Not only Joe was able to find the best coverage for my car, he was also able to get me a great rate on homeowner’s insurance which made my car insurance’s rate even more favorable. After talking to him more about my profession and life goals, based on his recommendation, I also took a permanent life insurance policy as I am consultant and change jobs frequently. I highly recommend Joe not just because he is great at what he does, but also because he knows how to listen to his clients and based on that gives them the best insurance and life planning advice.

Joe and his team provided the worst customer experience. Joe personally used several racial microagressions that made me as a person of color feel more than uncomfortable, but outraged. My experience with this agent is not consistent with my prior experiences with State Farm over the more than 6+ years that I have been a customer. I strongly encourage prospective customers to choose a different agent altogether.
