional Salesman everybody should get to meet. My husbands sickness had put us behind on bills and our Truck payment and I explained our situation to Douglas on the phone but he said come on in I will give you my best. I don’t make that decision but we have he best manager’s and finance team in the business. We weren’t able to get approved but Doug showed us some ways to work on our credit and hopefully soon we can. I’ve been a customer at Nissan for 4 years now. Nissan has always treated me well and provided honest and punctual customer service. I am thoroughly impressed with Margo King. Herself and an young man named Tyler Colson have worked closely with me for a while now and have taken the right steps in making sure my vehicle is well maintained.

Very busy, however, the wait was standard. Customer service was amazing, Sara was helpful and caring There was little conversation between me and any other member of the service staff,though. Also, there was no change to the windshield sticker indicating when my next service should be performed. Finally, once the service was completed, I was asked at that point if I wanted my car run through the wash and I was asked to wait outside. In my opinion, this should have been asked at check in and then taken care of prior to letting me know the service was completed.

Harold Limburg went above & beyond — No-pressure, I didn't feel rushed, trustworthy, and listened tentatively to all my needs and/or concerns. If you are as picky and pay attention to detail as I am when it comes to buying a new vehicle, Harold is the man to see for he is definitely a man of great patience. Dylan Fields (sales manager) also deserves credit as well for working so hard to get to a number we could both agree on and the price was exactly as negotiated (no last-minute surprises) And finally after finding the truck I wanted, making the deal, Dean Wooton (finance manager) made the paperwork quick, painless, and everything explained in great detail before signing. All three of these gentlemen stayed late to wrap up the deal never complaining or making me feel rushed and I highly recommend all three!

We had a great experience with Emily at Johnson City Nissan! She went above and beyond to make sure to find us a great deal on a new (to us) vehicle and we surely appreciated all the extra customer service she put into making our experience less stressful. We had an issue where our tow vehicle broke down and left us stranded in Johnson City for two days. When we decided that it made more sense to replace the vehicle rather than repair it, Emily came and picked us up from the hotel and brought us to the dealership to look at their selection of tow vehicles. She then helped us find the lowest possible price and made sure we were happy throughout the entire process. I have bought several cars from other dealerships and have NEVER had such a caring salesperson take care of me. Buyer beware. Too long didn’t read version is my mom spent $80k on two vehicles, wasn’t happy with one of them, and the dealership did less than nothing to try to make her happy. They Sold my mom and her husband each a car, my mom completely disliked her vehicle and voiced it several times immediately after the sale. Nissan Corporate sent the dealership a message to contact my mom to discuss within 48 hours. They didn’t contact her. Went back to the dealership with her and spoke to a manager Dean. Was as nice as can be, come back tomorrow(today) and we’ll do everything they can to take care of and help her he said. Come back in and Dean pushes us to another salesman who doesn’t know the situation and tries to upsell her on another car. Keep in mind my moms car has 300 miles on it. Salesman brings the new offer to us and requests 8500 down, with a payment increase of $175 a month for a car that costs $5000 more a month. Tell me how the math works out. When we told the salesman you gotta do better. Sales manager Dean comes over and tells my mom that’s the best they can do. Which was sticker price on the new car, an abysmal offer for her trade in which is brand new with 300 miles, they didn’t try at all. I try to speak to explain there has to be more that can be done, and he rudely says he’s not speaking with me and turns his chair away to speak only with my mother. My mom says I understand I bought it, but you guys have sold me two cars and sold both of the cars we traded and you can’t even take some off to help me into a car I’m happy with? He says no, I can only help if you put down $8500. Mom says I can put down $8500. He says we’ll you could use some credit cards. I immediately chime in to say that’s the worst financial advise you could ever give to someone. He rudely says I’m not speaking with you. I raise my voice at that point and tell him, I can speak with you about my moms business, that’s why I’m here. He pointed at the door and told me to leave. So the long story short is. My mom and her husband spent $80k over the last two weeks, made money off their trade ins and still couldn’t take a dime off to try and make their customer happy. They don’t care. Don’t spend a dime with this company.

Ok ok here we go! 1st off I want to see this dealership is great for your 1st car but that’s about as far as I will go. I dealt with many “Finance Managers” and some had ZERO home training. Furthermore… I will not recommend another customer to go here! I have recommended 2 family members and guess what, no money like they promise. No communication after they make that sale either. I’ve called multiple times.

I started out working with Cy 2 weeks ago on trading for a used car. At the time I went they did not have anything in my price range so Cy ask me to give him a week to see what came in. I was patient and he did just like he said and followed up with me when he had a car that came in. We made an apointment for last Friday at 9:30am. I showed up and he was not there which wasn't a big dea l didn't mind waiting because he had done everything he had promised up until that point. Well an older gentleman had me sit down and he went over all of my information. I even test drove a car.. I even ask if he had heard back from Cy as I did want to work with him since he already knew my situation and what I was working with. He's like oh I don't know where he is or if he's coming in. Anyway they did not even want to give me the payoff for my trade in. Both the Sales Manager & this older gentleman told me they would call me back after they heard back from the bank. I was fairly certain we would not be making a trade since they did not want to give me what I wanted with that payoff or the payment I was looking for. However I never recieved a call back. I feel like at best they could have taken the time to call and let me know it was not going to work out.. Not impressed at all with their customer service skills.. At minumin keep your word with your potential customers. Do better!!!

Terrible representation of Nissan. $6,000 over MSRP for a base model Sentra?! It's laughable, even in this current market. My salesman Aaron was easy going and pleasant enough. The sales manager, however, had arrogance oozing from his pores. The interaction felt cheap, forced and it ultimately lacked transparency. Offering to reduce the vehicle price by $3,000 only after hearing out my valid objections to the "deal" they were trying to sell me on, was just the cherry on top. This lack of integrity results in a lack of trust. Without trust, there can be no partnership between a business and the consumer. After *attempting* to give them my business (with $4,000 down and a 760 fico), I drove an hour to the next nearest Nissan dealer and purchased a higher trim level Sentra for literally THOUSANDS less. I was initially going to try to converse with upper management about the botched experience, but after reading so many generic responses on here (without many attempts of actual resolve), what would be the point? Potential customers should be aware of these things. An informed buyer, is a smart buyer.

First contact was with Candice and I was interested in the 2022 Murano. She booked appt with me for Friday. When I got there the car was not there (owner's wife had it in Atlanta). I wish she would have told me the car was there so I could have waited to come in until the car was there and I could have actually looked at it. She should have made sure the car was actually there in the lot. However, salesman Tyrus met me and was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Things went well after that. Communication was good from the dealership updating me on when the car would be back and ready.Tyrus went over the car in detail with me before I left. I have bought a couple of cars at this dealership and have been pleased with overall service.

One thing that I will give them credit for is they told us they’re charging over $4,000 over MSRP for a “market adjustment” before we came to the dealership. This made the decision easy to not go there. They did have the audacity after we purchased a vehicle at another dealership to tell us they were going to sell us the vehicle we wanted for below MSRP. I definitely don’t believe this and will not do business with a dealership that charges extra for a vehicle just because they think they can.

Went in to get my oil changed, I was there maybe 30 minutes and I was walking around outside when my name was called “I thought for sure I had a problem with my vehicle” nope everything was all done! Johnson City Nissan has been my go-to for auto services on my Subaru! Landon has done my oil changes, alignment, tire rotations and he even got me into a new set of tires after I had a nail hole in the side wall of the tire! This is one of the worst car dealerships in Johnson City. They advertise that they will finance everyone. I went to there place because I was pre approved. Everything they advertised and said to me was all lies. Like I said worst company they are to buy a Nissan

As far as getting a car, I really was disappointed, I gave ya a perfect review on survey, but when I went I told them I could not go over 550 a month I didn't have money to put down on it and I wanted in my name an my name only Crystal. They did all the complete opposite. My payment is 621 month, had to pay 500 dwn, and my bf mats listed as the buyer! Very disappointed! Not to mention they said I'd get a gift card for doing g the survey..never got it.

Stay away! My son (with good credit) recently purchased a new vehicle here. Drove over an hour to pick up the vehicle at scheduled time, only to find out the Finance Manager (Craig) was not in so they could not give us all the paperwork. Other finance manager claimed he could not give it to us. I pressed for the sales contract and we were finally given a copy. 18,000 was added on for extended warranties and "extras"! Yes! EIGHTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS IN WARRANTIES!!! At no time was the actual price of these extras disclosed, other than what the monthly payment would increase. With a 30,000 down payment he should have been only financing 20,000. We were told he would have to cancel extras through Craig who does not return any of our calls. We have not received any paperwork at this point, other than a registration card. Once they get your cash they want to get you out of there immediately! I will be seeking outside help if this issue isn't resolved quickly. BEWARE!!!

Aaron made it a beyond acceptable experience from before we pulled into the lot until we left! He greeted us as soon as we’re entered the lot with the only intentions of browsing. He great attitude then led to viewing and test driving a few new cars when he invited us inside to look at the numbers abs see what we could make work. Aaron, Tony, and Craig did a phenomenal job working back and forth to get my payments down to an affordable price as well as standing true to the deal we had heard on the radio- being the whole reason we drove an hour and a half or view their inventory! My experience with Johnson City Nissan service department so far has been good. They’ve all been friendly and willing to help. But overall I have been very dissatisfied with the car that I have purchased. Don’t get me wrong I do love my vehicle. But I’ve not had it for a year and I’ve already had to put it in the shop twice due to the window not rolling up the second day after I bought it. To the trunk not opening. I’ve had to go almost a month without a trunk because it wouldn’t open and they had to order the parts and the parts were on back order. It’s been very aggravating to have a brand new car and I have already had to have two things fixed on it. I shouldn’t have those issues with a brand new car and it’s not even a year old yet.

Beware the window sticker here. And beware the upsell. We called about a vehicle on Friday after emailing twice with no response. They wouldn't confirm the vehicle was even there and didn't offer to take a deposit. Drove nearly 2 hours the next day to find out the vehicle had been sold that morning, then they tried to get us to buy a vehicle that was $10K more... Plus informed us that the price on the original vehicle didn't include "the window sticker." We drove 2 minutes to Friendship Hyundai and did the deal. 2 hours after arriving at Friendship, my son drove off the lot in a brand new Hyundai Accent. JC Nissan just didn't seem to have their act together.

Went here to look for a car for my mom. She is on a fixed income and told the cars salesman she wanted a payment below 250 with a car/suv that would be dependable. This salesman shows my mom a 2020 with a payment of 250 BIWEEKLY! After we point out the obvious he says he can push back the payment 30/45 days. Enough time to get it refinance with her bank and it should be in her 250 price range. His exact words I might add. At that point it was crystal clear he was not there to help my mom. I will never go there again and I definitely won’t recommend them to anyone.

I bought my Nissan Altima new in 2016 in Knoxville TN. I recently moved to jc where this was my 2nd visit to the service dept. My first experience wasn’t good but wanted to give it another chance. once again I was very disappointed in the service dept! I ask to them to check a leak in my rear tire that somehow didn’t get checked and I still have a tire that is leaking air. I will not return to this Nissan dealership for any service.

By far the worst place I ever been to buy a car. Said the cheapest they had was 33,000 and it would cost $729 a month with $1000 down. Also tried saying credit wasn’t good. Went back to Crabtree Bristol and bought a 2020 Jeep Compass for 31,000 no money down and only 475 a month. Johnson city Nissan is a joke and by far the worst place I ever tried to deal with

I don't have time for reviews but our salesman, Kenny Redmond, done such a good job at listening to what our needs were and not what some big shot manager, that hasn't even come to build repour ,thought we should have or do with a car. So I am going to take the time to write this one. Kenny was kind enough that he isn't going to be the one chasing your car down like a mad man selling drugs, at least I hope not, stay clean Kenny. We came to the dealership with a plan as to what we thought we wanted and was set on getting just that. Even though I had done a lot of online research Kenny was still more knowledgeable about the car's features and specs that we were looking at than I was. It was easy to tell that he knew what he was talking about and obviously cared about having the answers ready for his customers. With his knowledge and patients we got to choose a car and not have to deal with the pain of most dealerships. It was a relaxing feeling where I felt in charge. Nissan and the managers there were amazing as well. The team worked well together from start to finish to make sure that me and my wife got the car we wanted and needed. I'm pretty satisfied overall, though I do feel the current promotion is more a gimmick than anything. The numbers for that weren't clearly explained and I don't honestly feel I got full value for my trade in. We're in times of high sell value and mark up and when reflecting and crunching numbers, I think I may have gotten taken advantage of in that sense. I do think everything possible was done to make what I wanted happen, again though I feel I may have reached a bit more. This is my opinion and doesn't make me right.

Very disappointed! I drove two hours to see what the best cash price on 2021 Nissan Kick was. They would not even talk to me until I test drove the vehicle. I have already driven one and asked if I can just get my best price? They would not even talk about a price. Disappointing!

If -10 was an option that's definitely what my choice would be. Completely disgusted with the way I've been treated and the problems I have encountered the past month with this place. Everyone here lacks communication skills greatly! And desperately needs customer service training. Better Business Bureau will definitely be hearing my thorough complaint. I have phone records, loan account records, names of individuals that I spoke with, and dates! of when I spoke with them, and when the dealership came in contact with my loan company to back it up if need be. They are nothing but a bunch of liars and crooks!
